I have been following up with your customer service ever since 16 May, 2016.

It has been close to two months now and still they are unable to solve the issue

Just to refresh,

I bought two cameras from your FAKE website and got delivery for it on 16 May 2016

The cameras did not work at all.

Total price for both the cameras is AED 598/-

The cameras kept shutting off and hanging when I tried connecting them to my iPhone and Samsung.

I called your so-called customer service, spoke to Asheesh and he advised me to buy an expensive SD card which cost me 150 AED each. I went ahead and bought two.

I even made a video and sent it to you as requested proving that the cameras are not working and shut off even though they are fully charged.

The reason why I bought the cameras was because I wanted it for my Family trip to Mauritius and to gift one of them to a friend who came along with me.

My trip was ruined, thanks to your poor customer service and follow up and FAKE products.

I have spoken to Nilesh & Jigar on various occassions and they have always blamed the higher management for not co-operating.

I had received a call from your Operations Manager just once in these two months and his mobile number is [protected]. Currently that number is disconnected. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

He reassured that the matter will be resolved. But to no avail.

They have forced me to take a store credit which I am not too happy about as I have lost complete trust in them.

Why would I want to buy more FAKE products from them?

I have also advised them to show me if the cameras [which I purchased] work and they said they will replace the cameras.

The whole point of me buying the cameras was in vain as I had to spend my holiday in Mauritius and kept the Cameras in Dubai as they were not working.

I have advised all my friends to Please be aware of purchasing from this website.

They are selling FAKE products and not willing to resolve the matter when they are confronted.

Moreover, they are also not disclosing the location of the company where I can go ahead and make an official complaint with the Police.

My last call was requesting them to have a call back from their Manager.
