Direct Generalmy insurance claim

I submitted a claim for my vehicle as it was in an accident. Due to the negligence of the company I waited 2 months to receive any information on my claim status not being able to get a hold of my claim agent even after dozens of phone calls. During this time my vehicle being stored at a car dealership at the time of the claim I had worked at. The dealership where the car is currently being stored said they were going to bill my insurance. (Your company) $30 daily until it was ready for repairs. Well, finally 2 months into the claim I received a check for repairs unknowingly that the dealership did not have a body shop to do the repairs. After finding this out my insurance agent told me that I am responsible for the storage fees of the vehicle even though I was informed my insurance was being billed for it. Gary Glassman. Your companys Agent. Has cost me my vehicle. As well as my livelihood as I am now homeless and incomeless due to his negligence with my claim. Causing me to become well drowned in debt. My insurance policy at the time covered $10, 000 worth of costs. The repairs of the vehicle (including my $1000 deductible) came out to roughly $6, 600. So why is the insurance company not paying the excess $2100 to have this issue resolved? I want this dealt with immediately.

    was your issue ever corrected ? I am going on 1 month waiting to get paid for damages, the agents never call back. I wonder why they have voice mail mine are Melbis Solano and Michelle Hicks, both apparently were not trained on how to access voice mail
