My name is Deborah Baker and I just purchased $40.00 on Citiville. I used a visa credit card ending in #6881. I was trying to build my property and buying land. I clicked the Christmas Tree that offers free gifts and it always freezes when I have done this. This piece of land was bought but it has not opened up to me because of this tree not being completed with the gifts. I wrote down how much coins I had when this froze. I had 175, 730. When it unfroze I only had 85, 730 coins remaining. I was upset. Everything else remained correct. 131 energy was correct. 3, 845 level 30 was correct. 2, 215 in goods was correct. I want this fixed immediately cause I did put money into this game. This Christmas Tree has been a problem everytime I click it it takes me out of the game and freezes me. Please fix this and give me back my coins.
