Careem / driver's attitude

Yesterday i made a request for a transportation from El-Agouza to Nasr City
I had a text that a driver will come to me after 3 min with those details

I'd been waiting for him for about 15 min, driver was lost, he been to el mohandeseen, then another part of the el mohandeseen, then gone to different area's in el - agouza, i told him that he should have my location with him and he should know how to see where i am instead of moving around this way, he started to talk with an EXTREMELY rude way, he was shouting at me !, i ended the call with him and told him that i'l cancel the order, i took uber after that, driver came to me in 2 min exactly !.
1- it's my first time to use Careem and i guess it will be my last after that experience
2-You should be giving your drivers a better training about how to use the GPS app. and about how to treat the client
3- I don't know why i'd been charged 10 pounds because your driver wasn't smart enough to pick me up from my point!!
