I purchase a bedframe and adjustable mattress. Since November 2025 I've been emailing and calling the warranty department asking to send me a replacement remote. My remote fell and it no longer works. This is the second time I've had to ask for a replacement remote. The first time the remote was sent to me without any problem. My bed is in a position that I can't sleep on.

I want my remote.
Desired outcome: I want to receive my remote as soon as possible. I have not been able to sleep on my bed.
