im writing to you to make a complaint from Carrefour Egypt (Cairo Festival City) branch.

the accident happened yesterday as there was an offer on some items in the store, so i picked it up but suddenly when i came to payment process i surprised that the prices in my receipt is differ from the prices on the items which is in the offer.
for sure i discussed this matter with the teller and he said i dont know, after that i went to discuss it with the customer service representative, but i surprised with the bad manner and impoliteness in discussion with no reasonable reasons for my complaint.
so im very disappointed in this shopping experiment and i decided that i will never go there any more for shopping.
so please check this branch with their staff to make sure that they performed as a mannered and responsible persons against your clients.

Carrefour Egypt, world’s record in icustomer ignorance!

I placed an advance paid order, upon the receipt of the order I found two missing items, the delivery agent told me that they seems missing however he has No system access to record both as missing. Accordingly, he advised me to contact the call center and report the issue and refund will be automatically processed.

Noting that the agent didn’t have an invoice to sign on the receipt of the order.

Have made a complaint via call Centre ref 3166403, and placed a refund request for two missing items per the attached screenshot.

Since the 9th of October till date no reply or refund had taken place, noting that I follow up with contact center with no feedback whatsoever!

Hopefully I can have a feedback from your side

It's very bad experience with you. 6 days waiting for nothing. 8 times calling customer care without any news...

Where is the Order [protected] ?

I need now to know exact time, when it will be delivered to home address?

Dear carefoure team

hope you have a good day

i have a compaint on how you treat your repatitive customer and how you deal with customer complaints

The case is:

*i have made an order on 27th july to be collected on 28th july at 8 pm

*i have been late so i went on 29th july early morning to cllect it

*The warehouse man told me that the order will be delivered on 30th july from 12 to 3pm instead of being collected

* I checked the application and found that he is right and order changed from click and collect to delivery 30th july

*Today, i received a mail said that my order is cancelled

* My money will be returned within 5 to 15 days

So, it is how to deal with your cusotmer to let him pay and come to collect then gave him fake feedback

I called the call centre but unfortunately call went in vain as no solution rather than my money will be back and my order cancelled and no any support

Really i am astonished of this poor customer service attitude and i will post this issue on the social media to get others feedback on carefourre

Would like to inform you that it's the worst experuence ever as i didnt recieve the order at all and u sent an email stating it's delivered!

I called your call center and talked to Mr. Ahmed Bakr who is totally unhelpfull mentioning that he has no accessibility to the branch nor to the delivery man and he will send a complain to be replied to as soon as possible when exactly coz it's food and beverage order should have been delivered from 8-9 and it's now 11:30 and not only not delivered but stollen from your driver or whomever as it is a prepaid order and he calmly mentioned that dont worry they will get back to you at a time !

I'm.really very frustrated and i want my money back after stealing the order and really worst online shopping ever !

Worst customer service ever they even don’t know how to deal with people, totals rip, they only know 2 words we can’t return and go to the company (brand) to make an assessment on the product and if they say it’s faulty we can return . Wasting my time to go to the company.
A product that hasn’t been like 2 weeks only used once, it’s well seen that the product hadn’t been used, I know I’m tiring myself to write this and noone gives a [censored] as I saw previous comments with no reply back but I just would like yo make people aware that they should not be buying stuff like electric hair products (babyliss, hair dry blow and any similar stuff as it’s a total loss) BUY IT FROM A TRUSTWORTHY PLACE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT CAREFFOUR
One more thing about manipulating people you will always find a stamp on the receipt from the front saying that the product is refundable or exchangeable within 30 days and that is a total lie !and at the back you will find without unseen print or maybe people normally don’t read and ofcouse in the store they don’t mention it is that things like babyliss is non refundable items for health safety.
Why the hell don’t you mention it and I have the choice to buy or not, they never do give you your rights the only thing they are concerned about is their profit and selling items but about customers they don’t give a [censored]!
By the way another customer came throw with a similar product to return and the same bloody bold reply’s I even waited for ages to get a copy of my receipt as I have a photo of it in my phone(as I was told to photo the riciept as the ink disappears after a while from one of their sale team members ) and I needed a hard copy even that they couldn’t do !
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE SCAMS YOU WILL ALWAYS GET WITH ELECTRIC PRODUCTS FROM CAREFFOU

I have anew phone and transferred all my apps including the Carrefour one to my new phone.
To get into My Club account I was asked to log in, which I did. I was informed my password was wrong and a code would be sent to my mobile and email address. 10 minutes later I received the email, it was too late to enter the code. I tried 4 more times, same issue.
Tried to send a message to Carrefour but as usual it doesn't work.
Phoned customer services and noticed that the last 3 digits of phone number is incorrect (1 digit missing). They checked my email address I told them correct phone number and was told the code will only be sent to the phone not emailed, despite me receiving the code by email!
I was then told I had to re register and would lose all my points.
I tried to re register and when I entered the correct mobile number was told this number is already registered so I should go back and log in.
I have given up.

Carrefour Egypt is a total rip off . I made several complains and they dont even care to rectify the situation.

1) I bought 4 boxes of water that was on promotion and when I paid the cashier typed it by bottles and not boxes accordingly price was much higher .
Unfortunately, I discovered this when I got back home, not worth it to go back and complain .

2)The worst is when I order online and I pay full amount and they deliver only partial order without even amending the payment . Now more then a month and half and they dont even reply to complaints.

You are right, I couldn’t agree more about it. I hope the management in uae do something about it. It is the worst thing ever here .
