Carl's Jr. / drive thru employee and manager

A customer in front of me ordered a big order then he proceeded to pull forward. I then placed my order which was a small and quick order. Yet I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in order for the customer in front of me to get his order. As I pulled up I ask to talk to the manager, as I made my complaint to him of why didn't the employee or himself asked the customer to park in the parking lot and that they would take his order to him so myself and the other customers behind me could get theirs faster and not make them wait. His response was that he had barely clocked in and that he asked why wasn't any action taken but I sure as hell didn't believe him.
