I went to the Church's in Tampa, FL located on 2219 E. Fletcher Avenue and experienced the worst customer service ever!. I haven't been to Church's Chicken in years and now I'm realizing why that is. Myself and a few co-workers went in for lunch and waited at least 10 minutes before service and the cashier person was so nonchalant and careless. I ordered a 2pc meal and didnt get the breast and leg combo I asked for, and on top of that my sides (mashed potatoes and fries) were both room temperature and a little stale. Oh and this is by far the worst yet, while I was waiting to be serviced, a customer came in who had previously ordered and received food, and advised that she was given the wrong pieces of chicken... the same cashier person with the I don't care attitude, then took the piece that was wrong and put that piece of chicken back up with the fresh pieces of chicken. Several of us customers told her about it and she looked right through us and didn't care. Not only is that disgusting, but it's also a violation as that piece of chicken could have been contaminated and therefore contaminated other pieces of chicken.

Needless to say I am never going back to this place nor am I ever eating at Church's Chicken again!

Today I visited churches chicken in seguin Texas. The drive thru person was rushing me and speaking so fast to where I couldn't understand a word she was saying. I wasn't able to change my order while in line because she cut me off so fast. I came to the window to then change it and the woman made a huge deal about it and walked off saying, "some people". All I did was ask for a large fry and biscuits to go with my order. The manager was also rude rolling his eyes and not controlling his staff. I then come home to my biscuits torn up in the bag and on top of that they were hard and seemed to be sitting there for a while. I will sadly not be visiting this location anymore.

Me and my girlfriend go to churchs at 8:28pm march 20 2018 on calder street Beaumont texas get our normal everyday meal waited 15-20 minutes on food to get some cold mash potatoes and old bombers very disappointed bout spending my last on food that wasnt cooked fresh. This is very upsetting because i know they know it was not any good. We passed up 3 churchs to come to our favorite and this what we get...NOT GOOD AT ALL.

I went up to the Church's Chicken on 44th and Sunnylane okc ok 73135 and i had went a couple minutes early and i seen a car parked but since i wasn't 10:30 a.m yet i went to the Family Dollar which its in the same parking lot are Shopping Center but i went back about maybe 5 minutes later the cook and the manager was standing outside smoking cigarettes i ask what time they open the cook look at her phone and said Ma am there's no chicken up right now it will be 20 minutes and the manager said im trying to find somebody to come in which really offended me because I go there all the time so you guys don't think I know your the manager and that's the cook i worked for Church's Chicken year ago for SOME years 9010 N.E 23 rd but me and a manager open at 10:30 a.m and we did our best to someone could come in but my other thing was they didn't stop smoking the cigarettes at all I pulled up and parked because i was willing to wait but if you guys are going to finish your cigarettes the customer was not important because you would of put the cigarettes right out and went in and started cooking chicken and i know one of them was already there for at least 5 minutes that i was there and to the Family Dollar and i didnt wanna cook but my son had a sleep over so i had to think quick and cheap so i decided Church's Chicken 15 mixed and 2 side but i was going to buy two extra sides and 10 bombers but couldn't so after the situation at Church's Chicken i was upset i had to spend alot more money than i intended to and i just felt like I wasn't treated like a customer well i hope because if that's the way they treat their customers like they did me you guys won't have many customers after a while

General manager on ft benning rd columbus ga her name is carmen holt she argues with customers & she is very snart while running drive through she told me next time i have all them coupons dont come in her drive through what type of gm talks like that atleast if u are going to be smart make sure your food is on point i have had more than one incident with her i really wish something could be done ! she also told me that she didnt come here to work hard she could have stayed at burger king for that

I went to churchs with a coupon for four pieces of dark meat for 2.99. The young lady inform me that I would have to take 2 legs and 2 thighs . I told.her I don't like thighs she then stated she would have to charge me a 1.40 for each legs. I then inform her that the other locations would let me chose the pieces I wanted. Meaning I could chose between legs and thigh. So she told me to step over to the other window. I thought she was going to finish taking my order. She proceed to take orders for the other. People order. I then ask her when she was going to take my order, she stated that I would have to get in line again. I stated that u told me to go the next window. She said hold on a minute. Took two more order before me. Charge me 10.86 for four legs, fries, corn and a biscuit. As I was driving off a notice a sign that said 3 pieces of dark meat, one side and a biscuit for 4.00. I was upset this is the only location I been to that didn't let me get the pieces of chicken I wanted. And didn't tell me I could have order two of the four dollars meal.

Yesterday, Saturday March 11th 2018, My wife and I decided to try some Church's spicy chicken tenders. I hadn't been to a Church's chicken in years, but remembered them having really good chicken. We drove to the closest location in Shawnee, KS, which is 7.4 miles away from our house in Mission, KS; according to Google maps. I ordered a 20 piece box of spicy tenders along with a single order of mashed potatoes, that came to 24.94 including tax. The order was ready fairly quick, so I paid with my Visa credit card and we headed home. When we got home I opened the box and found legs and thighs with mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a bag of biscuits... clearly not what I had ordered, so we drove back to Church's to get our correct order. When I went inside, they were fairly busy. When it was my turn, I explained to the manager what had happened, only to be told that I should've checked my order before I left. It seems that he's the only one working there that speaks English, therefore if a mistake is made, it's the customers responsibility. He also tried to tell me that I was only charged for what I was returning; a leg and thigh special for around 10.99. I said that's wrong, my receipt clearly says 20 piece tenders and small mashed potatoes for 24.94. He then asked me for the last 4 digits of my Visa credit card, so he could look it up; a silly thing to do, since he had my receipt in his hand, which by the way, he didn't return. He then told me I was right about the charge. A woman standing next to me told me that while she and her husband were there, a number of people had come back with the wrong orders. In fact, when "they" got their order, her husband said "this isn't what I ordered". It gets better... when I got my box of 20 tenders, and opened it, I found that they weren't spicy at all, even after the manager had told the girl "spicy tenders". Then I saw him tell the girl, "If I say spicy, you can't just give him regular" ... she looked puzzled. Then I was told that they were out of spicy, and if I wanted spicy, there would be a wait of about 10 minutes or so, I said fine. When I finally got my spicy tenders, I asked the manager what he was going to do for all the trouble and driving that this had caused me (2 round trips at 7.4 miles each way= 29.6 miles). He said "Wadaya want?" I said "How about some shrimp or fish?" He told the non--English speaking girl "Give him a "couple" of shrimp" I saw her put something in a small box and place it in the bag. After this unbelievable comedy of errors, I took my bag and left for home. When we finally got home it was after 7:00 pm. I opened the bag and the box of spicy tenders... all good, right? Wrong, the shrimp, turned out to be regular tenders, and there were no biscuits in the bag at all, something my wife was looking forward to. I've had order mix ups in the past... everybody makes mistakes, I know that. But this is by far the most screwed up fast food experience I've ever had in my 71 years on the planet. Church's management training must be non-existent.

The Church's Chicken at 5602 Broadway Blvd Garland TX do NOT honor any of your special promotions shown on the current TV commercials.
Every time I have gone to buy chicken that I saw a special deal on the TV they tell me they do NOT offer that promotion item.

I love Church's Chicken and now I have to go out of my way to buy a box of chicken that is on sell!

Can you please let me know why they do NOT honor the sell items you advertise on TV?

On March 6 I went to the churches on the eastern blvd for lunch they open at 10:30 I got there a little after 10:40 I went to the speaker no one answered so I waited a minute then drive to the window no one was there but there were vehicles at the restaurant.. I drove around the building and the worker was standing outside on the side of the building smoking and watched me drive off! The absolute worst! I will not be going there anymore I'm also in the process of writing the bbb I'm waiting on a response from my lawyer before I take that step. Churches has some of of the best chicken but doing things like this has put a nasty taste in my mouth about the company

Today I went to the church's on Frayser Blvd in Memphis TN. My order was place at 12:27 and I was told it would be 15 min on the spicy, I said OK. 30 minutes later I still has not gotten my order but everybody else was coming in and leaving out with their order. I went to the counter to add a mash potato with it and one of the managers told me she would give it to me since I waited so long. She had my order ready because she hollered it out but then it disappeared and I continued to wait even longer. After another 20 min I asked for my money back because at this time I had waited almost 50 min! I asked for a corporate number and she gave me some lady cell number that will not answer the phone. I took the paper and she told me that I snatched the paper from her and told me that she knows I'm frustrated but didn't have to snatch. Then told me she was putting my refund on the counter to pick up so I wouldn't snatch it. So I picked my money up off the counter and told her she was unprofessional and it was bad business to tell somebody 15 min when it was pushing almost an hour. She stated she didn't tell me that and I told her the other girl did. Both were in a different color blue so I'm assuming they were both managers. There were two others that came inside and complained about the timing. This behavior and professionalism needs to be fixed ASAP.

On wed night after I got off work I went to this church's chicken around 9:26 pm, the store doesn't close until 10 pm, I go through the drive through and I wait about 5 mins to make my order, I tell them that I want to get the 10 pc chicken only and they tell me I couldn't get that, I told them I would wait, she gets back on the line and tells me the cook has to remove the fryer/filter to clean it so I couldn't get it, they kept making up issues so I wouldn't order the chicken but I told them that I would wait for the chicken, and I heard someone in the background yelling you can't, you can't, and they finally let me get it, I get to the window to pay my order and this young girl tells me I couldn't get the 10 pc again and I can only get an 8 pc, at this point I've had it with them so I just said I'll get it, and I'm assuming she's the manager, she has shoulder length red hair yelling saying you can't you can't once again, they tell me to pull over and they'll bring my food. I pull over to park, takes another 20 mins, I see the girl at the register standing by the window with her phone out, the other girl in the back by the chicken with her phone out, they were all standing there with there phones not doing anything. They were too lazy to make chicken because they were about to close, so they were trying to preserve how much chicken they had until they had to close, so I finally go up there and the manger tells me it's almost ready, the chicken has been ready they were just standing there making me wait and they didn't out the chicken in the box, the manager hands me the chicken with no apologies, with a dirty look, no nothing. And the cook was OUTSIDE SMOKING AND ON THE PHONE! It was the worst service I've ever experienced, they were all lazy, I kept calm, didn't making any comment, and you can look at the camera and see that I'm telling the truth! Something needs to be done here, everytime I come there they don't have spicy chicken because they are tooooo LAZY TO MAKE CHICKEN! They have such a horrible service and that manager should not be disrespectful like that, I want to be contact

I visted the Port Allen, LA Church's Chicken. I sat at the drive thru mic 3-4 mins, no one ever responded to take my order. So I said, hello hello. No one responded. 2 mins later another vehicle pulled up behind me. I sat an additional 2-3 mins. I said, hello hello. Still no response. At this point I thought the mic was broken, so I drove around to the window. I see the lady putting on her headset. I hear her taking the vehicle that was behind me order. She then opened the window. I asked her to place an order. I also explained to her that I sat at the window no one ever responded. The lady refused to take my order at the window even after sitting at the window 5 minutes. The lady admitted that she was out at the back door and she didn't see any vehicles. That was a lie! She then stated to me that I must wasn't pulled close enough for the buzzer to sound and that I needed to get back in line again to place an order. I requested the manager while at the window. The lady said, I am the manager. So I asked to speak to the man I thought was a manager that was inside. Of course he also said, I needed to drive back around and get back in line. So instead of taking my order at the window like they are able to do. They lost a customer for life, Customer Service suck! I lefted and drove to Popeye's Chicken.

Yesterday on 1/31/2018 around noon time I walked-in at Churches Chicken in Arleta between Woodman/Chase Street to buy some chicken for lunch. I ordered 3 pieces of Chicken + biscuit & an ice tea. The employee who took my order was a guy named Sergio of what I heard from one of the female employee kind of mentioned his name when they were talking. I asked Sergio not put so much ice on the tea. I preferred less ice because I'm suffering from cold, I didn't want to get any worst. He refused to listen instead he filled up the cup with ice with a very small amount of tea. I tried explaining to Sergio To put less ice, instead of acknowledging my request, became very rude & sarcastic refusing to fix my order. I ended up cancelling my order. I've always love the Churches Chicken, for me it's the best tasting chicken around. My friends & family as well enjoy eating Churches Chicken as much as I do. But with Sergio still around, my only choice is to stop buying Churche's chicken. In my own opinion people like Sergio shouldn't be doing any kind of work that involve customer service. He's an animal..

On 1/12/2018 I was in Katy Texas picking up a load, and my phone sends me a text for a charge from church's chicken for 15.04 at 11.35 am. I immediately called and reported this. I asked what church's chicken, they told me in Birmingham, Alabama. I told them I am a truck driver I am in Katy Texas waiting to be loaded. I asked how can this happen. my card is with me. so they changed my card and told me to submit this report. Please do somethin about this that is not right Thanks Lennal Harrison [protected]

1st the lady had me on speaker talking some nasty and using bad language.. 2nd I told the lady at the window I had left 2 apple pies last week and I spoke to a manager and I told her the manager name. I was told it was too late for me to get my apple pies but she knew the manager. I'm not understanding, didn't know I had a certain time to pick up my apple pies.. I don't eat CC every day but I do eat it once and sometimes twice a week..

I got two orders of large dirty rice at the Westwood & Westbank Expressway location and there was so much grease in it it leaked through the bag. When I opened the container it was like the rice was swimming in grease it was so disgusting. I also noticed behind the counter the kitchen was very dirty and nasty looking. The people that work there are very unfriendly and it seems they are prejudiced against white people because I observed the way they treated whites vs. blacks. Also the chicken was dry obviously sitting Under The Lights too long and when I called and complained to the manager she hung up on me. Then I tried calling again and apparently she took the phone off the hook because it stayed busy for hours. This is totally bad business and I will never eat from Church's again if somebody doesn't make this right. Thank you for your time.

I was in this store and there was a wet floor sign but there was a puddle of water on the floor. I was trying to get a drink from the fountain machine. I stepped in the puddle of water and I slipped and fell into the trash can. The general manager was right there and she never took a incident report. I have 4 bruised and swollen finger's. I have a bruise and a tare on my left leg where I tried to break my fall . I'm sore and have pulled muscled in my left side of my back. My left leg have a pulled muscle with pain shooting up n down my leg, very painful and uncomfortable.

Me and my husband walked inside of churches upon entering the woman at the register was already in the middle of being rude to a customer. So I thought to myself well I just walked up maybe I didn't catch h the first part which is the reasons for her actions / rudeness to the customer. When it was me and my husband's turn I ask the lady at the resigster a question about the menu and pointed, instead of her looking up at what I pointed at the she just answered the question blatantly, so I said to my husband well i'm going to get that because it's a good mount of chicken, he then said to me that's chicken. Strips not the actual pieces of chicken, so I said excuse me that's not chicken that's strips she said well you need to be more specific about what you want. I said I pointed the menu and you didn't even look you just a answered the question. She said well y'all been standing up here for the longest you should know what you want, she had gotten really ghetto loud and really rude smacking her lips and rollin her eyes just making the store itself look really bad. I said mam no need to get rude she then said you asked me a question and I answered y'all just let me know when y'all ready, and turned her back and started having a conversation with another employee, so my husband said if you weren't to busy talking and paying more attention to your customers you can do your work, the nasty rude utterly disgusting churches chicken employee said i'm a grown woman I can talk to who I want to do y'all want to order or not, I said to my husband were not eating here at this unprofessional place, the employee name is sharonda something of that nature and i'm going to the churches head quarters on this store, I went back in the inside to take down her name and low and behold she's there gossiping with the manager the entire time, where was he when his nasty mouth employee was talking to customer any kind of way? Churches chicken this is why people are not using your coupons with popeyes because the service stinks, i'm going to go to the top of the chain with this because I want this location investigated, that woman should not be working there with an attitude like that!

One of the associates, who so happens to be a black female, (I'm black as well) has a desperate need for an attitude adjustment. I had a bad experience the last time with this same associate. The first time, my chicken was all soggy and wet and she did not give us the condiments we asked for. This time we made an effort to give exact change and she abruptly and rudely said "don't worry about it and slammed the service window before we could give her the change. This really made me upset. There is no reason for a customer service focused place to have such unfriendly and rude workers. I just don't want you guys to lose business over a poorly performing non-customer friendly, apathetic worker. Thanks for considering this complaint.

Went to Church's chicken in Roswell, NM on 12/21/17 returning from picking up one of our dogs who had a tail amputated due a returning tumor on his tail. On way back stopped at their store at the south end to get 14 pieces of chicken for our dinner. Time is about 6:20pm. We were told it would be at least 20 minutes since they did not have enough chicken. What fast food restaurant does not have 14 pieces of chicken ready for sale at 6:20pm. So we left for the north store. When we got to the drive in there were three cars in front of us. The audio system was terrible; could hardly hear the attendant, so it was obvious they do not keep their equipment up to par. Put in our order, so seemed they could hear us OK. Took about 30 minutes to serve the three cars ahead of us; so much for fast food. Then when we got up to the window finally and after taking my credit card and charging it, they have the nerve now to tell us that they do not have the chicken to fulfill our order. THEY COULDN'T HAVE TOLD US THIS WHEN WE ORDERED? When I very irritatedly told them I wanted my money back they walked away with the receipt and left us hanging. A call to the corporate office has gone ignored. Even though they have a good tasting fried chicken; stay away for this place since they care less about their customers.
