Received incomplete online order
It's been almost 6 days now, I haven't received two items from my recent online order.

Also, I have already paid for both of these items to your delivery guy. I paid him total of 12, 000/-. Kindly deliver my missing two products ASAP.
Carrefour customer service - UAE
Dear Carrefour, I am extremely disappointed with your delivery service from Carrefour UAE.
I booked a delivery slot of 7-9pm on 17 July 2021. Order No. [protected]. Your driver was running 1.5 hours late, calls me at 10.15pm to say he is still driving to my address. He couldn't tell me when he expected to arrive but suggested that he deliver my groceries the next day as he's running late. I agree, then hear nothing at all from Carrefour! Radio silence. Then, late the next day when my groceries have not arrived, I have to call your call centre to be told that someone will call me back to tell me what will happen, …. Which of course they did not. All I simply ask for is my order to be delivered. I work long hours and don't have time to sit around all day ordering groceries repeatedly on a website that's not that easy to navigate through. All I ask is that service promised to a customer should be delivered.
I can't believe this is an international company with the type of local customer service they provide. Mostly infuriating is that this is the 2nd time it has happened! I then get a text message to say I will get a refund. I don't want a refund, I want my order! What I do not understand is why your company can't simply provide an order they have in front of their eyes, this is beyond me. Overall, inflexible processes not designed for customer service at all, really terrible service all round, lying drivers, call centre lying that someone will call back… which they never do.
Your staff and system really need an overhaul in the UAE and at the end of the day, I feel the customer really doesn't matter at all to Carrefour UAE.

This is to inform carefour management team, about a very bad experience we had today [protected]), 8.15 am. To be elaborate on the experience we had today, Three friends and myself were shopping in souq jaleeb. One promoter of carefour approached us in a very harsh way, that he was almost to hit us. We took and kept back an item that we didn't like. However the promotor offended us stating we have spoiled the arrangement he has made, which wasn't intentionally or rather untrue as per his wording. I am very sorry to inform the low grade customer service of carefour. After all the commotion, there one guy manager (acting supervisor) who came up saying his name is Ahmed Musthafa(fake name) and ask as to take some offer products from carefour, which eventually provocated us to leave the carefour without shopping. We will be informing our known persons and friends for avoiding the purchase from carefour. We have many options for purchase still we depended on carefour due to the amicable approach we had from the promotion team which we lost today . We hope carefour management will be taking adequate action for the same.
Mangoes
On 11th July, I bought 3 types of mangoes from carrefour, fortress stadium for over Rs 1000.
It included, Sindhri, Anwar Rathore, Chaunsa.
The quality of sindhri and Anwar Rathore was pretty substandard and low.
Upon lodging, complaint on 12 July, the concerned persons asked to produce the defected mangoes instead of resolving the issue .
In this regards, please reconcile and reimburse my amount spent on Sindhri and Anwar Rathore which is displayed in my Carrefour application.
Incomplete grocery items delivered
July 9, 2021 I ordered a grocery items online thru Carrefour apps. I paid KD 7.485 the invoice delivered was KD6.635 and the items was incomplete and incorrect. I tried to contact the call center but they are not answering or maybe they are out of Staff. And the delivery man was soo lazy to bring the items.
Any advice how to resolved it?

The male staff in the Carrefour Store situated Rue Livingston, 1049 Brussels systematically do not wear face masks even though it is compulsory for both staff and customers to do so inside the shop. When I have asked them to put the mask on they just laugh at me. Can you please speak to the store manager and the staff and insist that they wear masks all the time - and cover their noses too - for the safety of everyone.

Intentionally blocking my online shopping app

Last month I experienced technical errors while trying to checkout in the online dropping application, to reach payment page I get a message that there are a technical issue errors, so I can't finish my purchase.

Candy Induction Cooker
We had made a purchase of Candy Ceramic Cooker on the 8th of June. Post that we called and requested for the return of the same on the 9th of June 2021, as the building regulations doesn't support the induction cookware.
During the time of purchase we were promised several things one of which was EASY RETURNS. Trusting the employees of Carrefour and understanding the ethics of Carrefour we went ahead and bought everything from Carrefour, as you can see the total purchase was of AED 5382/-
We politely explained the concern we are facing with the cooking range and also suggested that we can get it exchanged from an induction to burners. But alas, until today we have only have been facing HARASSMENT from Carrefour. If we had any idea that trusting Carrefour would lead to this, we wouldn't have stepped inside the store. Least to say it has been a disgusting and a harrowing experience.
I am writing to you again hoping that you can take quick action on this. Again the only thing Carrefour has to do is take the oven back. If Carrefour lacks in giving such basic customer service, then it's worthless to buy anything ever from here. Needless to say, looking at our experience our family and friends will definitely stay away from buying any electronic items from the store. And as the wait increases with the trauma, i'll make sure more and more people learn about our horrific experience and stay away from Carrefour. There are many better and completent sellers in the market who comply by their standards and adhere to the consumer law. Carrefour is definitely not one of them.
I hereby request you to act on the situation without having me to pay an additional amount for the promises you have made soon if you want me as a consumer and others to believe that Carrefour still has some professional ethics.

Cashier service at grocery store
I recently had visited in your store at lucky one mall one thing I have noticed there was a man (cashier) at grocery store. he was so ill manner this is the way you treat your CUSTOMER?! I was really get dispointed and wished never to visit there again.. POOR SERVICE!

I visited the store in person to make a in person complaint on Jun 8, was informed by customer relation person that the refund would be made in a day.
until today nothing has been refunde.
Online delivery
To whom it may concern,
I have submitted an online order to carrefour city center on jun 7 and it was supposed to be delivered on jun 9 early morning. No delivery took place so I contacted the center but no reply; then I sent an e-mail for check up and no reply, then another one as a reminder, also no replies. I called again the next day and e-Mailed But also no replies. My order number is [protected]. When I opened the app today, it showed that my order was delivered but I can assure u that we had not received any goods. For me it's so unprofessional and that's why u were my last resort before I stop dealing with carrefour branch in Lebanon.

It started when the bagger offered to come with us upstairs to bring our items outside the supermarket using the cart (in exchange of something) but we refused. We don't have any intention on refusing except for that we didn't want to bother his work. We know he needs to stay in the counter to assist other customers in line next to us. After refusing, his attitude became different. He started not to help us bag the items we bought so we bagged them ourselves alone.
We needed big plastic bags since we bought big items but the cashier and the bagger refused to give. It has happened so many times and a lot of customers also experienced this. CARREFOUR, THE BIGGEST GROCERY STORE IN KUWAIT HAS NO ENOUGH SUPPLY OF PLASTIC BAGS. Carrefour Farwaniya is just our neighbor so we always witness customers complaining about the same issues but nothing changes. ITS EMPLOYEES NEITHER WANT TO GIVE OUT PLASTIC BAGS NOR OFFER TO SELL ECO BAGS NOR OFFER CARTONS FOR PACKAGING.
While we were bagging the items, we asked the bagger if we could bring the cart up to the door of the supermarket. They said it was not allowed. But we were seeing other people bringing the cart outside the store. How come it is allowed for others and also not allowed for others? We also used to experience before that when they allowed us to bring the cart and a bagger assisted us outside the store, they were asking for payment. What really are Carrefour's rules? You should be fair to all your customers.
Your staffs are DISRESPECTFUL. When we were complaining about the small plastic bags the bagger told me "next time, don't come here in Carrefour." Mind you, he doesn't own the supermarket for him to tell us not to come back or where to go. Then while there was another bagger from the other counter who was trying to help us, the cashier said "if they want to complain, let them complain. Don't help them." I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED. We lost our cool and asked for the manager, but the security guard said the manager already left. How come there was no manager in that shift? Nobody was even there to attend to our concern. We asked for a formal complaint form. Instead, the guard gave us a blank paper to write the complaint. Carrefour has no enough supply of plastic bags and no official complaint form? How is it possible?
So far, we have only experienced this disrespect, shortage of plastic bags, and rules on carts with Carrefour. We never experienced these things from Lulu Hyper, Grand Hyper, Nesto, Sultan Center, On Cost and other supermarkets that we have been to. They mostly offer us the cart for free up to the parking lot. I can hardly believe that while Carrefour is the most popular grocery store in Kuwait, it has the worst customer service especially from the cashier and packaging counter.
You can check your CCTV cameras to see how we packed our own bought items and how they mishandled the situation.
With regards to this complain, I am seriously demanding for suspension of both the cashier and bagger for at least one week. Cashier Name is SHMSELDIN OSMAN and please include the bagger who was with him that night. If no action is taken, I am very sorry but I have to take further steps to put this complain up to a higher level to serve us the justice for what we experienced.
A fair reminder as a regular customer, Carrefour must prioritize their customers. It should focus on the improvement of its staffs' customer service and their attitude towards their work. I understand that the supermarket is doing its best to provide the best price of goods. However, it must take care of its customers. After all, without the customers, there will be no Carrefour.
Looking forward to seeing an action to this.

carrfour Egypt online order
On 9/5/2021 i made an order through carrfour egypt application, i found on the app that the order will arrive in 11/5/2021, but this then on 10/5 on the app, the order appeared as cancelled due to lack of same products .
I started my worst journey with the worst customer service ever, from 10/5 . They told me that the reason for the cancellation is not known from them and they will open a complain for me to re-generate a new promocode, and someone will call me from the competent team to give me the new code .
Today is 23/5/2021, till now i'm calling almost everyday to have any updates about the complain, no one is giving a F*** and the agents and the 4 supervisors i talked with them just telling me ( okay we will contact you within 24 h to give you the code )
Pleaese help your customers, please help me to found out the solution .

I have purchased LG washer FH2J3QDNP0 after visiting Carrefour shop at century mall in Fujairah and it was displayed with 5 start rating but when i received the same item with same model number was mentioned as a 4 star.
Why there was a difference? I had already four start rating washer from samsung for improve i have purchased LG washer with 5 star rating.
So please investigate, i have attached the receipt and start rating photo took from the washer.

Home delivery
I ordered online Carrefour Kuwait and paid online thru k net and chose delivery slot for same day 27 April evening but no one delivered and there was no call on that day later other day on 28 April someone call and told me that you will have delivery today I told when should be delivery he told they call and told lie that I didn't answer the call for delivery guy.
After receiving order when my brother checked items 3 chickens were missing from my order we informed him but no response he told call customer care its not his problem what matters is that while they are receiving order should be double check
Now since 1 week I am trying to call customer service it rings but always busy and I call driver he tell he don't understand English only Arabic as well supervisor he tells insallah but not yet delivered and actioned yet.
I told them better refund my money but he tells he will sure let customer service call but it's been 1 week why customer will follow up and customer care will just sit and wait for my call
I am really upset with this kind of service need to improve more on customer service answering call there should be every moment to answer call and queries for all customer

I have made an order on the 3rd of April with order number:
[protected] and I didn't receive it till this moment and I have fully pay it via credit card.
I called the customer service on the 5th of April and they told me that I will receive my order during the same day and they didn't send it.
I called the customer service on the following days:
6/7/10/11/12 of April I didn't receive my order until this moment!
I also would like to report that customer service agent ''Hany" was very rude during the call on Monday the 12th of April at 1400, and he put me on hold for 53 minutes!
I told him to put me through the team manager to help me, but he told me that he's not available as he has another calls .
II am really pissed off, this is really unprofessional!
