Del Taco time

Wow! I just had the worst experience at Del Taco #0840. So I ordered a salad and a value taco and waited 19 minutes! 19 minutes for a salad. Finally I go ask about my salad after hearing way too many numbers after mine and it was just sitting on the counter. He hands it to me and forgetshe my strawberry lemonade and literally takes 2 minutes to get that prepared. He had the audacity to say, "our more strawberries in there for you." I wanted the normal amount of strawberries, if not less, what the hell. I can't believe I waited 20 minutes for a Del Taco $5 salad. How will this be fixed? Oh and they also forgot my dressing. This experience makes me want to vomit. I can't believe the "service" I just received.

Del Taco very poor customer service

On 4/27/2017 at approx 0830am, I went to Del Taco on Pico in San Clemente, CA via drive-thru. There was an older Hispanic woman in a black polo-like shirt yelling at a customer in front of me. The customer inquired about missing cheese with nachos. This employee started yelling at the customer and shaking her finger at the customer. I had ordered 2 ordinary crunchy tacos as I always have ordered at the same Del Taco facility. Each taco was $0.69/taco but the total came to $3.00. When I inquired about the pricing, the male employee in the drive through didn't seem to understand what I was wanting. The same Hispanic woman interrupted and started yelling at me that I ordered tacos and I should have ordered "value tacos". She was throwing the bag of tacos around and yelling while shaking her finger at me. I refused the service and drove off. The food is intermittently sub-par there but now the customer service is completely gone. It is the only Del Taco I have experienced with poor customer service and below average food. It is just close to where I live.

Del Taco epic surf and turf burrito

I visited the del taco drive through today and ordered two fish tacos, surf and turf burrito and a chocolate milk shake.The surf and turf burrito but it came with only shrimp and no beef.They did not even inform me about that when they handed the food over to me. I expect to have what I ordered and not what they want to give me.This is disappointing.

Del Taco foot

To have to send an e-mail to your company is something I have NEVER had to do before regarding food. Tonight, I came to the location #0370 here in Riverside, CA. I had a large order, so I decided to walk in. There was only one person in front of me who was leaving. The drive up was consistent with customers getting their orders. I placed a 12 count value turkey meat tacos, 2 carne asada street tacos, 2 half pound bean/cheese/extra green with sour cream, 3 large fries and an iced coffee. So... My street tacos had all the trimmings, but the AVOCADO and LIME wedge...that is what I look forward to :(, my burritos did not have sour cream which I paid extra for. Too, the tortillas were not even warmed for our burritos. They had the texture of being right out of the bag (stiff and firm)/not soft and warm. The turkey tacos were thrown together so flat and hardly anything inside but lettuce. Leaving with a bill of $29.69. Four women were working quickly on all orders- the drive through and only mine, not other persons came in after me. Details to an order like mine really makes me think otherwise. Was it too much? Are some of the employees ready to go home and trying to hurry? I always go to this location and have not had any complaints for 8 years...everything has always been great. But today...another story. So disappointed!
Hoping that this can be rectified and my time back is satisfying. I appreciate your company checking into this.

Del Taco uncooked rice & "snippy" inpatient drive thru cashier

not sure of address, i think zip 92346 but not sure.

We ordered Burrito Plato and Street Tacos Plato. and other small orders.
We paid $ 17.25 cash.
The rice in both orders was VERY CRUNCHY NOT COOKED OR UNDERCOOKED. The salsa was very bland, usually it was tasty.
My husband and I were not pleased eating the rice.
You may ask "why not bring it back?"
We then may tell you "REALLY ? why would we spend our time to drive back to the window?"
Shouldn't the employees have been trained good enough to cook in there?

The cashier at the window was not pleasant, inpatient, and RUDE. We had a coupon to use for BOGO carne asada street taco. Before my husband finish ordering, she said "You can't use this coupon with the plato".
Did we look stupid or illeterate ? Was she judgmental because we were in a work truck that old was messy and dirty? Had we shown up in our Challenger HELL CAT (and yes I have one), would she have been so rude?

I do not tolerate rude attitude especially from a "kid" working at a drive thru window. I have a 19 year old son who works at pizza hut, I'd be damn if he was rude to customers, and he knows better.

SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
HOW ARE YOU GOING TO RESPOND TO OUR COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC DEL TACO?
BECAUSE, I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS. IT IS OF COURSE NOT THE MONEY, IT IS THE PRINCIPAL. THAT EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE TALKED TO, REORIENTED, OR RETRAINED.
THE RICE COOKER/CHEF/MAKER NEEDS TO KNOW THAT A WELL COOKED RICE SHOULD BE NICE AND SOFT. NO DRY OR CRUNCHIES IN IT.
MAYBE LEARN FROM BAKERS RESTAURANT/DRIVE THRU, THEIR RICE IS ALWAYS PERFECTLY COOKED ! OK?

Del Taco the quality of the food

Yesterday I went to my local Del taco in Santa Fe springs off of telegraph road. I went through the drive through. I had a pretty big order as I was getting food for my family & two other extended family members. Specifically; I personally ordered a toasta w/sour cream & a medium #1 w/a Mr. Pib. Just about a 30 minutes after I had finished eating I felt this heartburn type filling. Long story short I've been up since 2:30am sick to my stomach. Not to be gross but it smells like the food I ate.

Del Taco charged incorrectly and poorly treated during the refund process.

I purchased 12 tacos on 2/21/2017 at 10:50. I was charged incorrectly, when I returned to request the difference of being overcharged I was told to return through the drive thru. I sat behind 4 cars but thought nothing of it. When I pulled up to the speaker I was completely ignored when I mentioned it was I returning for the difference. Blatantly ignored as if I was being a bothersome. I then continued to pull up to the driveway where she stuck a receipt out at me saying my difference would be put on the card withina couple days. I paid with debit? She did not look at me, apologise, she did absolutely nothing at all besides speak with her friends in the car behind me before slamming the window on my face as if it was I who had caused it all. I was polite as I always am referring to employees as sir and mam and thanking them all for their service. I did not enjoy my tacos, I was angry and felt disrespected. They were cold by the time I got home. All I expected was a sorry have a nice day. I will tell all my friends and family to boycott del taco which they will then spread to their friends. I will post this to my Facebook page and share as much as possible. Please fix this. Thank you for reading. The store number is 0941 and the employees name is Elisabeth. Receipt number 55.

Del Taco unethical behavior

I'm an employee at del taco in robertson blvd, culver city. I really upset because the general manager is always annoying all the employees, she irritates us for everything we do, no matter if we are doing everything good... Sometimes she says that I can't do anything good and yells in front of the customers... Nobody is going to say nothing because we are afraid to lose our job... But the situation is really stressful for us... I work really hard and she have never recognized nothing, and the worst part of this, sometimes people like her or other employees aren't doing nothing but she wants that some employees included me, do all the job... Maybe we can but if our boss is treating us like trash is really difficult... I think she doesn't know anything about how to be a leader because to be a leader she has to give respect for her employees.

Del Taco staff and service

The staff was incredibly rude to me in addition to being inefficient. My receipt did not reflect my order and when I began to complain, they told me that it was my fault and that I would not get a refund for the food I did not even want in the first place. I re-ordered and when I forgot to take one of two bags from the counter, I had to return for it as the staff laughed at my mistake. It was a terrible experience and I do not wish to return to this joke of an establishment

Del Taco orlando fl, international drive location horrible customer service

I have been coming to this store for four years, basically since it opened. The entire time this store has constantly done lousy. You go in there and some kind of problem will occur. Counter service is constantly rude and hateful, unless you are of a specific ethnic background. They will openly berate and badger you. And the managers are just as bad, when you can find one. Also, the coupons you get off of the " raving fan club" are not honored. I do not recommend this store at all, and after trying to give the store multiple chances. I will not be back.

Del Taco jose vega manager at the del taco

i went through the drive through today and didn't get a receipt and on my way back to work I realized that my order was wrong. I had to drive back and get down and simply as the manager if I could have my order remade. I had asked for no sour cream on my carne asada fries which I think it's reasonable and easily understandable how someone can confuse sour cream with secret sauce because they look identical especially in the picture on the menu. Anyways, Jose said he knows that I asked for no sour cream so he didn't put any but instead put secret sauce. I told him I understand but I've always thought it was sour cream because I've always order them that way and never had this issue so the girl taking my order should've told me that they don't come with sour cream but instead come with secret sauce so it wasn't my fault the order was wrong. He then yelled at me telling me that it wasn't their fault that it was mine and that I should look at the menu better next time. He then continued to argue with me over secret sauce and sour cream which I believe is insane! He then had someone start remaking my order and started being sarcastic with me asking one by one which ingredient was okay to add to my order. At that I point I just said you know what you're being so rude I don't even want the food anymore I just want my money back and he refused! He said he won't refund me because it's not his fault and has never refunded anyone and will not refund me. He said if I had an issue with it I can call the number on the receipt and I reminded him that I never even received one so he reprinted one and threw it in my bag! So I left the restaurant without any food and without my refund!

Del Taco service and food.

I visit Del Taco regularly late at night work for albertson get off late, loction Stanton ca. 90680 del # 0134 del #[protected] jose is the guys name, time 12:54 01/11/17. SO I go thru drive thru like alway order number 6 combo is a quesadilla sm fry sm drinks ok, get up to window jose asked how im doing wish is great, till i get home and open the bag of food, hes get the order together opens window asked if i wanted ketchup or hot sause, i said mild please, he says ok and puts del, inferno sause in the bag . This is the second time this has happed and my frys look like there a week old burnt. I waited for my food little over 10 min give or take dont want him to get fired but when u ask for a specifically suase thats what i should hv in bag. And if he is out but should be at else tell the customer. My name is Kris.

Del Taco store 0045 doesn't have fries after 1am

I visit this location in orange often after the bars and my friends and I always look forward to ordering fries but everytime I visit after 1 am they are "cleaning the fryer" this particular incident happened Friday night. I have had enough and just want to make the company aware. we have asked how long until its done and they say they don't know. I have worked in fast food industries and am aware that cleaning the fryer doesn't take very long . I am requesting that they stop being lazy and start serving fries or my friends and I will take our business elsewhere.

Del Taco food poisoning from del taco hb

I ate Del Taco in Huntington Beach, ca on Dec 26th and ate a bean and cheese burrito and chili cheese fries and 2 hours later was throwing up and having direah with a fever. I cannot believe how sick I still am. I am very disappointed. To top that I missed 4 days of work and now may loose my job. I think the health board need to come visit this location.

Del Taco Product and service

Taco Tuesday is a crowded night at this Torrance store and as usual more than a dozen cars were in line waiting, and moving forward one by one to the delivery window. At the front of the store were water-sprinklers that were not maintained and with a high flow of water squirting out erratically. Each of the cars got water sprinkled on them as they passed the front of the store. People leaving by the front entrance had to get wet to get back to their cars parked in the lot. I notified the Manager, Luis of the problem and his response was...
"I can't do anything about it" and I said "do you want to wash my car windows and paint?" His response was "why should I?" And I was very angry at his ignorant response and unwillingness to correct the problem. Everyone was angry about it, yet Luis DID NOT CALL THE FRANCHISE OWNER to alert them to the problem, or attempt to fix the problem...

Luis did not care and he short-changed me $.27 on my order, but I didn't notice until I returned home. Now I get to pay $14 to have my new car washed tomorrow.

Why are the employees of Store 0158 so negative and ignorant?They do not care about their jobs obviously. I called the Torrance Police Department and reported the incident and filed a complaint. The responding officer said he would make a call to the store and talk with the Manager.

We are having a DROUGHT in the State of California and Los Angeles County has mandated that we conserve water, but obviously Del Taco does not care. They do not maintain their equipment and sprinklers, because I have encountered this problem on multiple occasions throughout the Summer months and now it is Fall. I will not patronize this establishment. They do not think the LAW applies to them and did nothing to stop the large flow of water.

Del Taco bad crazy service by abusive black male at night

I went to this del taco and got abused by a crazy black male at night just b/c i asked why it was taking 10 mins for the order. This nasty black male began yelling and screaming at me, on a powertrip, then this psychopath began complaining about me to his employees as if i did something wrong. When I pulled my taco out of the bag, ALL the meat fell out into the bag. So this evil ugly fat black psycho purposely made my taco wrong then he began screaming at me blaming me for the meat falling out. It was so extreme and bad I wish I would've taped it and put it on youtube. This ugly fat piece of turd thinks he can harass and terrorize women. He is a demonic loser and needs to be removed from that place and disciplined. He was so abusive rude cruel and the other employees were ugly fat rejects from hell staring as if i did something wrong. i really wanted to punch this fat ugly black male out and will make sure the owner and corporate knows about how he abuses women at the drive thru. The creeps that work here are sub human, ugly wild and crazy, they are lower than insects and the most worthless freaks to exist. they're really ugly weird and creepy too. These demon insect things are terrorizing customers, abusing women and serving unedible food they spit on

Del Taco unethical behaviour

The manager has a relationship with a cashier that works for him I have seen him making out with her. The manager's name is victor. This happened November 18 2015 it was at about 10:45am. The reason I am complaining about this is because I am a regular customer and I usually bring my kids with me and it is unconformable for me and my family to see the manager making out with a cashier. The cashier name is Jessica.

Del Taco worker was very disrespectful and threatened me.

On sept. 16th, at 6;30 pm i went to the del taco on jefferson bl. Culver city, ca. A african, young, very ugly, spoke with a bad lisp, female {could hardly understand her} approached me and my brother and told us never to talk to her and pretend she was not there when she was working [we don't like or talk to her anyways to begin with] and then walked away calling us the b word and everything else. Started laughing and was very happy with herself. Something needs to be done people like that should not be working in public!

Del Taco service

Went to the Coachella drive through of Del Taco. Ordered our food and proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes while they helped customers inside, finally they helped the car in front of us. We then waited longer. When the girl working finally came to the window I told her that was the longest I have ever waited in a drive through. She said " Well we just had a $65 dollar order inside" I told her that has nothing to do with me and I have a crying baby. She very rudely replied well what do you want a free drink or something? I said no and just left without paying or getting the food we needed.

Two burgers for $3.50 what a deal! What we for got to mention. Small fries $1.50. Small coke $1.50. Total cost $7.05. Ya, we got you on the extras. You can call it pretty, but be careful.

Del Taco discrimination

My family and I have been frequenting this restaurant since June 2008, including our 4 children, all with special needs. We chose this as our family spot due to their low prices and play area in which our kids could enjoy. Today, Sunday, May 4th, 2014 at approximately 2:15 pm, after playing in the area for over an hour, a manager, approached my oldest (Autistic, 12 year old physically, 6 or 7 mentally) and ordered that he no longer play in that area. At the time, he and another girl, about 9 or 10, were the only 2 playing along with my 5 year old son. My son did so without question, but as I observed the situation, and had been watching them play the entire time, I decided to ask her why she made that decision. She simply said "he's too big, " smiled, and walked away. As she did so, I explained wed, not return to this, our favorite family spot if over 5 years, and exited. I can understand there are posted rules concerning height and age, however, there are no explanation's regarding children with disabilities or special needs related to their specific conditions. Does this mean Del Taco cares only about the safety of "normal children" and not that of those with mental or physical conditions. As a parent, who is far from perfect, with children who are also not perfect, I can read the silver lining! Del Taco was a respectable place, that catered to our family and their needs... until today!
