Sent my wife’s eco drive to Torrance Ca repair center 7/21/25. The watch was purchased in march 2019 and likely out of warranty but specified that the watch was very sentimental to us and willing to pay whatever it cost to have it working again. I started emailing 8/10 because I hadn’t even received an acknowledgment that the watch had been received. They finally told me on 9/2 that they had received it. I have emailed them at least 8 times looking for updates. Finally I December I started asking again that I haven’t heard anything in several months about the repairs. The next day they told me they were sending it me. I was very excited to have it back to give to my wife, again, but for Christmas. I opened the box and all of my original paperwork was enclosed with an invoice that says returned to customer due to no response. What a joke. No one called me or emailed me, as I check my junk folder daily looking for any communication from citizen. I have emailed them many times for updates, and have been given nothing. This was my fourth citizen watch, but after this experience, will definitely have been our last. Sad experience.
