AquaBliss UK bathroom unit

I can't believe how bad this company was to deal with, lie after lie. Taken 2 and a half weeks to deliver a unit they 'missed off the delivery' in the first place. Constant phone calls saying 'it was coming tomorrow' with it never turning up. Asked for a refund and the girl said she wasn't qualified to do it yet didn't make an arrangement or speak to anyone about it. Excuses such as it was damaged, it was delivered to another place by mistake or it was on its way. Also rang to say it was being processed as a refund to ring half an hour later for someone else to say it hadn't been. Very rude customer service who love to talk back and not bothered about pissing off there customers. How this company is still running is beyond me and how no one has reported them to trading standards! Wouldn't even refund the next day delivery as they said we had most of the order! Stay well clear of this horrendous company! Unit has just turned up and half of the bits are missing!

AquaBliss UK delivery/communication

Placed an order on 1st december and payed for express delivery. Did not arrive so waited an extra day, still no show and no email/phone call regarding this so called myself. Was told someone would ring back regarding this but no one did. Rung again the next day to be told it was crushed in the lorry and would be sent for next day delivery. Waited another 2 days and calling yourselfs again multiple times myself to find out what is going on! Told it would be here friday (14th), being delivered but a different courier but still no show. Told it would be here today (19th) and still no show!
Have been on the phone this morning and again someone said they would ring back and never did. Rung again this evening and told it would be here wednesday.
This is totally unacceptable i've not gone to work on the days I was told it was supposed to be delivered so i've lost out on wages. I've had to pay my builder when you said it would be delivered to come out for nothing. I was told I will be refunded for the express delivery I payed but have not received anything. If anything you should be compensating me for at least something as this is disgusting customer service!

AquaBliss UK wrong delivery. false promises to collect & refusing to refund us because they haven't collected it as promised.

Ordered on a Sunday night/Monday morning online. The wrong items were delivered on Thursday & notified them immediately by phone. Said they would collect Monday pm. They did not even book a collection, which we have only found out by chasing them up. Worst non-existent customer service we have ever experienced. A complete waste of time. County Court now.

AquaBliss UK bespoke shower screen and door

I placed an order for a shower screen in January 2018 And was informed due to Chinese New year there would be a delay and I would receive it in either April or early May. During this time I had noticed that my order information had in the incorrect size for the height of my shower screen and called in to ask for this to be rectified and was told that the item had already been done and would have to redone and would cause a further delay and would come in the next shipment which was monthly.

I patiently waited and by July nothing had arrived and I had received no email or telephone correspondence from the company baring in mind by this time I had made a number of calls and had spoken to a number of customer service staff who merely robbed me off and lied about dates and about contacting me back.

I made contact again early August as it had now been 8 months since the initial order and was told that the shipment manifest stated my order was on the next shipment and would be in the depot on the 6 of 8th August and would receive a call to organise delivery on the 11th August. Low and behold it is the 31st August and I had not heard a word.

I called again and was spoken to I'm a rude manner by a staff member by the name of Rebecca and she later hanged up the phone on me.

This is the sort of behaviour companies like this get away with all the time once they have your money. I called back and obtained a manager's name for record as I will be taking them to trading standards and please note all their calls are recorded which can be requested should this go to court which I am prepared to do. I have been delayed In my building work and have had to pay builders for loss of time as the item has still not arrived

Disgraceful company and I urge you all not to order and if you can forge as many complaints as possible to get companies like this shut down.

AquaBliss UK delivery / customer service

Worst experience ever ! Please read this before you decide to order from them
So I have ordered a basin 3 weeks ago, paid £30 express delivery (1-3 days) and when I have received it 4 days later ( late ) the basin was cracked. Was told for 4 days after calling them every day that I would get a new one next day. When finally arrived it was the wrong product. Had to call them and email them 3 times a day for another week to get a new one . They don't send you a new one until they arrange collection for the wrong item sent. ( it took 6 or 7 calls for me to find that out and in the mentime I was led to believe my delivery would be next day for several days in a row ) Then they've told me for 4 days in a row collection will be "tomorrow". After all that I was sent another cracked basin and had to ask for a new one. I still haven't received my item. I haven't received a refund for my express delivery charge either despite asking for it about 12 times. I haven't received a reply to any of my complaint emails ( sent about 10 ). I have asked for their official complaint procedure several times I haven't recieved that either. I have asked to speak with a manager but there's no one ever availble above customer service. And some member of staff are rude and defensive.
I don't think one can have a more unpleasant
experience. Unacceptable, unbelievable, shocking!
It costed me monies, time and energy.
Only given them 1 star as I can't give 0

AquaBliss UK refund for faulty goods returned not made despite 3 months of requesting

We ordered 3 shower units on order numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. The orders arrived incomplete and parts not fit for purpose. We managed to source parts from elsewhere. We returned faulty parts and have a POD the company have also confirmed receipt of these parts. We have written, telephoned for full refund of the returned goods which total £317.25. Aquabliss have never disputed this amount is due to be refunded but despite constant e mails (dating back to beginning of August 2017) and constant telephone calls no refund has been made. No phone calls ever returned from accounts department or manager. They are in total breach of consumer rights and simply do not care.

AquaBliss UK appalling customer service

I ordered a complete Shower/Bathroom Suite, everything arrived well wrapped and appeared to be in good order. However, when the washbasin was removed from its packaging it was found to have a crack in it. Photographic evidence was supplied to Aquabliss following a phone call. I was then asked to provide further photographic evidence of the complete washbasin and box which was provided. I was informed that a replacement washbasin would be sent. It did arrive, eventually, after 6 weeks of waiting and continuous phone calls and emails.

The product(s) themselves were of high quality and I was impressed with that but the customer service was abysmal, having to continually chase for a resolution that should have occurred within days of it being reported.

AquaBliss UK worst service ever

I paid for next day delivery, but the product didn't arrive. I am still waiting for refund. Customer service is appalling, they make promises which they can't keep up. They don't apologise for any mistakes and misinformation on their side.

They accuse the delivery company breaking items, and claiming that is why it couldn't be delivered. It's a lie.

Avoid this company!

AquaBliss UK fraudulent business practice!

I had a terrible experience with Aquabliss! If you want to order from them then be prepared for everything. First I received the wrong order and when I contacted Aquabliss they said that my item was not in stock so they sent me something similar. Just think about that again. They actually sold me something what was not available and then they simply sent me something else. They got the money and didn't care about anything else!
When I asked for a refund they said that they did not accept any returns. The story is that first they gave me false information about the availability of my item, scammed me and stole my money. This place should be investigated and shut down!

AquaBliss UK ridiculous website!!

Ridiculous website! Purchased an item from AquaBliss and received an incorrect one. When I contacted their support they refused to accept anything back and it took me a long time to get what I want. They finally agreed to replace, so I sent the incorrect item back and they said I'll get a replacement within two weeks. When I received the replacement I was shocked to find that it was the exact same item I returned! What a scam! Don't waste your money and time here!

AquaBliss UK still waiting for my refund

I have purchased an item for my father and paid for the express sipping. My order did not arrive on time and was about two weeks late. I contacted AquaBliss customer care and asked them to refund the shipping costs and they agreed and said that I'll get my money as soon as possible.
Waited patiently but there was no sign of my money so I asked again and received the same answer. I still haven't got my refund and it seems like they really don't care.

AquaBliss UK they delivered defective toilet

We purchased toilet from the company www.aquabliss.co.uk. We got the confirmation email and that’s was all. After 2 weeks we got the order, but it was defective and couldn’t be used. We contacted the seller, but he ignored us and our emails. We still have no idea how to return or change the toilet. But seriously speaking, this company isn’t so professional and good. So, better don’t waste your time.

AquaBliss UK they delivered damaged order

I ordered tap and some bathroom accessories from the company www.aquabliss.co.uk. I got info, receipt and the delivery was on time, but the ordered was damaged. I immediately contacted the seller and asked if they could change it or provide refund, but they refused and stopped to reply to my other messages. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.

Honestly, please pay attention to this review and DO NOT buy from Aquabliss. I have never, in all my life, felt that a company were so incompetent. I paid for next day delivery for a toilet. When the toilet came, it was the wrong one. Customer service were shockingly useless, contradicted themselves and LIED and one woman I spoke to - Susanna was rude! We were told each day for a week that it would be here the next day. Unbelievably enough, another WRONG toilet arrived. It had got to waiting for FIVE WEEKS before I finally get told the one that I ordered is unlikely to ever come!?HOW CAN A COMPANY BE THIS INCOMPETENT !? I have wasted so much time and frustration on ringing them and being told that it would arrive the next day, or two days etc.
Susanna, on telling me that it would come the following week, and my response being I’ve been told this so many times, responded by actually having the nerve to say she could do what her other colleagues have done and say it will be here the next day?! Don't waste your time or your money on them. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION! Another thing that should be taken into account, is that in my first week of waiting for this toilet I had a baby. I have broken down in tears over the frustration of this toilet. I needed a working toilet downstairs and, even knowing that I had recently had a baby and the situation, still they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help. The WORST company I have ever bought something from.
It is only when I contacted trading standards and explained back to AQUABLISS that they are in breach of their contract, did someone actually bother telling me I'm unlikely to get the toilet I ordered.

Pity you can't give negative stars because that is what I would have given this company. Ordered a shower tray and waste on a Friday 13 July for £150.95 and paid additional £40 for next day delivery and was assured I would get it on the Monday. Then my plumber said I actually didn't need this tray after all as my previous purchase (from another company) would work so first thing on Monday morning I called to cancel the order. I was told that because it was already with the courier they wouldn't be able to cancel it I should just refuse delivery and when they got it back I would be refunded the £150 I paid for the tray but would lose the delivery cost. Well the tray never arrived on the Monday at all. The waste for the tray arrived on the Tuesday and I refused delivery and then the actual tray arrived on the Wednesday and I refused delivery. I then called and email re my refund and was told they hadn't had confirmation that the manufacturer had received it back. Weeks later after numerous calls with various people at the company, being told every time I called that it was "being done that day if not already", once being told it had been done via Paypal but they couldn't log in to give me a transaction ref number (all lies) - I finally got a refund on 28 Aug of £65! When I phoned to complain I was told there was a 25% deduction for a restocking charge and a £40 deduction for return delivery - none of which I was advised about - customer service said it was in their T&Cs but I placed my order over the phone and the confirmation email did not even contain any T&Cs. After my complaint today I was told I would email the managing director and see "what he could do". Why should I even have to do that - what ever happened to my statutory 14 day cooling off period? Not to mention that I have now in effect paid £80 for next day delivery which I did not get! I was stupid enough not to read the reviews on this co before I used them. Please don't be as stupid. I'm surprised they're still in business but then when they steal so much from their customers to cover their lost sales I shouldn't really be surprised at all. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered £350+ worth of bathroom products. When they arrived they were not right so we telephoned and asked if we could return them. We were told we had to organise and pay for the return. Courier cost us £120 and apparently products were smashed when arrived. No proof. No refund. Our of pocket by £470! To say I am angry is an understatement

SAME disappointment! Worst Customer service ever! they don't care about anything. even though the advertise 10 years warranty they are just having a laugh they you report a problem!

More of the same - just wish I'd read some reviews before I went near them! They delivered a cracked shower tray and, as with the earlier reviewer, refused to refund it as they said we hadn't checked it within a reasonable time. It was left, wrapped, until the bathroom fitter was ready to fit it and he discovered the crack as soon as he unwrapped it. We are left £120 out of pocket and with a cracked shower tray we have to dispose of. I have tried to speak to them about it and they are just rude. Please, please don't anyone go near them.

After them messing up a collection/deliver address to swap over an item they A) wanted £106 delivery THEN wanted another £104 because they shipped it to the wrong depot.

Their 'contracted' delivery company is a mess, they can't be relied upon and will fail to deliver at the time specified - if at all. The whole experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and hopefully a few people will read this and save themselves the agony.

You get what you pay for in this case - cowboys.

Never never never purchase anything from this company! they are liar, they would send you the wrong item and persuade you this is what you ordered, with picture evidence that where not even on their website! crooks! ...Even the worst of the company has better customer service than aquabliss! avoid this company!

Aquabliss was a massive disappointment, even though I received my bathroom units after 6+ weeks. My order didn't arrive, so I called. It turned out that the courier had dropped the palette. I was then told they where out of stock and it would take a couple of weeks. To keep it short, after 40+ phone calls and nearly 5 weeks later 2 further delivery took place but also damaged. I finally went to the depo and picked it up myself. I have the unit fitted now but with all the stress, delays and complaint from the plumber, I wish I never ordered from them. I made a formal complaint but they didn't care. The customer service team are terrible in giving you information and I feel that every call I made, they where just buying time for the delay.

DO NOT USE THEM!

I totally agree with the previous review. Aquabliss are a scam;

They sell damaged goods and then refuse to refund you. They
sent us a cracked shower tray and despite sending them all the photographic evidence they asked for, they still refused to refund us. The shower tray was delivered on a Thursday and it was reported to them (in a reasonable amount of time) as damaged when the packing was removed on the Monday. The crack wasn't visible until the packaging was removed.
A complete rip-off. Their reason for not refunding me was that we didn't tell them about the damage within a reasonable time. It was delivered on a Thursday and they were informed the following Monday morning. Is that not within a reasonable time?
