I wanted to share my recent experience with I booked a hotel back in October 2015. I booked 2 rooms, because we were 2 adults and 2 kids. They charged my credit card for both rooms. When we arrived, there was only one room prepared for our family. I contacted customer service, they said how sorry they were, but there was nothing hey could do. Their agent assured me I would be refunded. Several minutes later they called me back and told they found us another hotel (for which I paid again). Few months passed and still no money. I called the customer service, they are now refusing to refund me, because the hotel doesn't want to refund them!
