This company charged me about $45 a month for many years to give me accident coverage at $5000 per accident
This company charged me about $45 a month for many years to give me accident coverage at $5000 per accident. My husband had an accident in January this year, and the company didn't pay out nothin', and didn't give no reason why.

Just last week, I was shocked to find out that my bank account is being debited $39.95 every month! At first, I thought it was for my business account. But then I realized that this Value Benefits of America (VBA) has been debiting it for over 3 years, and I've never heard of them before. How did they even get my bank account info? This is clearly a scam or fraud! I need assistance in getting my money back from them.
Value Benefits Of America - I dunno how this company got my credit card info
Value Benefits Of America - I dunno how this company got my credit card info. I never said they could take my money. They charged me *** a month for 19 months! That's like $989.46. I tried to cancel the membership, but they said they'd email me and they never did. I called my bank to stop the payments and filed a fraud thing. I don't get how this company is still around. The bank only gave me back money for 12 months, so I got $659.64 after they checked it out. The company should give me all my money back! They should refund me *** since the bank only covers 12 months. I wish I caught this scammy company earlier!

This company has been taking $39.95 from my account every month since 2013 for some kind of insurance
This company has been taking $39.95 from my account every month since 2013 for some kind of insurance. I talked to a representative on 12/29 and they said I've contacted them a few times in the past few years and they would send me information about it, but that's not true. Even when I talked to the rep today, he just wanted to tell me about the benefits of the plan and didn't want to cancel it. I remember this being an option when I signed up for insurance at my old job in 12. I've contacted VBA before, like today, to cancel, not to get information about the plan. I've never gotten any information or used any part of the plan. I want to get reimbursed for the past three years of payments since 12.

I would think they would have to at least provide a reasoning for a decline. While insurance companies are notorious for making ppl jump through hoops for claims, seems like if the claim was legitimate then there should be an appeal process you could inquire how to do. Finally if they deny for no reason perhaps contact the state dept of insurance and file a complaint or investigation into the matter. Please comment back here when you do so we can benefit further and also give them the opportunity to supply appropriate reasoning first. There are also other avenues available but might wanna take this route first.
