Citizens Bank review: Refund of $200

Went to the ATM at Citizen Bank in Lower Burrell, PA on 8/2/2020.
Tried to withdraw $200 it did not give me the money, so I tried again and still did not give me the money, so I went to Giant Eagle on Tarentum Bridge road and went inside to the ATM and tried again and I got the money with a Recite. When I check by bank balance they took out $600 dollar and they are only going to issued my back $200, not $400 that was taken out of my checking account. I called the back several times, they never returned my calls. I went into the bank and ask them to pull the tape that show me at the ATM and I have gotten no responses from them. This is very up setting, I have been with them for 20 or more years.

I also ask that the Manager of the Bank call me, and he never did. This is real poor Customer Services.
