Burger King / payroll revision

Recently burger king forced it's employees to go to paperless payroll paystubs and assigned each employee a money network paycard with more hoops to jump through than basketball. For two weeks, I have been trying to get a copy of my "paystubs", not just my net pay. Paystubs - hours worked, gross pay and deductions. There are government regulations that protect employees to ensure they can confirm their pay, but with this new paperless payroll, I have not been able to locate my paystub information at all. The only thing money network says when I call is go online, everything you need is online, wrong. There are no options for an actual paystub, only net pay verification and the different options to access my net pay.

    La pagina donde dicen que verifiquemos nuetra nomina no exite, debe haber una forma escrita y que no sea internet donde verifiquemos nuestros ingreso??? que les pasa? en todos los demas restaurantes donde hicieron deposito directo dan un recibo unicamente aqui estmos en la nada, ni parece bk paarece burger del rey un restaurant que nadie conoce y no tiene recursos

    I am a former employee. this paperless card it stupid. they said that I could go to wal-mart and everytime I go none of they're employees know how to do it not ever the services. my boyfriend is always complaining about it aswell. and now I am taking hours looking how to get the paystubs. it is getting rediculous. the managers dont even know how to get the stubs.. burger king dont even know how to treat the employees burger king is a piece of [censored]tt

    they even charge .25 everytime you swipe. bk is nasty they dont clean there oil regularly there food is poorly made sometimes not fully cooked the place smells like a dumpster..its just plain gross.. i am making my boyfriend quit because i see that they treat him so bad they relie on him for everything he works over time he will go in at 3pm and get off at 6 am sometimes i hate it because that his sleep time..and they dont pay him enough to do it. he cant see his hours workd so he dont know if they fixed the hours or anything because i know when i worked for them they were allways fixing my hours because i was a miner.. i was 16 and workeed over night illegal??!! deffenatly. they were allways changing my hours and i noticed it and complaind.. also i worked there for more then 1 year and i quit febuary and i still have not gotten my taxes and i told them 5 times.. and i couldent get a hold of the corprate.. bk is just a ### load of ### holes who need to ###inggo to jaill... all of them

    I hate this ### [censored] Everytime I clock out I worked 0.00 hours. Since this stupid ### I haven't been able to see how much I am getting making it [censored]ing impossible to balance things. And sometimes I feel like I worked a lot to find out the next week that I didn't get ###. I swear there making me work hours that I don't get paid for.. Its ###. I am going to start recording my hours and if I find this to be true I am going to [censored] this company up sooo bad..

    I started working at burger king not so long a go, and when I finally check; since I was told that I get paid, "fridays". I know that I worked more hours than that... and I only got paid # for it!!! burger king is f*ing screwing me over big # time!!
    Beware for future employees: do not work here!!! you are better off working somewhere else than this # hole.
    And f* you too money network, you don't f*ing help me either. where the f* is my pay stubs at!!!???

    i have been working for burger king since i was 17 and im now 20. the only reason i stayed was bc i could not find another job. my last day is sept 26. i live in ny and the bk i worked at is supposed to go paperless in like two weeks. now that i know how ### it is, im going to let my friends know what they have to look forward too. three [censored]ing years at this place and the highest raise i got was 5 cents per hour. i started making 7.25 an hour and would up making 7.35. please do not work for BK. they treat there employees worse then walmart does. i normally work 11 to 12 hour shifts and i always close. if you work just a little slow or do something your bosses dont like they do everything in there power to demoralize you and treat you like ###. im not talking openionated, im talking from experiance from working between two different bks. i have been sworn at, humilated, yelled at, and even had my hours cut bc my manager held a grudge. i tried filing a grivence against the same manager three times and nothing was even brought up. and as for the customers, YOU ALL CAN [censored] YOURSELVES. good employees usually come from happy employees. no one at bk is happy, espspecially bc of the ### we take all day from our boss being on our ###, being paid ### for doing the job of 4 different people. im [censored]ing sick of this place. three days before my last day and my manager decides to call me out on something that i never meant to do or even mean to do. i go to talk to my gm and all she can say is, "this is your last week right?" if i ever get any proff of this ###, im going to sue this place for everything its worth. plus if you have a ### gm, your job will never get better. the only way i got through that place was with my team members. the managers can also apparently set stupid rules like your not allowed to use the crew room on your shift. i have one hell of a list for this place that i could bash. honetly, three years of my life wasted on that ### hole. im finally glad im ridding m self of that place and i will never look back.

    I agree that your quality of experience working at BK is tied directly to the quality of your General Manager and thus the rest of the management team. As with any company you always have the right to find another job...its AMERICA!!
    As for finding your payroll information you have to register on the paystub portal which you will be able to acess once you get the employer code from your manager. Please note that this site is different than where you registered your paycard and get your net pay as well as a transaction history for your card.
    I am a new TM at BKC and understand some of your frustrations with regard to the pay card but every employee in BKC can use direct deposit by signing up with your manager by submitting a voided check. It takes 2-3 weeks before it takes effect.
    As for "balancing" your hours, it takes 72 hours before you are loaded into the payroll system on the register and after that your hours should be accurate your the shift/for the week to date totals on the chit when you punch out. Use this chit and match it up to the pay stub you can print from the pay stub portal once you register. The entire Burger King system employs 50, 000+ people so to think that they do so using illegal payroll tactics is not only silly its inaccurate.
    As a previous business owner prior to joining the BK team, I assume that they switched to the paycard as most hourly employers are doing because many of the line employees do not have checking accounts and its cheaper to process payroll thus improving their profitability... This is the point after all of why they build their restaurants..to make money.

    There's always negative people at all jobs always talking mess about their job and managers.
    People treat you as you treat them.
    I go to hcc college & work at bk and all employees including my mgr are very nice and respectful with me. maybe because I am a very hardworker, always punctual and very respectful person.
    And as far as hours and pay goes:
    #1 it's your responsibility to right down you hours every day and compare with your paychecks
    #2 I have direct deposit straight to my bank account.
    #3 everything you need as far as check stubs is at work on portal.

    So everyone else please don't listen to negative unhappy people always complaining.
    And don't believe everything you hear or read online

    I work at bk and have no problems whatsoever.

    @Trying2Bhelpful You paid no attention to her social & emotional needs. She was treated with disrespect. She was sworn at, humiliated, yelled at, and even her hours were cut because the manager had a grudge against her. You obviously are insensitive to the needs of an employees cry for help, guidance, trust, and respect. I cannot believe people like you exist! You are what I never want to become when I am at the cream of the top (e.g., owner, boss, or manager...). Shame on you!

    I have requested my payroll information from Burger king recently. I gave a sheet for my employer to complete informing them i needed it completely to return in 7days. After the 6th day I reminded my employer since I hadn't received it and they gave me the run around. I had to call the place that needed it, to let them know that I couldn't obtain it. They gave me 7 more days. Again they still never produced the information that I had requested. After causing a slight scene withe the manger, she made up some figures for me to turn in . She reported my wages extremely higher than they were which would have cause a lot of problem for me. If I had turned that in, it would have been fraud. What am i to do? This is just ridiculous.

    This Complaint is coming from a recent hirer for Burger King and the service i recieved from burger king as an employee has been terrible. On June 12th 2013 we where getting paid i worked a whole two weeks waiting on this first full pay check. When i recieve my check its 20ty some hours short this was last friday the 12th right then i got on the phone and called my manger Anthony told him what was wrong with my pay i only got paid for 6 hours when i worked 32 hours. He told me he would take care of it right away. Well that didnt happen and as of today 7/17 /2013 i still haven't recieved the rest of my money. My manger and genarel manger to me is very unprofessional i have been going back and forth about paycheck they have lied to me several times that the check will be here the next day and it isn't. I tryed to speak with the genarel manger but he instructed all the manger not to give his number to crew members which i think is unfair espiecally when we can't get no help from the mangers of the stores. Now cause i didn't get my full check my lights got cut off and they are still off i even told my manger anthony the same thing but he went on vaction not caring i'm in the dark but i beat his lights is on and his family is good. But what happen to the money i worked hard for to pay my bills. This isn't right and i've been with burger king for 6weeks and i'm quitting the experience wasn't good at all and i gave a 100% to the job and recieved 10% from my mangers and genaral manger

    Sorry this has happened to you. Maybe it's whomever owns the Burger King in your area that is the problem. I have been working for Burger King for over a month. No paperless paystubs, thank goodness. Also, I'm getting paid. My hours have been cut, though. I don't know if it's due to Obamacare, my boss wants me to quit, my hours are too high and the owner wants to balance it out, or what, because my hours have been shorted to 20 hours minus for one week. The manager hasn't said anything about it. It looks like other employees have had their hours cut too, because they don't come in as often as they were originally. I don't even see the assistant managers work as often as they used to, either. If it continues or my hours keep getting cut, I will be searching for a second job or quitting Burger King altogether. Don't get me wrong. I like my job, the customers are awesome, and my coworkers are wonderful, but the distance I have to drive must be worth the gas money and wear and tear on my truck. BTW: I was originally working 30 to 36 hours per a week.

    @J.C.M. It was that way where we worked too. We were coming in and working three hour shifts. How ridiculous is that? No one can support a family on a job at Burger King.

    Hi i work for burger king and we have a pay card and every time I try to go on line to check on money network card balance I can not find it any where.and what makes it so bad is I have ask my gm manger does he know how to go on line to find the money network card balance.do you know what he tells me I have never went on it before.and then I ask him if he can find out for me he said I will try.do you know that it has been three months since I have asked him and he has not got back to me yet.I wish we still had checks.

    Umm, I Been Working Since The Last Week Of May/Beginning Of June And I Still Haven't Got My 1st pay check . which is supposed to be giving to me by card today and i havent recieved anything then i was told they take half of your money from your 1st paycheck

    I cannot get my check stubs either. What is your employee ID? There is no way to know how much you're getting paid an hour, or how much is being deducted. It's ridiculous to not have any access to your check stub. You have to have those for some things, and you have to say...I can't get my pay stub, and people don't understand that because they've never worked for Burger King and don't know how ridiculous this company really is.

    Store 3400 has no compassion for their employees my supervisor denise montoya and georgia castillo have not corporated with my requests for my check stubs verification of employment. this request was for new mexico crime victims reparation commission. denise told my parents today 01/11/2017 that she mailed the letter to we care in california. I am unable to go myself since I am in a rehabilitation for my depression since my assault. I cannot believe that not one person that I work for could not contact me at all and I have called everyday since december 8th 2016. maybe someone will hear me out. 5756391634

    I was working there not long ago and got fired bc of my girlfriends mom and now they are saying I am not allowed on the property so don't work there they get racist when you don't do something like they want it even if its the wrong way and the employees are even worse they pick on one person non stop and anyone who is involved with them I was getting picked at and the general manager wouldn't stop it so I got tired of it and got sent home over me having a migraine and them trying to force me to put a headset on that squezzes your head non stop and then I was told I was fired then got called back saying I wasn't and then never got called back so I called and then found out a week after that I was so found me another job the next day I got my last pay check today but they went to a stupid #ing card that charges out the # and they forced me to get it also my girlfriends mom thinks that she can get away with anything there so that is one reason I was fired I tried to ask why she fired me but the general manager wouldn't tell me so
    Dont #ing work there bc they will screw you over when ever they get the #ing chance

    So, I've found pros and cons with the paycard. The check stubs actually aren't ever in MoneyNetwork's possession, they are on Ultipro's website or application. I work for GPS Hospitality, at one of their Burger King restaurants, and when we went paperless, it was difficult at first. Now, I have very few issues. It takes time to get used to it. Easiest thing to do is to get an account through a commercial bank or credit union and fill out a direct deposit form. But, the pay card is useful until you can get there.
