Aliexpress / poor customer service.
I purchased two items from AliExpress few months ago. Clothes on their website looked great, so I decided to buy two lovely tops. They charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email, everything seemed fine. But the next day I received another message stating that my order was cancelled for "security reasons". However, the money was still charged from my card. Then I was asked to send a copy of my passport if I wanted to get the order. I tried to send it to them, but it was impossible to upload pictures on their website, that option just was not working. Then I tried to order again and I was told to "send documents" again. I still could not upload any pictures and there was no help or customer service button to be able to even ask for help. AliExpress is the worst service ever! They took my money but no product was delivered.
