I am being charged several charges for ring tones that were never used, service was not used. Having a hard time getting the charges taken off the cell phone bill for theses two companies. Why is it so hard to find information on this problem?
these companies need to find out if a minor is signing up for services so this doesn't happen.

I recently got charged for a text I did not send from my phone I contacted o2 about this and gave me number and website for opera telecom by low and behold can't get onto website
I have NEVER subscribed to any of your services and have been charged a fortune for the last 2 -3 months! BITBOP and APPLY DOWNLOADS.
I noticed that my account was suddenly increasing dramatically, I called vodacom who told me that I was being billed for vidsmile, a sub that I did not enter to, I have unsubscribed and would like all my monies back. Why do companies feel that they can just take liberties with other people's money. This is unimaginable.

Opera Telecom deducted R13.04 everyday for the whole month of July 2018! It came to an extra R319, 46! It is unacceptable! I didn't sign up for this at all.
