Order # [protected]; I purchased a Mac book pro from Daily sale, on August 22 2018, It arrived not working, so I brought it too Apple which is a 2 1/2 hour drive from my house. After spending all day just to get this fixed by Apple, they got it working, however found that the Battery needed to be replaced. I e-mailed Daily sale, and sent the letter from Apple stating the battery problem. They offered a refund only, which I did not want, I only wanted the battery replaced as we spent a whole day just getting this computer to work. After multiple e-mails they finally told me they could not satisfy me. When I purchased this I bought from you a 3 year extended warrantee, for 49.99. I contacted this Co. 3 times with no response. If your selling an extended warrantee to fix an item, you should stand behind that. If not Just give me my $49.99 back. Please reply
