You scammed me. I want my money back. I thought I was getting an ice maker, not some dum scooper. I order on July 7, 2021, FNB4603.
The company is CrazyDeals.com, they advertise an ice maker with a picture, for $49.00. They sent me an ice scooper when I went back to check when my ice maker will be here, the email said the order was complete. I check into it and saw about 100 people received the same thing and was trying to find out why the company sent an ice scooper and not an ice maker for $49.00 No one in their right mind will pay $49 for an ice scooper that you can buy from a Dollar Store. All the post I read was complaining and trying to get their money back.

I ordered the Nugget Ice Maker and never received package. The tracking system showed that it was delivered at mailbox on a certain day, but where I live there are several mailboxes on the outside several steps from my townhouse. I have also contacted USPS and they state they never received anything for my address. I did not know at the time that the order was going all the way to China. I ordered a bullet ice maker for 39.95 plus shipping came to 46.00 all I received was a ice scoop? where is the machine? either send the machine a promised or refund my money. I ordered this a long time ago around a month and a half and to date only received the Ice scoop I see here on complaints there are also others who ordered the ice maker and only received the scoop. below is my information that I can be reached at or the product can be shipped to!

I placed two separate orders with Crazydeaks on July 6, 2021 for Opal Ice Maker $39.99 each. I have yet to receive them. I attempted to contact them through their email … it was "returned". The store website online says "closed". Is this a scam?

What recourse do I have? It appears this has happened to others.

I ordered in good faith the Nugget Ice Maker on July 10, 2021 and waited to hear from you on a delivery date. I have emailed you 2x and each time my email came back as undeliverable.

I have received a worthless scoop which I will admit was shown in your ad but the item for sale clearly states you were selling an ice maker and not a scoop.

I'm trying one more time to get a resolution to this problem solved. It's sites like this that give legit businesses a bad name and people like myself leary to buy from you.

I purchased a GE Ice machine on 7/8 for 39.95. The tracking number is UG086461608YP. The description of the item I purchased was a GE Ice Machine regular price 549.95. What I received was the picture included below. The company in question is crazydealse.com and they are now defunct and off of the internet and none of their contact information works. I would love to get the actual ice machine but would accept my money back for this ridiculousness.

They lead you to believe you were buying a ice machine and sent you a ice scoop. $45 ice scoop. I ordered it July 4, 2021. The advertisement gave the description that you would be getting Nugget Ice Maker for 90% off. Email for the the vendor is [protected]@gmail.com. Transaction ID is 58957048kk7270918. I ordered this product on 7/2/21 (order # YJS98972) and received an order shipped message on 7/6/21 (tracking # UG076975311YP), which I was never able to track until the ice shovel was delivered on 7/16/21 but have yet to receive the Nugget Ice Maker. I have sent 2 emails directly to crazydeals but have not received a response to either. The ice shovel does me no good without the ice maker.

As of this today August 3rd, 2021 I have not received my order and I have been charged for the product. I have tried contacting them but I have not received any response back from the company. Like, others, I ordered a nugget ice maker and received a small metal scoop. They switched the order from the ice maker to the scoop when the shipping notice was sent. It was a classic "bait and switch".

I placed an order for the H41559 Ice Maker Machine and what I received was a scoop! I paid $35.97 . I want my money credited back to my credit card since they are not refunding my money . I just saw online that this is a scam . I need, my money back asap. AS you can see from the photo attached it clearly says that I purchase the ice maker. my name is Kathy Shearer and i ordered a ice maker through Crazydealse my order ID # isRXL37398 i ordered it on 7/07/2021 and still haven't gotten it .I've tried to get ahold of them but the e-mail they have for them doesn't go through when i try to e-mail them there's no phone # to call and i would like to know where my ice maker is or if sent out

On July 1st, 2021, I placed Order No. TUK85849 from Crazy Deals which advertised "The Nugget Ice Maker" (90% OFF) for $39.95. SKU listed was H41559. The tracking number I received was Tracking Number UG075556619YP.

On July 23rd, 2021 I sent an e-mail to the e-mail listed on the website
info@mail.crazydealse.com because I had not received the ice maker. I got an instant e-mail failure notice stating unable to deliver to the e-mail address info@mail.crazydealse.com.

On July 23rd, 2021, I sent an e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com as the item I finally received was just an ice scooper. There was no ice maker.

On July 24th, 2021, [protected]@gmail.com replied that after verification, there were two purchase options on this product page, their price is different. One choice is shovel, the other is ice maker and that they sent my order correctly. I informed them that I did not have a choice optioni when I purchased the item as I would not have spent $39.99 for an ice scooper and I sent a picture of my order as it does not mention anywhere on the form the word "Ice scooper". The only thing it says is Ice maker which is what I purchased.

After several correspondence they refused to issue me a refund because they kept saying it would take too long and be lengthy that I should just keep the ice scooper. I said I did not care about the length of time, I was in no rush I just wanted to return the ice scooper for a full refund. I informed them I was mislead, I was not provided any options and no where on my order form does it say ice scooper. I understood I would be purchasing an ice maker. They said they would reimburse me $7.00. I said no, I want to return the item and get a full refund of $39.99. They said that it would take too long so I should keep the ice scooper and they would refund me $10.00. I said no, I wanted to return the item and get a full refund of $39.99. I did not care how much time it took. They said no it would take too long, I should keep the ice scooper and they would refund me $13.00. I said again, NO, I want to return the ice scooper, I was mislead in this purchase and I wanted a full refund, I did not care how long but I would not pay $39.99 for an ice scooper! The said, no we will give you $15 and you keep the ice scooper, it takes to long to return. I again said no, full refund, I was mislead, I want to return the item. They said Manager finally say final offer $20 and I keep the ice scooper. I am not accepting anything less than $39.99 refund as I would never pay that much for just a small little ice scooper. So I am filing several complaints against this company.

A person named Cassie was the respondent for Crazy Deals. She does not write well and does not seem to understand anything being said. She refused to allow me to return the item and then is refusing to refund me the amount I paid.

I just want to return the item for a full refund but they will not allow me to do that. This website Crazy Deals IS A SCAM website. DO NOT USE CRAZY DEALS, you will get ripped off.

Everyone needs to be informed and this website shut down. I am worried they will continue to charge my account so I have to watch out now.

the ad and product description says ice maker. If the seller can make ice with this cheap piece of junk I would love to see it. All ready paid for it so just putting it in my lessons learned file but will never order anything advertised on Crazy Deals again.

Makes me think Crazy Deals as well as this seller are complete frauds.

I ordered this nugget ice maker on July 7 for $39.95 from an ad on yahoo, after carefully reading the description, examining the photos posted on their website, etc. It looked a bit sketchy but since they took Paypal and I used a credit card with purchase protection, I decided to go for it and see if was actually legit. I should have googled reviews first! Well ... a few weeks later I received a cheap ice scoop. At first I couldn't figure out where it came from, as the return address did not list crazydealse or anything like it. Then my husband googled reviews for this company and came across MANY bad reviews for this exact same ice maker purchase; most customers received the cheap ice scoop. I emailed the company but also filed a claim with Paypal. Paypal refunded my purchase pretty quickly, and the next day I got a reply from the company asking me to please cancel my claim with Paypal (um, too late) and they would like to offer me $15.00 refund and were so sorry I was unhappy with my "purchase." *eye roll* Ridiculous. Total scam company - don't buy from them!

I wish I would have done research before buying this exact same product from this merchant and experiencing the exact same experience so many others have registered on this site that all that arrived was a cheap ice scoop and when you contact them they keep trying to for partial refund vs. letting you return the product for a full refund. I've since filled a credit card dispute with CitiBank requesting a refund and hoping they deny approving any transactions from this vendor.
