I visit the Church's Chicken restaurant #1618 every Tuesday for the last 3 months. I have not grown accustomed to the obvious lack of professionalism by the manager and staff. My recent visit on Tues, 9/12/2017 was the worst.

The dining room area and counter were dirty and in a horrific state. I usually eat-in but got my food to go. The store was not busy so there was no excuse for every table being dirty.

I brought my concerns to the manager. This was not the regular manager but a temp who was nice enough to clean the tables after taking my order. The manager was unable to provide me with the phone number to the Corporate office as I had every intention of reporting this ongoing issue.

The order was incorrectly placed on a tray. When I reminded the mgr that this was to go, the food was just dumped in the bag.

This was a very unacceptable visit and items were missing from my order. I am definitely rethinking future visits to Church's Chicken.

Wanted 3 pieces chicken, breast, wing, and leg.

They said I can't have that and I asked why, they said because 3 piece
Mixed included 2 dark and 1 white piece. My next question is why I can't
have 2 white and 1 dark. They said will be over $8 but they were just nasty
about it. so I took 2 dark and 1 white. I'm not going to any Churches Chicken again.

My stupidity Popeye's 2 blocks away always excellent service, they try hard to appease customer. Smiling, asking is everything alright and very sincerely thanking you for visiting us. That's REAL SERVICE!

I am a customer that frequents Churches Chicken. I use the free coupons on the back of the receipts to get the free piece of chicken offered but of recent (last 2weeks or so) have consistently been denied the validation code needed to get the chicken. I realize Churches offers different deals periodically, but if a customer purchases chicken and is offered a deal Churches does not comply with.

I was visiting the Church's Chicken at 1100 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus Ohio and I saw something that I thought I would never see in my life. A manager being disrespectful to a customer. The manager is of color and the customer is white & the manager told her "take your white cracker [censor] out of my store". The manager Nicole refuse to give the white customer a refund, stating that it was store policy not to give her a refund. Two minutes later, she gave a person of color a refund. The white customer asked her why she would not get a receipt and she said "you need to take you white cracker [censor] out of my store. We owe you nothing, you owe us."

I ordered and received 3 spicy tenders and a large fries at about 8:30 last night [protected]) The lady at the window smiled and was courteous. I got my food home ( about 3 blocks away from this location) and much to my disappointment discovered everything was at room temperature. Nothing was more than just slightly warm. When I go through and order some hot food I expect it to at least be reasonably hot. If I had wanted it basically cold I would have called ahead and asked them to please leave it away from the warmers because I wanted my hot food cold! This location is at Walnut and Shiloh Rd. In Garland.

Upon my arrival, waiting to place order I was told to drive to the window. Once I got to the window and waited until someone noticed me waiting I was then ask by an employee how can I help you? I then replied, "I was asked to drive up to the window so I can place my order. The employee had no idea why I was told that. Upon ordering I had to wait an additional 5 plus minutes due to biscuits not being ready and I had no problem with that. I received my food and went home. Upon preparing my food I noticed the chicken was not fresh (old oil) and it was also dry, the coleslaw was not tasteful, the biscuits were over cooked and falling apart. This business has been going down hill for quite sometime and the managers seem to change frequently. The establishment needs a makeover and they also need to cook the food better than they have been doing. I will not return back to this location. This is not the first time the quality of the food has been horrible.

Pulled up to the drive thru on West Colonial Drive and Powers Dr in orlando, FL. First response was " we ain't got no chicken for another 20 minutes and those orders already sold---go head wid yo order".
I ordered and was interrupted by "we ain't got no buscuits---we ain't no Mac & cheese, we ain't no corn. We really ain't got nothing". "Go ahead wid to order".
I said "thank you" and left.
My concern is not that kind of employee but for the management that thought it was a good idea to hire someone like that. I went to Popeyes instead.

931 Sgt Asbury Hahn Way Smyrna, Tennessee.
I waited in the drive through line for an extremely long time.
Only to get home and open my box to see I have burnt mac and cheese.
I call the store and ask for the manager.
He told the person answering the phone to take a number and he will call me back.
This is not how you run a business.
Please give me common courtesy and come to the phone.

I went to the church's chicken this is located in restaurant #5662, phoenix, arizona. After a hard day we wanted a good place to eat so we taught church's was a good place to eat but after we ordered our chicken and tenders we tasted that that the chicken was really really salty, so I gently asked the cashier or manager to change because I could not even eat it. She gave 3 tenders instead.. But it was still really salty... So I took all the chicken and told her how was it and and need it my money back.. She refused.. And I told her that I was going to leave everything there because we did not eat nothing, I spend 15 dollar plus taxes.. She only gave 6 dollar back. I left. Really bad experience will never go again. The least I could have its my money back.

I visited #10710 on 8/18 @ 8:47 pm. We waited for like 5-10 min for them to take our order over the drive Thur then told us it would be 20-30 for white meat because they had a large order of 100 pieces or more. I ordered a 20 piece meal and 6 extra biscuits. They had no Mac n cheese that I ordered, then I chose corn nuggets and they were out of those too. The cashier Daniel offered us 50% off $25 or less plus the 8 biscuits they did not give with my meal. I called later to let him know about the missing biscuits and I still have my receipt. I call today to talk to manager to make sure they have my name still down and Daniel who told me he WS manager, was never manager and my name on the yellow tablet he wrote on is no where to be found. The manager Marcies says hr spoke to his manager and all they could do is 20% off. I'm so pissed that I paid for something and was shorted, waited, was out of sides I wanted, promised to be compensated then lied to. Its not worth me driving 35 miles for 20% off . We have visited the Los Lunas NM church's three consecutive wednesdays now, with tonight's visit our last. We are also considering legal action against the corporate office, the local store and most importantly the store manager, who refused to give his name. We arrived just after 8pm tonight for the 8piece leg and thigh special as we have the last three weeks. After being told we had to wait 15 minutes and waiting until 8:45 I demanded a refund since it was going to be an additional -5 minute wait. Of. Purse the cashier has to get the manager who was deneaning, hateful, rude and in the end vulgar beyond belief because we were complaining about the wait. When I said I was going to issue a complaint against him and the store he dared me to and said I would be wasting my time because he was the store manager. As we left he said "Carajo tu el carbon " and then something else in Spanish muttering that I didn't comprehend. Last Wednesday's visit titled very cold dry chicken strips -8 piece after a 25 minutes wait in drive thru. Two weeks ago I was told a 35 minute wait for an 8 piece chicken and when I asked about the 50 plus pieces under the warmer- those are sold. I sent my husband back to the store about 20 minutes later and he was told over an hour wait, so I asked him to ask for a discount and the same manager told him you ain't getting nothing for free as we don't make money. And if you don't like it take your business elsewhere. My husband confirmed tonight's manager was the same manager that talked down to him two weeks ago. This type of store management is not going to be tolerated, and I will never ever be told to duck off [censor] by a manager who thinks I can't find out what he said to me thinking since I'm white and we are a gay couple then we won't know anything about what he said. I was also approached outside the store by another customer who was waiting on their food and they said after we walked out he and members of their staff was making fun of us "[censor]". So, how much should I sue you for? What are you going to do about this consistently demeaning rude store manager?

visited Churches at1625 Charleston las Vegas Nevada, the menu board and signs said $5 big deal to include two pieces mixed chicken so I paid for the food and ask for a thigh and wing, but to my amazement the young lady told me that I could only give me two pieces dark meat. I explained that the menu said 2 piece mixed she said I know but the owner told us that for this deal we can only do 2 pieces dark. isn't that false advertisement. please call this owner and demand the he follow cooperate procedures and not make up rule that will benefit him financially. attached is a copy of my receipt also I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience. truly Larry Brown [protected].

The service at 907 Waughtown St. Winston Salem, NC 27107 was horrible & the service to follow for a call back was just as bad no one ever called back. The manager and the front cashier was very rude they both have very poor customer service training. You never roll your eyes at a customer or turn your back to them when they are speaking to you. Also I called the complaint line 3 times they have yet to respond so I will choose another place to do business. Attitude is a little thing that makes a BIG difference!

so I stopped at the churches location #0341 for 2 of the 2 pc and a biscuit with a jalapeño. so I requested 2 which was rung up for 1 but bi of shirt of time I'm like ok no worries 1 will have to do . Sat there about 15 minutes with the exception that there was chicken up .I sat from my car watch employees laugh and carry on whole yet this store had customers waiting way to long yes we want fresh some sat shaken there heads and I'm like ok ... why is this so long being that I was pressed for time to get my son to his football game they continued to play some waited I ended up walking in telling son let's go .yes leaving my order, .after waiting so long .They need to understand we also gave things to do .

I do not recommend this place at all. No customer service at all! i ordered 3 wings expecting yummy warm crispy fried chicken and got ice cold and soggy chicken instead. Very dissappointed! The guy at the window gave me attitude so "you want your money back?" I'm like really? You are not even going to try to make it right? I told him to do redo my order he said, "No it will be cold again." I'm speechless. I got the subtle hint and got my money back and went to McDonalds and got some warm food with no attitude and service with a smile. Thanks McDonalds. Thanks for nothing Church's.

I waited for thirty minutes in drive thru to have change thrown at me through the window and she shorted me a dollar but when I told her that she said she gave it to me and I told her how would she know since she threw it at me. Then she shut the window and told me to have a good day without giving me food. I knocked on the window and another lady came. I told her I didn't get my food and she asked me what I had and I told her. She came back with the food and my container with the macaroni was all broken and crushed into the food. When I told her that she comes back with two small containers instead of my family order. Then she shut the window on me. I got home and everything was wrong. I called the store but no one ever answered. I'm extremely upset.

Horrible service. Cashier Maria Cruz was rude no handling customer skills gives attitude when asked something. Our order took more that 17 minutes the chicken was already packed but Cruz and the person bagging failed to check for biscuits so we had to wait more time. I asked the lady bagging how much longer it would take on biscuits and she completely ignored me and walked to the back of the kitchen to Cruz. Once Cruz gave me the food she didn't apologize for the wait time. My experience at this location was awful.

I am complaining about the store on Jackson and Ogden. Store says closing at 9:00 pm they're leaving customers at the door and closing at 8:35- 8:40. That's the second time that happened. The young man is rude. Telling customers to go elsewhere. He is very unprofessional. And the customers were upset and complaining about calling the corporate office

Went store 1669 drive thru. Rashad M. took my order. Then he asked me to pull my car up with no customers behind me and went outside to circle the parking lot in the car with his friends where he was had car door open and was standing up in the car doorway riding. He also started giving them free food out of the window when they stood at the drive-thru window. Each time I go to the store they tell me they don't have something that I ordered. Tonight it was a crispy fish that he said you guys didn't have. I have come to expect crappy service from the store. This store is located on Moffett Road in Mobile Alabama near Semmes Alabama.

This isn't intended to get anyone fired or in trouble...but to shed light on a situation that needs to be looked at. After getting off work and driving 68 miles home. I arrived at this location on 8/9/2017 at around 9:45pm. I went to pick up dinner for my kids and your fish for myself. Upon arriving the open sign was still lit. This is where the problem arose. After sitting at the drive thru speaker for 2-3min. After noone acknowledged me or informed me they were closed. I pulled up to the window. Where I observerd that the store was closed as well as had been cleaned. I was a little bothered by that...but to see food bagged up and you not acknowledge me. Now we have an issue. Your operating hours clearly state 10a-10p. Central Time. If you're not gonna provide service up UNTIL closing...10PM. Then the hours should read 10a-until or until we run outta chicken and don't wanna prepare more. I'm sure they were closed and if you check their clock out time I'm sure it will be very very very close to 10p central time. Leaving me to proceed next door to purchase some outrages priced, disgusting, salty, small portions from Kentucky Fried Chicken with their limited sides menu i.e. no okra, pies, or spicy rice.
