Credit One Bank harassing phone calls!!

Hi.. I received a $300 credit card in the mail. I was happy to be able to receive it, but i am sick of the harrassing phone calls 10 times a day every single day! My bill is not due til the 5th of every month and you all keep calling and calling and calling. I am fixing to change my number. And you also told me my bill was going to be $25.00 a month. Now you send me a bill for $75. I am on social security and i cannot afford no more than $25.00 a month and this is all you are getting. From all of the complaints i have read.. You guys do not have many positive reviews. Stop harrassing me with phone calls! My bill is not due yet! This number that keeps calling is [protected]! They are blocked!

I received a credit card in the mail for $300. I called them up to see how much my bill would be a month. They tell me $25.00. I get a bill and the minimum payment is $75.00. You are only getting $25.00 a month from me. I ripped up the card and will never ever use this card again. I will pay it off, but it going to be $25.00 a month only. My main complaint is the stupid phone calls. This company starts at 8:30 a.m and calls at least 8 to 10 times a day every day including SUNDAYS. I am changing my phone number. If you keep calling me you are not getting a dime from me. Also my BILL is not DUE til April 5th. Why are you harrassing me? STOP! :(

This is regarding Credit One Bank. First, I've been with card company for a year now. I never had a problem with the terms until the start of the second year with COB. Knowing that there was an annual fee of $75.00, the first year, I had no problem paying it in full asap. Received a complimentary increase of $150 the following month. I paid my balance in full on the 5th every month for the first year. Received another complimentary increase of $250. So far no problems. Well knowing that $8.25 a month annual fee will commence for second year, I noticed COB deliberately times the fee on the closing statement date which means, interest charged. What bank charges annual fee on the closing date? Now instead of $8.25 monthly, it's $9.01 because of the interest. They won't change the date nor will they allow you to pay early. I will keep this card for one more year, then say GOODBYE. I don't need to be controlled.

Credit One Bank horrible horrible

Make sure to read reviews I sure wish I did. I just applied for the Credit One Bank and said I was approved $400. I got my card on Dec 3, 2016. I used it one thank God for that and hopefully there is no more sneaking fees after this. I seen on my account that I was charged $75 annual fee, which was not mention in the application. Well I found about this on Dec 5, 2016, so I contact them. Then first guy told me that he can close it out without helping me. Then as I stress my situation he hang up on me, so I called back and another person said well it is on the application and by the way there is a $8.95 monthly fee. WHAT! I have Capital One great company. NO annual fee, NO monthly fee, great customer service. Oh an only been with them under a year and got 3 credit increase from 400 to 1150 now and my credit is not good. I so called was speaking to a person by the name of Derrick ref# 4190736, which sound nothing like a man, so I believe thats lies. Bottom line is horrible customer service, sneaking with saying that the annual and monthly fees were on the application which they were not. They said they will closed my account we will see. I will never ever do business with them again. They are lucky to even get 1 star from me.

Credit One Bank customer service/accounts payable

I called the company 16 total times to pay off, close account, get a refund of my 600.00 security and was hung up on 100% of the time. On 10/21/2016 i called the company from my phone 14 times, my boyfriends phone twice. Each time i was hung up on. The first 5 or so times i thought it was a problem with the connection. After, when i spoke with a man, explained i wanted to close the account, he pretended to transfer me to 3-4 so called managers even though it was the same man each time. He finally tranferred me to a woman named michelle who said she closed my account after asking me if it was ok to charge my bank the 52.20 remaining on my account. Then when i asked for a refund of my 600.00 security, she told me she could not hear me, the connection was bad and for me to call back, then hung up again. I spent two hours and 16 calls trying with these people. I am livid that a company is allowed to function and scam people in this country. Not only would they refuse to talk to me about the refund but the account still remains open. So they can continue to charge me interest i am sure. I have contacted the bbb to intervene. Horrific company

Credit One Bank why not air your feedback good or bad with credit one direct?

Just curious, there's over a thousand complaints here on this bank and since the company has their own feedback board why all these complaints aren't posted there where they would be better viewed as a warning? Has anyone tried? Do they delete or modify their clients feedbacks and only keep select comments? Right now it says their customers have left an average of 4.7 out of 5 star feedback. I'd be interested to see if all these complaints here, if left on their review board would remain or not? Here's a link to where you can leave feedback and reviews if you desire... https://www.creditonebank.com/credit-cards . Try there and see what happens? I came here to the complaintsboard as I usually do to find out more about companies I plan on dealing with but thought it odd these same complaints aren't seen on their review board as well? Give it a try, you might get somewhere with your complaints or at least get others to be warned before applying if it's a valid issue. Just Sayin~

Credit One Bank payment was not received

I have a Credit One Bank Visa card. Their customer service is horrible. August 16, 2016, I made a payment of $59.95. $50 was to be applied to my account and $9.95 was the total of the rip off fees they charge to accept my money on line. That's a whole other issue that I've learned is the cost of trying to re-establish my credit score with a company like this. I regularly check my account and as of August 22, I didn't see my payment post, but it was taken out of my bank account. I tried for hours, really hours, to get a live person from Credit One Bank on the phone. Of course, impossible. I tried the customer service link on their web site and continually received a message saying my request could not be processed. Finally, I decided to make another payment trying to avoid their ridiculous late fees. On August 23, I made another payment of $59.95 Today, August 31, I've received my Credit One statement indicating only the August 23 payment posted. I researched hidden phone numbers for Credit One and found a number that got me to a customer "harassment" representative that I could barley understand. This fine lady from another land, explained to me that it was my problem, not Credit One's, and the burden of proof was on me! Hoe is this possible? My bank statement clearly shows 2 distinct payment paid to Credit One, August, 16 and August 23. I went to my bank to make sure I was right. I was, 2 separate payments have been paid as I have explained.I am at a total loss, am I out $59.95?

Credit One Bank worst card ever

I got this card in 2012 and pretty much kept up with the payements then I started getting all the increases like everyone else although you had to pay for them like 19.99 for 200 increase. I got all the way up to 1300 with this card and at the same time my credit score started to go up and I also got more cards so I stopped using the card. at the end of 2015 I had paid the card off place it in my drawer and never used it again. In march 2016 I was trying to get finaced for a house and my credit was pulled and it showed that I have a 60 day late chard from credit one. I called them to find out what it was they told me it was from a late for the yearly fee for having the card. I then explain to them that I never got a bill or email from them, this is where the fun began. I then talked to the first customer service rep and she explained that I was suppose to check my bill every month thru the computer. I told the rep. that I paid the card off and that I haven't gotten a bill thru my email or one sent to my house or a phone call, she then said that one was sent thru my email I told her that I checked and there is no bill, I then asked why was it high the bill was 100 dollars she said late fees. I then asked how much was it before she said 8 dollars I told her you guys put this on my credit for 8 dollars and didn't give me a bill, I then asked to speak to her manager and told him the same story and then come back and says oh we show its correct and we called you, I told him tell me the phone number on file and then gave me a number I had 5 years ago I told him you called the wrong number, and I had been changed my number with you guys, and I still never gotten a bill, he then give me someone else . tell this guy the same story and then he says its correct we called you I then asked him for my number he then starts to shoot of my new number I then explained that's not what the last person said and the person before that told me I had to check my email, I then got pissed and closed my acct, they did not want to take the 60 day late of my credit. so then the next day I get a phone call trying to collect the money I then told them to send the bill in the mail, right after that for a whole week I then started getting phone calls for the bill of the closed acct. WTF now you wanna call me, before for 8 dollars you didn't give a ###, and know this acct may cost me my house because the 60 days late is so recent its dropped my score, stay away from this card and the people here there English is horrible.

My available credit was showing the different amount, that's why I called credit one customer service. The representative was a guy . He spoke with a bad attitude when I asked him why my available credit was showing difference. Also he could not explain it properly. Then I told him that I wanted to talk somebody else who can helped me and he just hung up the phone. Then I again called and talk to his supervisor Kenny . I asked his name but Kenny told he was not able to tell the name but he could give me reference no - 0111481. And I am really suspicious that the supervisor took this seriously or not.

Credit One Bank payment not received

I made the mistake of sending a payment of $373 by MoneyGram money order to the address in Omaha Nebraska of Credit One, according to the letter I received with my Pin Number. That was in November and I was able to check by the tracking number that it was received on Nov.21st.When the payment was not posted I got in touch with Credit One in India and for over a month I have made numerous calls and been in touch with many supervisors and managers, some of whom were difficult to understand. I was promised that I would see it posted in 24 to48 hours . After about 20 lengthy phone calls, I was informed that my money order must be in a post box in Omaha, Nebraska, where the credit cards are produced. Unfortunately they were unable to contact anybody there. They could not give me a phone number. I was asked to fax all info regarding the money order and I sent a copy of the stub, etc. I contacted the authorities and they discovered that there was no building only a rented postbox and when they contacted Credit One in Las Vegas, Nevada, they told the management it was a scam. In order to trace my money order, which I had been told on several phone calls was already found, I was told by Credit One I would have to work out something with MoneyGram, which would take 65 days and if someone should cash it in the meantime I would be even worse off. That Payment would have paid the card off! They actually had the nerve to ask for another payment despite not doing anything to help and despite the fact that I have always paid early. As a former police officer, I do not take kindly to being lied to and led up the garden path.

Credit One Bank fraudulent ach usage on company account

We have had numerous fraudulent transactions on the Company Operating Banking Account from Credit One. All charges have been disputed but seem to continue with different Credit One Clients. Even when declined transactions have been processed by our financial institution, they (Credit One) process late fees on the account. No one employed by or associated with our company has ever had or used Credit One. How do they have our banking information? and worse, it's several people's names that post. IE: John Hall; Garrett Overheul... Not sure what kind of business is being ran here going under the assumed name, Credit One but I hope our financial institution investigates and shuts them down! I am at my limits to having to close banking accounts and paying for fraud protection because of their (Credit One) negligence!

Credit One Bank i think that they took all these charges from me

I think that this company is scam, but I have no proof of this. I contacted the company Credit One. I spoke with the rep, who told me that my credit line has been successfully opened. However, I started to notice that there were several charges, which were taken within couple of days. I called again to this company and the rep told me that someone invaded their system and therefore such problem occurred. But he didn’t sound too persuasive.

Credit One Bank fraudulently reopened my account and charged fees

I got a credit one bank card for about 1.5 years to restore my credit. I made all of y payments on time. In november of 2014 I paid my card in full which I can furnish proof. At the same time I also closed my account. I received a bill in April of 2015 (5months later) stating I owed them money. These charges for interested fees, monthly fees, annual fees and late fees. This card will restore credit but it is very high in fees. I called them to figure out what happened. They said my card on file to pay my Credit one bank card was declined. I said 'I know" because I changed the number after closing the account because I read bad reviews on this might happen to me and it sure did. They fix the issue in April 2015. Today 09/03/15 I receive a bill (5months later) again, to say I owe money. They claim I did not close the account and that the fees piled up. I have 5 derogatory marks on my credit currently as I checked through capital one. This time I recorded their calls and they even stated it was THEIR mistake. They said they will report this to the credit agencies and it will be fixed and also it will be closed. I am making a statement to be aware of this card. I have paid every single card on time. When I asked the guy to speak to a manager he played dumb and continued to talk in circles with his accent and hung up on me. I called back 3 times and they continued to hang up on me. I want everyone to know that this happened to me and I will also place the recorded call on YOUTUBE! If my credit is not repaired from this I will SUE.

Credit One Bank bad service

This credit card company has INCREDIBLY bad customer service support. As is typical with credit card companies that cut costs, they use a call center in India. However, they must use the cheapest call center in India because the customer service reps are incredibly rude and stupid. Here an example, I have two credit cards with Credit One Bank. One has an expiration date of 2/2015. I NEVER got a replacement card. I have called the Credit One Bank customer service number in India several times and I have been unable to talk to ANYONE who is smart enough to understand that I never received an updated credit card. They show that a new card with an expiration date of 2/2018 is in the system but they simply cannot comprehend that I never actually received in the card in the mail. It is unbelievable that they have people this stupid working in that call center. The second problem I have is that I cannot get online access for EITHER of my credit cards. I was able to get online when I had just one card but I took Credit One Bank up on an offer of an additional new card and that is where the problems began. I got the new card and when I tried to register it online somehow the system just could not discern that I had TWO Credit One credit cards. Now no matter what I try, I cannot get online access for either card. Even when I try to re-register the cards, I cannot get online access. In light of all my problems, I want to warn people about this credit card company. It is a third-rate, shoe string operation and definitely NOT worth the hassle. I have NOT charged anything on either card because I am afraid to. It this company is so incompetent that they cannot even mail out a new card when the old card expires, imagine how incompetent they are when it comes to any charge problems you might have on their credit card.

Credit One Bank dunning practices

If you are two minutes late with a payment this company is unrelenting in their attempts to collect! They will call every 30 minutes from multiple phone numbers and NEVER leave a message. If you do happen to answer they will pressure you to make a payment immediately or, in the alternative, set up an automatic payment date. I missed making a payment by two days because I was in the hospital and when they called me the day I was discharged they were rude and insistent that I make a payment right then. I paid the card off and cancelled. BEWARE! These people are unscrupulous, heartless blood-suckers.

Credit One Bank false charges on credit card

RE: Account Ref. Number: [protected]/ Account Number: [protected]

I received a written notice from Resurgent Capital Services regarding the above credit
card stating that I owe $757.20.

I would like a statement regarding the purchases I made on this account for which I
