ComEdshut off of power

Due to some very difficult times with the economy my bills have been late, now comed wants me to pay a deposit that I cannot afford, I am paying my comed bill, but they
are threatening to shut off my power because deposit is not being paid, my account number is [protected]. my bill was 240.00 and they want a 180.00 for deposit just this
month. Its tough enough just to keep things going. I am wroking on getting a new job, 3 interviews just this week,

    put it on a credit card. If all that is standing between power and no power is a measly $180 deposit, put it on a credit card and pay it off over a few months. If you dont have a credit card, surely someone you know does.

    Putting $180 on a credit card is not going to ruin your credit. Even at the minimum payment/month, finance charges for $ 180 would be at most a couple dollars. She would have to pay back friends and family if she borrowed from them, so why not skip the hassle of owing another person and handle it herself, not to mention avoiding putting a further burden on someone else.

    A credit card is a useful tool in emergency situations if it is used responsibly.
