Burger King customer service

After driving the 10 mile round trip, my wifes sandwich along with the dipping sauce for the chicken fries were no where to be found. I like bk but my wife had stopped eating there because of the food and service. I talked her into trying again and this is what happens.. the chicken sandwiches we got were so sloppily throwed together and seemed like they had been cooked a while.
I wanted to try the chicken fries but no sauce to go with them. My sister said the fries were terrible and soggy. My wife is driving another round trip to get her whopper hopefully it will be good. Very disappointed by the experience.

Well even after the second trip she was disappointed with the experience. Should have asked for my 15.00 bucks back and just made a bologna sandwich.

Burger King milkshake not working for two years now!

I went to Burger King after a two years of not eating there anymore because off their Milkshake machine being broke down (so they say) I told the workers well it was broke down two years ago and they just said "YUP" then they proceeded to give me my order of a whopper and a large supply of COLD french fries. The place was deserted and cold in there and the workers had to have Jackets on in order to stay warm. There wasn't a soul in there except my wife and myself, yet they had a large pan of cold fries sitting under a so called warmer. Its a sad situation for such a company and it seems like your company not only doesn't care about its staff but they don't care about customers either! Guess I'll try again in two more years to get that milkshake and burger and fries.

Burger King playland being closed for 3 weeks

I spent $30 dollars 3 weeks ago. Play land was closed came back today spent. $23.71. Play land still closed says due to someone painting an item 3 weeks ago. No sign on outside door for you to know before coming in. Not fair to children. Not fair to parents for that mater. Not even the burger king hats for the kids. Very unsatisfied. Asked to speak to manager they didn't know who that was. Ask to get phone number for district manager. Same answer. I don't know who is responsible for repairs but no one seems to know. Lol. I would like. Some response. Ceiling tiles are falling down also in main setting area

Burger King whopper

Last night 01/11/2018 me and my family went and got 2 Whopper meals and the kids meals Togo. We got home and me and my husband started to eat and noticed that everything was so soggy, then we looked in BOTH burgers and they were PINK! I am pregnant and that is so dangerous for me to consume undercooked meat! We often have missing items from this burger king but this time that was just too far! We couldn't even finish our food! I no loner have the receipt. I do know that we went before 6 PM EST. LAGRANGE GA ON ROANOKE ROAD . I would like something from this AWFUL experience! Like to some type of refund or coupons for FREE things.

You're pregnant and eating that crap (which was "just too far" this time) but now you're okay eating more of that garbage if it's free? Did you take the food back to the store? No, because it just didn't happen.

Burger King employee discrimination by general manager

I have been an employee at Burger King in Yuba City, CA. for about two and a half years. a few months ago, our General Manager was trasnfered to another location and we received a new manager. I am a hard worker, and because of that and my skills in customer service, I have been scheduled 30-50 hours a week, every week, until this new manager has decided that she is not a fan of me and wont schedule me more than the bare minimum required in order for me not to qualify for unemployment (confirmed by her). I'm looking and looking for who to contact when I, as a loyal Burger King employee am directly being discriminated against and picked on at work by my supervisor until i am forced to quit my job. I can't find any information on our human recourse center, the owner of my franchise isn't taking care of the matter, and I feel like I'm missing something. I am constantly being treated differently than other employees at my location in a negative way. She deliberately gives me my lunch break for an 8 hour shift as early as an hour into it (when I'm not scheduled for it until 3 hours later), she makes no attempt to give me either of my 10 minute rest periods throughout the day, and keeps me late after my shift is over, when all of my work is completed and there is no further need for me at that time. She makes rude comments and laughs sarcastically at things such as my current living situations, my appearance, and my work performance. She tells other employees that she has written me up for a number of things that i had nor part or control in, but never has me sign anything nor confronts me about it. She has confirmed with other employees that her behavior towards me is directed in order for me to resign from my position. She has asked me if I'm stupid and made rude comments like that in front of customers and other employees. She trained me for a promotion (because the General Manager that our store had previously was in the process of the Shift Lead position from Team Member), told me many ties to just be patient with her, it will happen, and to not give up. She then proceeded to promote another employee straight to Assistant Manager without even informing me that I will no longer be receiving my promotion. She will only schedule me in the kitchen, while before I was only working up front at the cash register or on drive thru because of my outstanding performance in those spots. I don't mind at all working in the kitchen, but she will only put me in the kitchen because she knows I'm not as strong back there and she is trying to find a reason to make me look bad. While I'm working in the kitchen, majority times along side her, she will physically push me out of the way, use her elbows to nudge me, and take up extra space on purpose to not let me through or move around through our already small kitchen space. Her tone of voice is condescending and she is constantly yelling at me and other workers in a rude way to get what she wants instead of asking nicely like anyone and everyone else in the store does when speaking with each other. I had just recently got married and had asked for a week (6 days, from Dec. 12th to Dec. 18th) about a month in advance, she scheduled me Dec. 18th knowing that I couldn't make it to work, she then being so angry that I called in that day, didn't schedule me again for a week and a half after those days off. I then changed my availability to only weekdays, I made it very clear in the letter that i would no longer be working weekends, and she has scheduled me one weekday, and both Saturday and Sunday every week since. I have confronted her about it, simply asked her why I was scheduled for those days and she starts yelling and fighting with me and sends me home from work. She pulled me aside and told me that she is only trying to build me up, and then followed that with conformation that she doesn't like me and has no use for me at the store and suggested that I resign. She will not give 24 hours notice before a shift, and won't contact employees after making changes to the posted schedule. She is rude to employees, customers, and new applicants. She gives out senior and/or military discounts to people who are friends of hers and who obviously do not fall under those categories. Many employees have quit since she's been here due to her behavior, most of which were amazing employees, the nicest people, and have done nothing to make her treat them the way that she did. I am now her target and I honestly don't know where to go from here, she won't stop her behavior towards me until I resign, but her actions need to stop, it's not professional, its hurtful, its discrimination towards certain employees, and it needs to have repercussions. I don't plan on quitting my job, I've always loved working here until this General Manager has gotten here and turned everyone's world upside down. Burger King survey code on receipt not readable

January 10, 2018 went to local Burger King in Middlesboro, KY and bought two crispy ckn sandwich deals for $6. Couldn't wait to get home and do a survey, but the survey code was not readable.
I hate maneuvering through hoops on the internet to get another code; shouldn't have to, waste of time. BK has always been one of my favorite fast food places. Hope the Middlesboro office gets their ink replaced. Also, wondered why I was told that you no longer get to choose the fish sandwich with the six-dollar deal. When I asked, they just said it had been replaced with Chicken sandwich. BK is still advertising fish, chicken or hamburgers
2 for 6.00? Fish sandwich deal was what I really wanted

Burger King service, wrong product, misinformation

My brother and I went to a location in orlando, in drive thru the cashier was not pleasant, we ordered a coke and got vanilla coke and we tried ordering a vanilla come which they said ok so when we got to window and was waiting for the cone we were told they didn't have it so they never charged us. I wished they had told us that when we ordered our food

Burger King racism and discrimination in barcelona

Be informed that I will boycot Burger King for the rest of my life and will advocat in my friends & family circle to boycot them as well -- because of Burger King's racist and discriminatory decision to ban Spanish from its menues in Barcelona. Spanish is co-official language of Catalonia. Far more people speak Spanish than Catalonian in Barcelona.

Discrimination of Spanish language by BK in Barcelona is intolerable and a gross dissrespect towards the majority of Spanish speakers that make Barcelona population. You chose to ignore the fact that Spanish is the oficial language in the whole of Spain, I am choosing to ignore you from now on, and to encourage everyone else in Barcelona to do tbe same.

Burger King service

Today Tuesday at 10:16 p.m. I went to the Burger King at 2532 Channing Avenue in San Jose California 95131 store number 11888. I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a bacon King jr. which was the smallest sandwich with one and a half pieces of bacon in a Whopper Junior wrapper I went in at 1020 doors were locked but customers were leaving they let me in and I asked the lady is this a king jr. even though it says Whopper and in Spanish they said to each other yes yes just tell her it is I speak Spanish it was not so I asked Ill except this whatever this is the ugliest sandwich but can I buy a different one and the lady Irma the manager I suppose got very snotty with me and told me sure but you have to go around you can go to the drive-thru again and there were lots of cars and I said excuse me mama and she said my register is already closed I said can't you ring me up through the drive-thru one while I stand here and she said read the sign Madam we close at 10:30 but it wasn't even 10:30 so as I turned around to leave unsatisfied with my terrible hamburger which I will never go to Burger King again it was horrid she said oh and don't worry I'll call my supervisor store supervisor and let him know you're calling and I turned around I said really do you have to be rude I was already leaving why did you have to say that and she called me a foul name in Spanish and before it escalated I just saying whatever and I left while the other co-worker started egg her on so I would like to make a complaint my name is Katherine Leon my phone number is [protected] .as I left I did ask her isn't this Burger King the home of I can have it my way and she said no

Burger King bacon king

in 20+ years of frequenting this store located in Astoria, Oregon I can say I got a Bacon King Burger that looked and tasted like it had been under a warming oven for at least 2 days.. Was the worse food I ever got there.. Now I am questioning if I ever want to go back for my favorite Whopper ever again.. could not post on the mybkexperience because apparently they do not maintain the machines so there was no store number or complete survey code..

Burger King employees do not speak and understand english well enough at the joyce kilmer burger king on the new jersey turnpike

Yesterday, at the Joyce Kilmer Burger King on the New Jersey Turnpike - I stopped to buy take-out meals with my two children. I approached the counter and asked for three complete meals (sandwich/ fries/drink). For myself I ordered the veggie burger meal combo with two veggie burger patties. The employee could not understand, and I had to repeat my order several times. While I was waiting, I asked her if juice was an option included in the price of the meal combo. Again I had to say this several times. She said that she had to ask the manager. She returned and confirmed that juice was available as a drink included with the price of the meal. We got our juice where she told us to pick it up, in the refrigerator unit. When she brought out the food, there were three sandwiches and one order of fries on a tray. I asked her if we could please have the fries for the other two sandwiches and she asked me which size. I asked for medium. She brought out the two medium fries. We put the food and the juices into bags ourselves and went to the cash register. The employee at the cash register had great difficulty understanding what I was saying when I described what we were buying. She questioned the juices, and I told her that the other employee had asked the manager, who had confirmed that they were included. Whenever I said "manager, " she immediately said "You want to see a manager?" A long the line of customers was building up. The employee called another employee over to help. That employee did not speak or understand English well either. She did finally say that none of what we were buying was a combo meal, and everything would be charged separately. It was too late to re-order, and the line was getting longer and longer with customers. She told me that we owed $92 for our three meals. When I questioned the amount, she laughed and said that she meant $29.

My veggie burger had only one patty, and the bacon on my daughter's burger was raw. The food tasted terrible.

I used to have a good impression of Burger King. Now I will read the customer reviews very carefully.

Burger King ice cream machine

Everytime I go inside they always tell me the machine is broken how can this be this is why I barely come in anymore it's needs to be fixed and a people like me want our milkshake if a person wants a shake then they should get what they want I rather go to McDonald's because they always have milkshake when you want them and there machine is always running good

I've went to the same Burger king three times and evey time they either try to charge me more when I have a coupon and forget to apply it or give me the wrong thing Or forget part of the order this is getting ridiculous I can forgive one time but three times! No! This was all at the Burger king in south Elgin store #6077

Today 1/7/18 I went which was the three time I order a bacon king meal they gave me a bacon king Jr I never said Jr didnt even know they had that and they forgot my value fries I asked I said no ice they gave me ice in my drink and it was very watery

Burger King crispy chicken sandwich

On January 4, 2018 my daughter brought me lunch. She asked me what I wanted, I said surprise me. She walked in the door with Burger King from store #1688. She purchased two Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, a large fry and a large Icee. She gave me my sandwich and the first thing I noticed was that it was dark in color I thought it was burnt. She opened hers and it was the same way. Hungry we decided to overlook the dark color and attempt to eat it still. When I bit into it I didn't taste juicy chicken I tasted a tough rubber like grissle substance. We were still trying to eat it but it was awful. I let a friend taste it and he asked me what is this, he couldn't tell it was chicken. This is not what you describe on the television. Both dissatisfied we didn't want to throw them away and we couldn't take them back to the store, a friend had taken her to get the food. We gave them to our dogs. The fries and Icee were fine. Please look into this matter.

Burger King whopper

Hello,
My wife and I are long term fans of Burger King. However we have
begun to find that the quality of
the food available these days at
our local restaurants does not
come close to the advertised
quality. The patties are thinner,
the lettuce is typically chopped
and not full leaves, the tomatoe
slices are small and the preparation
is haphazard and uncaring. We
would love to see a change but
are not hopeful, mainly because
any negative comment offered
to managers of the restaurants
are not favorably received and
there is a reluctance to admit
that the food is not prepared
as advertised.
If there needs to be a price increase
to provide what is advertised, we
believe this would be better than
continually receiving sub par food
and would find it to be the best
solution.

Burger King poor food

I worked all night and decided to stop at BK this morning 01/03/2018 on my way home to grab the 2 for 4 deal. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and small coke. Driving home, it was still dark and so I couldn't see my food that well. I took a few bites of my first sandwich and noticed it tasted weird. I put that sandwich back in the bag and began to eat the second sandwich. I noticed the same taste on that sandwich. I put that one back in the bag also. When I got home, I looked at them in the light and can see that instead of sausage patties, I had hamburger patties on both sandwiches. What is so bad is that I know BK isn't cooking hamburgers at 7am so I can assume they must have been cooked the day before. I can also assume that BK doesn't save hamburger patties to be used the next day and so I feel like these patties probably sat out of refridgeration from the day before. I wish that I could put into words how DISGUSTING this makes me feel knowing that I ate part of these sandwiches. I called the BK in Oxford NC to talk to the manager, but whoever answered the phone must have thought it was funny when I asked to speak to the store manager and was laughing when she said, "There is no store manager here today" and so sending you this complaint is my next step. I also searched my bag for a receipt, but did not receive one. I am going to attach a photo I took of my sandwich. I hope you will look into this. I can promise you that I will NEVER go back in a BK again as long as I live.

Burger King employee complaint

Understaffed, Unappreciated, Had the now regretted pleasure of working for this establishment for less than 5 wks. There are absolutely no managers, seeing as the 3 that are there constantly pull doubles and triples. The new GM Mr. Knight hasn't settled into his position for not even 2 wks and he's gotten into heated arguments and disputes with the very little staff that is left and already worked to the bone, not to mention even the managers who travel from other stores to lend a helping hand, no one likes the guy, or feels comftrable, People quit ever other day, which means you now have new hires training new hires,
Whether in a car accident with your kids, A twisted ankle, or running fever, don't bother to call out because you will be given the choice of facing termination or showing up to work, no excuse is well enough to call out even if it's an emergency it seems, All management cares for is receiving bonuses off the backs of the employees who already work themselves senseless, I'd recommend not working here, your best is still considered your worst. No incentives offered, No time & a half, or even a simple thank you, Breaks are given once every blue moon, be prepared to work somedays without a break or even a courtesy meal. I was talked to like crap by the GM and decided to quit, only to have him contact me a day later because they had no one to work, he apologized and I decided to return for only a week later the same issues to resurface. Even women who are 20-30+ years my senior are talked to like kids in front of everyone. BEWARE.

On Saturday October 27 2018 I came to work I was scheduled 11am to 8 pm and clocked in a little before my shift started then I got ready to get a bank but the GM Sean Morris told me (with sarcasm) don’t bother you won’t be here all day.. leaving me confused as I was scheduled for a 9 hour shift and always cashier either at the counter or drive through when I replied I was scheduled until 8 he said he knew as he was too I said then if he had a problem he could send me home then but he said no and that I was to just use his bank at the drive through, after taking care of a couple of customers the credit card Machine started declining cards it said batch set full? when I told him the customers card got declined because of the batch issue he asked me what I did to mess it up and told me to run it in two payments which didn’t work then got mad and said it was my fault because it worked until I got there then walked away to fix the issue when the customer who didn’t have cash sat there for 6 minutes I went to find him to see how to handle it or if it was fixed he screamed at me to just give the customer his order which I immediately went back and did when Florence came into work he pulled me off the drive through and when I asked him where he wanted me he replied with just go over there and do whatever motioning towards the fry station so I did after replying once again that if there was an issue with me being there I would be happy to go home which he once again denied after Florence was there for a few minutes on drive through he remarked loud enough for me to hear at the fry station how the drive through time was down 1 second.. as I stayed because of the busyness of the day I told the other manager that was there I really wanted to go home he said just go but I didn’t because I didn’t feel he could let me go without my being fired being second under the GM Sean after the rush I was having a headache and panic attack sick to my stomach because of the interaction with the GM the other manager Cynthia told me to get a drawer for the front counter I told her no I was going home I was sick and asked Sean to leave he said I could go.. so Sunday, Monday, and today after waking up sick and having a panic attack I have called in sick when Sean told Noe I needed a doctor note to be able come back I told Noe I don’t have insurance or money to go to a doctor so if Sean was going to fire me he could then I called later and spoke to Noe explaining why I have been sick.. depression he said Sean said for me to not come back, I am assuming I was fired today and asked Noe to see if I could give a two week notice and just not schedule me so I won’t have to explain why I am fired on the application I am now filling out to find a new job. On a secondary note I have not been late to nor left early from work in the months I have worked there and have always tried to do my job efficiently. Joyce Scott aka Joy

Burger King store appearance, conditions for eating in the store

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On December 26, 2017, I visited your store #2820 in Presque Isle for lunch. It was check # 101; Drawer #2; Sale # [protected].
First of all the appearance of the store is disgusting.
Secondly, the temperature in the store was cold, cold, cold. I could not eat inside without keeping my coat on and I still was cold. The food was also cold and always is cold. I asked for no salt fries and they called them no salt, but that was wrong.
The panels were off in the ceiling . Not only was what heat was in the building escaping through there, there was a draft blowing down from there. This was a very unpleasant lunch experience with a friend who experienced the same. I will NEVER go back there to eat. I overheard other customers complaining also. Your sales must be down in that store as there is very few people seen there opposed to your competition.
THE STORE NEEDS A COMPLETE MAKEOVER!

Burger King bk baconking jr.

I just ordered 12/31/17 one BK Bacon king jr. in the drive thru and ordered it with no mayo and no barbecue sauce. just meat cheese and bacon ONLY. it is stated on my receipt and they STILL slopped it on my husbands burger none the less. I AM FURIOUS! this is the third time this location has done this to me and my husband and it is completely unacceptable. he is allergic to spices in these sauces and need to be hospitalized if ingested so obviously he cant just scrape it off. Desirable resolution for this event is coupons forfree foods or free things because if nothing happens out of this i will be contacting Burger King myself. We are TIRED of paying for food we cant EAT.

today 12/3 went to a burger king in Lake Charles, La. after seeing a commercial on tv last night, sausage muffin .79 they did not know what I was talking about, wanted to charge me a 1.00, I left. Someone not doing their job--mmmmmmmmmmm

Burger King the worst customer service I ever experienced.

It would have been ok, but the customer service was not even present...i walked into the burger king on greenhaven and florin. Waited for a girl, i dont know how long to fill her soda. She asked for help at front counter multiple times, but two employees just said follow the instructions on the machine..that wasnt there. I just wanted some water even though i paid for whatever i wanted. I went to counter to ask for water, then got sickened by the response of"you have to use the machine provided ".. a stupid situation that could have been easy fixed with just a small amount of customer service. And no they were not busy, manager actually said why didnt get him (me) water from the drive thru machine? Thats when i walked out .
