Delivery guys broke 1 my outside lights, also a small part of my door frame and scratched the 1 spot on my wall and rail of the stairs. We are only able to claim the light because the driver made the report, but the other stuff since I saw them after they were gone, my pictures and my word has no value to this company.
we just finishing remodeling our house, everything was clean, and no furniture was in the house they were the first delivery that I got since I got only the master bedroom pieces with them. I always buy from El Dorado this time I decided to change the style, and I went to Ashley, what a mistake! the way this people handle their claims and how they treat us like our money has no value and they have the right to damage things in your house and get away with. Between calls and emails that they don't actually respond in 72 hours, on June 10 will be a month and still no resolution. But is a matter of principal I won't give up, I will email, call and reach out to social media every day if I have to.
I paid this company their high costs with my hard-earned money, I regrated every day. I will never ever buy from this place again. If you don't respect your clients, you get lots of 1-time buyers you will never have lifetime business.
Recommendation: don't spend the money there, because if anything goes wrong, they will not care about the client
