Clicks Retailerspoor customer service @ ballito junction branch


My nam is Sindisiwe Cynthia Khumalo clicks club car number [protected] i would like to lodhe a complaint on poor customer experience at Ballito junction branch. I bought a lipstick from the Essence range, i i was paying the security tag pin pokes my finegr and i started to bleed prefusely... The Cashier Mr. S Sibiya asked for the manager to come over when I asked for assistance. The managers nam is Sphumelele / Sphumlile and i couldn't get her full name form other staff members. To my suprise the "Manager" from cosmetics department came and told me " its NOT MY FAULT ". I asked her about 3 times if she was being serious with a confused look and she BOLDLY she said yes. She said its the customers who must have dislocated the pin which poked my finger. I then asked how i could be assisted and she said i cant ne assisted in any way. She was very ruse and shifted the blame. As i was about to leave the shop she sent someone to give me a lousy elastoplast. I was really disappointed with this. I have been a clocks customer for as long as i remember and this was the first incident at this New branch where u have been mistreated. I really hope this email will not fall on deaf ears...
