Based on the technical specs advertised by the seller on amazon.ca
4g: lte 700 / 800 / 850 / 900 / 1700 (aws) / 1800 / 1900 / 2100 / 2600 (bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17 18, 19, 20, 26) i happen to order samsung galaxy s6 duos g920fd dual-sim unlocked android 16mp 5.1in super amoled quad hd 32gb black. when the order arrived i was advised by fedex that i need to pay a custom duty as papers were not filed properly by the seller an amount of cad36.58 is required to be paid. which i paid. upon checking the phone the frequencies mentioned on amazon.ca did not match the phone specifications. hence i returned the item. while corresponding with the seller i was told that i need to do due diligence to ensure that the phone works in canada. i had to ship the item back to us costing me cad35. so the item costed me cad702 +36.58+35= 773.58. amazon has not been able to provide me a refund of cad71.58. everyday i spend over 60 mins with the customer service and they indicate that a-z claim has been filed, very next day i get an email that it has not been filed.
This has happened 3 time already. i was given a promotional voucher for 71.58 which i could only use to buy goods provided by amazon.ca and cannot be used against a purchase from reseller. ( i may not be able to use this ever)

I have been advised amazon is a very big company and has lots of systems and supervisors are so busy to answer customers. this is a clear indication of outsourcing customer service to third world and i am going into circles. no one cares. i have names of customer service agents i have dealt with but i do not wish to bring their names on this website.

i need cad 71.58 credited my account asap and i promise i shall not buy any items from amazon.ca ever. its not my fault that the specs did not match the item. and the phone did not work in canada for wind mobile.

Amazon.ca has all emails attached to this order and i do not wish to attach any file to this complaint.
