As a customer walking into the store every monday morning, there is 1 employee imparticular who is constantly unprofessional.(mellissa) Constantly complaining to everyone about her personal life, there will be lines of people while she just stands and complains her personal problems to a customer she may no or not know. However this is unprofessional, needs to stop, there are multiple complaints about the same issue with this gal that ive heard from others as well in this community. Todays personal life complaining story was about not being able to go grocery shopping, due to no money, how she wants to boycott christmas, Im sorry but this is very unprofessional and unacceptable when its a family store please acknowedge the rude and unprofessionalism.
stores location is off i10-marana exit.i believe its 13961 sandario rd

    I visist 701 s goldenrod orlando fl 32822 today at about 230 pm i usually go to this location because is closer to home never had an issue but today the lady working the shift was very disrespectful i ask if she could put fresh rollers she told me the ones i had in hands where fresh i again explain to her that they are very hard and that i was willing to wait for fresh ones, she again tells me that they are fresh so i reply i always come in when the spanish lady or other employees here and they are always fresh never have an issue why is a problem for me to get fresh food if i am paying for it. When i said that to the lady at the counter she reply well go to 7 eleven next time, i was very upset because all she doing is pushing me out the door i am a faithful costumer that spends over 80 dollars a week in your store but now i been told to go shop at 7 eleven because i want my food to be fresh food not profesional at all. All she did was sit there and argue infront of costumer because she felt that i told her that her service was poor compare to others well if she had better costumer service i would not have complaint on her and also i will not go back to this location if she is there i will b going to 7 eleven from now on i advice you guys to please train this employees better because if i was running that store she would have been gone already poor costumer service push costumers away. I am not happy at all.

    @Cruz M Flores Your comment is hard to read due to your spelling and grammar. You may want to call that location and ask to speak to a manager.

    @cb21 Have you tried asking for her supervisor or manager?
