Burger King / breakfast burrito / service
I am very appalled this morning. I come to this horrible service burger king often because it is convent for me and my sons travel to work/school. I ordered a breakfast burrito jr and hahsbrown and the jr was so poorly and had NO SAUSAGE at all. I called about 7 times and finally got an answer just for her to tell me i can not get it replaced because they would charge me $2 for sausage and it wouldn't be a whole piece of sausage she would give me half.. FIRST IF IM PAYING $2 YOU WILL NOT JUST GIVE ME A HALF YOU WILL GIVE ME $2 WORTH. SECOND, how can this not be replaced, if the drive thru woman in the back at 8:15 on October 5th with Braids (black and blonde) did not give me a receipt?
highly upset my son did not want to eat and had to eat preschool breakfast. i would like an answer and something!
