I placed an order online as I do very often. As normal, I was given a pick up time and confirmation number. When I get to the restaurant at the time I was given, I am told sorry the food is not done, that it would be 5-10 mins. That time passed I was told another 5-10 mins and offered a drink. I was then told the manager was coming out to speak with me, which he never did. After almost an hour my food comes out and it is lukewarm at best.See the Top 10 Worst Companies in Canal Winchester, OH I asked for new wedges to be made and said I didn't want to wait for new wings to be made as I didn't want to wait another hour for them. As I received my wedges I see the manager appear and I think that he is going to come see me to discuss my issues, but turns out there was another customer complaining as well. The service was horrible and the food I waited almost an hour for was cold. BW3 may lose a loyal customer after this experience.
