I received the wrong item, which was also damaged. I emailed the company immediately with this information along with a photo showing the damage. Although their email confirmation claims a 30-day money back guarantee and website states "You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 days of receipt of the products purchased." they have refused to honor this, and have even refused to provide an RMA for the item's return. I have contacted this company 5 times requesting an RMA

Ordered part, got confirmation with pic of RIGHT part. They sent some WRONG part, not even CLOSE! Paid for shipping, now need PAYPAL help to return CHEAP plastic not even worth the hassle. Scammers!

I gotta say, I ordered this water valve for my Whirlpool fridge from Unlimited Appliance Parts on their website and it was supposed to be brand new, but I ain't so sure.

When I got the box, it weren't in no sealed plastic bag like you'd expect from Whirlpool. And to top it off, there was some magic marker writing on the dang thing! Now, I ain't no expert, but I'm pretty sure that ain't a good sign for a supposedly new part.
