She told me to pay extra for fast shipping to Moncton. They charged my credit card $550.20 CAD, which I paid. I tried to contact them by email and phone, but they didn't answer. On December 29, they sent me an email saying the order was late and the chocolate would come on December 30. They still haven't sent my orders, and they haven't answered my emails or calls. It's been a real hassle.

She said they couldn't guarantee delivery dates and that they hadn't mentioned any possible delays during our previous calls. I cancelled the order and was promised a full refund of $71.35, but it hasn't appeared on my credit card yet. Overall, I'm disappointed with The Sweet Basket Company's lack of communication and reliability.
