Buffalo Wild Wings / manager treatment towards customers

On March 21, 2017 I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Moreno Valley. I placed the phone order at 6:13pm and didn't get my food until 7:36pm. After asking to speak to a manager in regards to the wait and because the food was cold, the manager by the name of Connie assisted me. She not only cursed at me in front of other customers but yelled at me in front of my 5 year old daughter and told me to "[censored]ing get out and never to come back again, " as she was pushing the food on me. She stated that if I contacted the manager by the name of Mike and told him how she treated me, he would laugh at me and not take me serious, because she would make sure that he wouldn't believe me. There was tons of workers and many customers that can attest as to how she treated me. Or if the footage can be reviewed, it would be of a lot of help. After paying $40, that was not the treatment I deserved or anybody else deserves. She did not handle to situation appropriately, and doesn't seem to be customer service orientated.
