I have purchased a glass display case for $700 from When it arrived it was damaged. There was a big crack on the glass. I contacted customer service and sent them a couple of pictures. I was hoping to get a refund or at least a replacement, but they refused to provide any help. They said that it was not their fault and that there was nothing they could do. They said that it was probably manufacturers problem or that it was damaged during the shipment.
They refused to help, but I was hoping they could at least provide me with some phone numbers and contacts, but they didn't.
I lost my money thanks to these guys. Will ever buy anything from them again!
