I bought several ink cartridges from this company and they did not work. I spent over three hours on hold because no one seems to answer the phones. After 5 emails and 11 phone calls, I finally reach Sueda who apologizes and says she will send me a trouble shooting guide for installation immediately. She does nothing. Three days later I manage to get through again and speak with Melica who sends me the troubleshooting info and then asks me to send photos to prove that these items were from them and now they are leaking. I send 7 photos. Melica told me it would take 48 hours to get approval for replacement or refund. I have not heard a word from them since. I have emailed them every business day since 1/26/2015 and still no answer. Since I used a Groupon to buy some of the inks I have also contacted Groupon about this. Most recently I have made comments on Facebook and Twitter to let all my friends know not to EVER buy from Clickinks!!! That business is a joke. Customer service is non-existent.
