on 26 june i ordered this ice maker but have yet to receive it. tracking no. does not work. order no.YWW98443 can you please tell me where this is, if i am ever going to get this.

This is a SCAM! I want my money back. I paid $39.95 for The Nugget Ice Maker, SKU: H41559. I received an email dated 7/12/2021, stating my order has shipped. On Saturday, July 23, 2021, I received a DAMN ICE SCOOP. At this point I don't want the Ice maker. I want MY DAMN MONEY BACK FROM THESE JACK OFFS!

I ordered the nugget ice maker on 07/10/2021 - It has taken forever to ship. I've tried to contact someone regarding this order with no response. The website shows tracking info but then was turned over to USPS. USPS claims to have only received an ice scooper. WHERE IS THE MACHINE!?
The website no longer exists and you can't click on any of the support links in the email. I also tried to email them and the email is returned undeliverable.

I made a purchase for a nugget ice maker on July 7th, now today I finally received a very small, light package and it's a silver ice scooper. Wow. This is what the internet is allowing, people to scam, others that work hard for their money. It sickens me that this has happened to so many people. Then on top of it I had to cancel my card due to fruad in India, humm. Be careful people. I want my money back and I will get it watch and when I do I will inform everyone of the steps. This is not okay. Smh. I will be back 💯

so they advertise an ice maker that's 90% off and they send me an ice scoop for 39.99 is this a [censored]ing joke. I see multiple complaints about the same thing they should be ashamed of themselves and i am going to do everything in my power to see that this does not happen to anyone again. They are a [censored]ing scam company and I will make sure that this will go public no matter what it takes for people to find out about them.

My husband ordered this Ice maker on 7-4-21... all we received was a ice scoop on 7-26-21 from a Return warehouse 14703 182nd St. Jamaica, NY 11413. Which when googled its a warehouse... potential scam. As of today I no longer can get to the web site ... comes up as (error 404)" Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable". Figures. We did file a complaint with pay pal but who knows if we will see our money back. Looking here we are not the only one's who saw this ad.

I placed an order on 7/08/21 to crazydealse for a nugget ice maker for $39.99. I used my Visa card through Paypal for a total of $47.90 which showed up on my bank statement Ruianmengma Ruianmengma. On 7/24/21 I received a small envelope containing a metal scoop I tracked the order, it said delivered. Ordered the nugget ice maker. It was supposed to be 90 % off. What I received was an scoop that could be purchased at a dollar store for $1. Checked the original purchase and it now shows a picture of a scoop. And the nugget ice maker has disapeared. Who would pay $50 for a scoop?

I asked for my money back or the actual product I ordered and paid for. They said send pictures. Have not heard back

The picture of the item that was for sale was called, the hyper cube WITH REMOTE CONTROL!The iteam they sent me was a dollar store clock!false advertizing. I paid 47.90 for a joke ITEAM!

Ordered an ice maker on 7-4-21. Have not gotten it nor are the replying messages.

Ordered the nugget ice maker, however after ordering the confirmation email said shovel and the picture changed from that of the advertisement. I received an ice scooper not an ice maker as advertised.

I ordered an ice maker off the yahoo home page advertisement and only received an ice scoop. I emailed the company and have not received any response back. I spend 47$ on an advertised ice maker at 90% off. I received a cheap ice scoop that is worth Pennies. I want my 47$ refunded back to me as I did not receive what the advertisement stated. Please send me the ice maker as advertised or refund me back the 47$ I paid. I am currently unemployed and I don't have a lot of money. I bought this ice maker because I can not afford to fix my ice maker in my refrigerator. I live in Florida so it's very hot. We use ice in our drinks often to cool off from the hot humid weather.

This description states you get an ice maker for $47.90, just because the advert carries on to be a scam, you are definately under the impression you will receive an ice maker.

They advertised a GE ice maker at 90% off then shipped a cheapo ice scooper which is so small it wouldn't work for anything. The email address they give for contacting them does not work so I researched and found a direct email. On complaining I received a response that they had sent the order correctly and will not refund my money, but offered a $7 dollar coupon. This is a total scam; do not buy anything from them.

I too was a victim of this scam. I bought the ice maker and then got the small ice scooper for $47.20 including shipping. They advertised that it was a nugget ice maker and that the deals was $39.95 from $399. If you click the link from the popup, it'll take you to the ice maker page with all the info and images about the ice maker so you can go to checkout and pay. Then the icon of the item change to the picture of the ice scooper with ice on it and I would think it's showing the ice nugget but literally they mean the ice scooper. You can't find this item anymore or they have a way of blocking it and only people who click on the popup will see it. They have 2 different emails for you to send questions but you have to search around a bit to find it. So far, I got cheated from Crazydeals so hopefully PayPal stands by their customers under the purchased protection and don't let this scammer won any dispute and don't let them get money from innocent people. Hope consumer find this complaints before buying sending them money.

What a scam. I ordered 2 ice makers and also received 2 scoops. How are these people allowed to do business? I contacted them via email and after spending almost $80 they offered me a refund of $8 since I was "not happy" with my order. I advised I would return scoops and expected a full refund and received no further response. I am now left to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

This ad was on Yahoo's website I ordered it thinking I was ordering an ice maker because that was what picture was put in the.
I received an ice scoop in the mail today. I was expecting the nugget ice maker as was pictured when I made the purchase.
I do not want to keep the ice scoop and want to return this product for a refund. This was a very misleading ad and could be considered fraud.
Please let me know how to get my money back.

Like, others, I ordered a nugget ice maker and received a small metal scoop. They switched the order from the ice maker to the scoop when the shipping notice was sent. It was a classic "bait and switch". When contacted, they offered me $7, then $10, and $13 to stop complaining. The item as ordered on 7/3/21. As you can see from the PayPal email, it describes the ice maker, not the scoop.
