I purchased these caramels and when we opened them, noticed that almost all of the caramels were smashed flat. We're not sure if that's why Kroger in St. Johns, Michigan had them on sale. The best by date on all 3 bags is April 2024, so they still taste okay but are a hassle to unwrap. The UPC code on one of the bags is: [protected] 6. Thank you!

I buy these Christmas Nougats Mix every year as soon as they come out because I love the cinnamon nougats. And every year, out of the 6 or 7 bags I buy, I have never gotten more than 3 cinnamon in any bag. I'm not sure why you call it a mix when the mix is most all peppermint and wintergreen? I am so dissatisfied with this I am real close to stop buying brach's candy all together. Your products have so depleted over the last 3 yrs that I hesitate before buying any now. Please step up your game Brach's...you have always been an upstanding, trustworthy company, but I cant say that now!

Very disappointed that these have been discontinued. They were an Easter tradition in our family for 50 years.

I purchased a 11oz bag of Classic Candy Corn from a local Walgreens. After eating a few tasty pieces i came across a horrible chemical taste that apparently affected the rest of bag. Whatever this is was on my lips and tongue. I needed to rinse my mouth out wash my lips and hands as the residue had lingered. I tried again today thinking maybe it was my mouth but NOPE it was horrible. I will return this to Walgreens but will not buy another bag from that store. Hopefully next bag will be better.

I’ve just found out that Brachs has discontinued my all-time favorite candy ever. I’ll look for these eggs every single year I could not find them last year and now I will never ever be able to have one again I’m extremely upset that I’m extremely dissatisfied with Brachs. I will never buy another product that you make or put out unless you bring my favorite candy back.

I just don’t understand I mean it’s the perfect candy for Easter egg hunts. They’ve been around for 50 years or more. At least I’m 50 so disappointing.

I recently (8/3/23) purchased 4 bags of this product from Amazon. Some of the candies have very little to none of the cinnamon flavor, while others are perfectly normal. It’s like a box of chocolates, (you never know what you’re going to get). We used to buy it at Walmart, but they stopped carrying it, so we migrated to Amazon. We’re very disappointed, as we have never experienced this problem before. All bags are dated best by November 2024, and have the number 2285PPX2XV.

First I'm not one that likes to complain but I want you to know I eaten brachs peppermints for since I was a teenager.My comolaint is I buy the 2 1/4 lb bag almost once a month but I notice out of every bag at least 6 or more candies won't have a wrapper and have to be thrown away is one complaint.second one is that you stop printing brachs on wrapper now your candy looks like a knock off and quite frankly starting to taste like it? Third is out of same batch the candies are different in color when before they always displayed a dark red and white distinctive color that was aside from other peppermint candy. I give this candy out to my customers and my kids and grandkids all of whom purchase your product because of my bragging it's the best and can't be compromised.my question to you has it been compromised?And for the record the dare is 04/07/2025 batch 3100vrx2061. For some time now, I have been buying Brach's peppermints in the Mega Pack from Amazon, and I have been very pleased with them. Several days ago (06/15/23), I received my latest order and I was not pleased at all. Instead of receiving my usual peppermints wrapped up with the name Brach's on them, they came in a clear wrapper without the name. I can see why there isn't a name on them. They are tasteless. You can't even taste any peppermint in each one. What happened? Is this the kind of product you are selling now? If so, I will be buying someone else's product.

When I first tasted one out of the bag, I advised my wife that what I received tasted like the Walmart special or some other tasteless brand. She thought that they look like mints, so maybe it was just my taste buds or something. I had her try one of the new ones, and she couldn't taste much of anything but sugar. I had her try one of my last real Brach's peppermints, and it blew her away. The Brach's mint I gave her was so flavorful and refreshing. she could taste the peppermint from start to finish. You know? Like they should taste when they melt in your mouth.

I don't know if your company has changed the candy, or if someone had tampered with the product and that is the reason for the clear wrapper without the name Brach's printed on the wrapper.

I am so unhappy that Brach's had to discontinue the very best malted milk balls.

Today, April 20th 2023, I emptied a bag of jelly beans into candy dish. A blob of what appears to be chocolate and peanut butter was attached to a yellow jelly bean. The lot # on the bag is 2319VRX2145 Best By: 11/12/2024. This could be life threatening to someone with chocolate or peanut allergies. They were bought at Walmart in Shallotte, NC. The receipt is also attached.

I can't believe you discontinued the marshmallow eggs. For my entire life they've been my favorite. I look forward to them every Easter. Matter of fact I buy them for myself for my birthday. Now with no warning you just rip them away? Why? I'm completely disgusted. You could have done this after Easter with a little warning. Now I know why my searching has been for nothing. I've been looking everywhere. So freaking upset and it's crazy that something as simple as candy can do that but damn. Not cool at all. Looks like I'll be boycotting your products as your customers really don't mean anything to you.

To whom it may concern, I was so disappointed that you did not produce the, Easter Marshmallow hard shell hide a egg fie this year 2023. I waited all year long till Easter to get my hands on them after looking in everystore and then going on the Brach website, and seeing that the candy was not produced this year, I was highly disappointed 😞. I have loved that candy since I was a little girl ( the orange ones are my favorite) but I like all the other flavors too. I do hoop, that they will be back next year.

Not sure what happened with this bag of jelly beans but inside was a totally different candy ( a candy corn ) and a small piece of black plastic. I was happy my young granddaughter didn't chock on the piece of plastic. These were bought at a Walgreens pharmacy in Putnam, Ct. I always purchase many bags of these jelly beans but will now think twice. I pay extra money than buying cheaper jelly beans. I was not happy but I understand things happen. I wanted to bring this to your attention. I threw the content of the bag out as I was afraid there maybe smaller pieces of plastic in there. Also finding a candy corn seems unexceptable. I've been buying these since I was a kid, I'll be 68 in July. Yes, the flavor has less taste, but I except that due to Company's being greedy cutting back or wanting more profit. What I do NOT accept is that "FACT" that they are bought to send people and loved ones a message. Don't mind so much the price increase. I DO mind... There's a message you can't even read... or no message at all! THAT'S what made you famous!

On January 31st, I received a case of 12 bags of Sugar Free Fruit Slices in a sealed box. Upon opening the box, the first bag I opened had 8 candies, 3 orange, 2 red, 1 yellow and 2 green. No purple! Upon opening the 2nd bag I received 8 candies, 3 orange, 3 green, 1 yellow and 1 red, again, NO purple.
This is so sad because I hate the green ones, the purple are my favorites. Why don’t you put some purple in these bags? I mean, I have been buying these for years and only get 1 purple if I’m lucky, now I get none. Number on this bag is 2284VRX2112

i buy the stars when i can find them but unfortunately they are old, white in color, and taste nasty. i bought a bag at walmart last week, all excited because the best by date was aug. 2023. i opened and was dissappointed again. its bad enough paying 4.43 a bag but if i add up all the times i have bought them and they have been like this, really adds up.. i don't know what has happened but it is so dissapointing. the last bag was from the walmart in madison ohio, lot number is 2224QQC2X117. just so upsetting, not just for me but for so many others.

Hello, I just purchased my first bag of Hearts this year, and as I was eating one, I felt a piece of plastic in it. I tool it out of my mouth, thinking maybe it was just a harder piece of the candy, and turns out it was an actual piece of plastic stuck in the middle of the heart. This was 1/11/23.

Why is it that Brachs destroys every good thing it does. I use to buy a ton of this item. Then like all good things, they discontinue them. Putting their effort into cheaper product like regular candy canes. The same ones a million vendors make. Why is it that you discontinue everything that is unique and good? I use to like Brachs. It's gone downhill big time.
