No way of contacting customer services!
Phone calls not being accepted.
Automated 'Bot' system does not do anything.
Tells you to try again during opening hours and you will be able to speak to a 'live' person, even though you are trying during those hours.
Shoes returned, delivery confirmed by Royal Mail, but Clarks system does not show that they have been received. So what do you do if you can't speak with anyone? Ridiculous!

My black shoes just disintegrated on both shoes, the uppers came away from the soles, I have only worn these about 6 times, the embarrassing side it happened going to my local remembrance service at the guildhall, Portsmouth, I had to come home and now missing the ceremony.

I have a snapshot of them if required.

These shoes are a few years old and when I put them on yesterday they totally fell apart. Unbelievable as they were not inexpensive and I bought Clark's because of the quality.
I have attached a photo of both shoes and the separation.

With fall coming got out my favorite Clarks shoes to wear. So embarrassed while in a store the heels on both shoes started to disintegrate. When I came home, got out another pair, they disintegrated immediately.

The only casual shoes I own are clarks. What do I do now? I'm afraid to wear them anywhere as the might fall apart as I'm wearing them.

I am writing to tell you how disappointed I have been in the quality of attached pictures of Clark shoes. The soles of the shoes are cracked leaving me in a precarious and even hazardous position, even though I like them. I believe it is a problem with your materials used on the rubber soles.
If you would be able to replace it for me, would be nice. I received it as a birthday gift

I have a pair of red clark sandals, size 6, a friend gave to me this week as a gift, October 18, 2021 I put them on and the shoes didn't feel right. The soles stuck to the floor and left black imprints on my hardwood floors. I looked at the sole of the shoes and when I bent the shoe, the sole came to pieces and disintegrated everywhere. I had to use an oil based product to get the black imprints off my floor. Is there a recall on these shoes, as it seems to be a bad product used for the soles? R Jacobs

I have two pair of clark shoes same style one red leather other black leather. The sole heel is falling apart in chunks. I have had them for two years wear them in the fall to work, went to get them out of my closet and noticed that it had black pieces on the floor of the closet, then looked at the other pair same style was doing same thing.

I bought a pair of your very cute and comfortable booties a few months ago. Right away I notices a tiny squeak with every step in the right shoe. I wore a few more times expecting it to maybe go away only to have it keep getting louder. It is in the sole and heal, you can bend the shoe when not on and still hear the squeak. After much ridicule of my co-workers, my new nickname is Minnie Mouse..., I have retired them to the back of my closet donation zone with the rest of my not so wise purchases. After telling my friend I will never buy your shoes again she convinced me to contact you and give you the opportunity to make this right. The shoes were $94, I bought on sale at Pennys for $59 feeling like I got a great bargain. Unfortunately $12 per squeaky wearing is out of my budget for shoes.

I bought a pair of Clarks shoes.They were brand new and looked perfect.I put my right foot in the right shoe.Then I turned to watch the tv for about 5 minutes. Then I went to put on the left and saw the shoe on my right foot had completely fallen apart.I couldn't believe it, bits of rubber on the floor, uppers split open, sole broken into cracked pieces and also, a lot of dust and debris was inside the shoe and it looked like there were areas of wear inside the toe section.
This has upset me by making me wonder if something "unexplainable" happened in those 5 minutes I had the shoe on, as well as the useless shoes I now have.
The pictures show the right shoe after the damage
appeared and the left shoe which I haven't dared to try on.

I have a pair of loafers I purchased new and the soles have cracked and separated from the top of the shoe. I was extremely surprised at the quality of this product. I was planning on wearing these shoes yesterday for a church service. I would have been embarrassed if I had worn them and they fell apart while I was on my way or while I was participating in the service. My granddaughter noticed the sole coming apart when she was trying the shoes on.

We went into Clark's Blackburn around 17:10 we knew the store shut at 17:30 so we wanted to be quick try some shoes on my little boy and be done. As soon as went in a young white girl dark hair with her hair up came up to us didn't say hi jumped down our throats and said we haven't got time to fit your little boys shoes we're very under staffed and it can't be done now. So I politely said back to her I'm ok with not getting him a fitting am I ok just to just try some shoes on him as I already know his size and she told me yes but all the sizes are out and walked off. A young Asian girl then asked if we would like any help I didn't get her name as I wish I had she was so lovely and helpful. She brought down two shoes we wanted to try on him from upstairs and was out the shop in 10 minutes. Great service from young girl who worked there if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be going back.

I bought the shoes around 3 years ago Clarks Sliema Malta store and do not have a VAT receipt as it has long been binned. The shoes was only used occasionally and the top leather/Gortex is still impeccable. Yesterday I noticed that the soles are getting detached and the foam part to which the rubber is attached is disintegrating.

I do not expect shoes from such a brand to end up with disintegrated soles. I would appreciate a remedy as it is such a waste to dump the shoes that are still impeccable.

I purchased a pair black leather shoes with a thick rubber soul I only use them to go out I work in a hospital so I do not wear them at work and I want to get them out the other day open the top of the original shoebox they came in and one she was fine and the other one the soul was separate from the shoe plus it was crumbled to pieces and mini bread crumbles and it's so infuriating not to get a response from anything from from your company. You have many faithful buyers and I originally started buying from you because of my mother when my father was stationed in England. Very discouraging.

I have been buying Clarks for years and will continue to do so. I have a pair now that is disintegrating. I was told to wear the shoes and not just save them for pretty. I do that and have been doing it for awhile now. I had a pair once that were literally falling apart as I was walking.
I hope we can resolve this.

I ordered this shoes as advertised on facebook June 15, 2021. I received the shoes last week and it was too big for my 6/6.5 shoe size. Most importantly the quality was so poor. It is not leather as advertised. The upper was made of plastic which and does not even hold up to its shape.

I wrote the company for a reimbursement and I was asked to take a picture of it and also questioned that I ordered a large size. I sent them a picture and complained about the quality of the materials. I was told that they cannot give me a refund due to poor quality and they will only give me a 15% discount.

I am refusing the discount. They should give me a return receipt or reimburse my money. The shoes apparently comes from China so I am sure returning this item without their return receipt will cost me a lot of money.

Both rubber soles on my Clark leather sandals completely crumbled and fell apart leaving a very sharp metal support plate exposed. I am surprised that this hard rubber would disintegrate after very little wear making it impossible to walk in them. I was walking while attending an event and was suddenly unable to stand up when my shoes disintegrated while I was wearing them. This was a very dangerous situation. I want my shoes replaced or to be compensated to replace them. Clarks needs to correct their manufacturing error and avoid using this material.

I bought a pair of their sandals in the spring with the words "ultimate comfort" on the heels. They hurt like everything. I have only worn them a few times because they are do uncomfortable. I have worn Clark's shoes for years, and I am very disappointed that the shoes are so unpacked and hurt so much when I wear them.

Just had a pair of Clark's sandals completely fall apart on a walk in NYC! Just disintegrated and I had to sit on a stoop whilst my husband went to a nearby store to buy me an emergency pair… contacted Clark's and sent a picture but they want the receipt ( who keeps once you have worn for awhile) and also the sku number from the shoe.. which we had put in the nearest trash can.. such terrible customer service from a once great company and they KNOW there's an issue with materials they are using yet continue to do so. Told me they had cut the disintegration down by 60%.. so I guess 40% is acceptable?

2nd maybe 3rd time I have worn these shoes they are so comfortable. Currently they are the only shoes I can get on as I have an injury and cannot get any other shoes on. Well they started to feel wierd. I took the shoes off and the sole is disintegrating and the upper part of shoe has mostly came off. VERY disappointed! I thought Clark was a quality product. I have bragged on the brand. So very very disappointed.

My wife was walking into the kitchen and her clark shoes she was wearing grabbed the floor and she fell face first. She had to be taken to the hospital . She has a broken nose, broken knee cap and a very bad hand and wrist that was almost broken. The problem I think is the sole and the pattern that the sole has. Four years ago she was at school had clark shoes and same pattern. The shoes grabbed the floor and she broke her knee cap into three places and was the same knee. Skechers have almost the same pattern on some of their shoes and I have a pair of them and have almost falling 20 or 30 times. I do not know if the company's know about this or not. I do not know if anyone else has had the same problems or not. This happened on Monday 06/14/2021.
