Purchased battery car battery was having problems with it am a mechanic for 40 years charged and load tested it came up bad contacted company they said send back a week later they said nothing wrong with it put old battery in car and car was fine. they say nothing wrong with their battery would not put manager or tec on phone girl who answered said she was both even after contacted BBB they still sent me back my defective battery no refund or replacement.Now I have a $215 paperweigh! Now I have to purchase a new battery from local auto part store!

I recently purchased a battery from Bigtime Battery (bigtimebattery.com) for my motorcycle. Though I was a bit disappointed as the battery's CCA was wrong for my machine, I can say that I had a positive experience with the part of the battery that I did utilize - the battery terminals and the installation process.

Upon inspecting the battery terminals, I noticed that they felt a bit flimsy and cheap compared to the battery I replaced. I found the installation process to be a bit frustrating given the cramped environment of a motorcycle battery, particularly when trying to hold a tiny nut inside the terminal while aligning the bolt.

However, I do think there could be a simple fix for this issue. Other batteries on the market slide a solid threaded unit into the terminal, which automatically aligns with the access hole. I believe this type of design would make installation much easier and less frustrating for users.

All in all, while I can't speak to the quality of the battery itself, I do feel that Bigtime Battery could improve the design of their battery terminals for a smoother installation experience. Hopefully they take this feedback into consideration in the future.

I bought a real sweet banshee battery from Bigtime Batteries for my Harley nearly 3 years ago, and just the other day it started giving me trouble. That's when I made the call to the company, and let me tell you, those guys were super cool about the whole thing. And they told me to get it checked out by someone who knew how to work on it, so I did just that. Turns out the battery was showing full juice, but once you put the juice to it with a load, it just went dead as a doornail.

I sent all the info to Bigtime Batteries lickety-split, and the very next day they were all over it, telling me that since it was still under full warranty , they would hook me up with a new battery. I couldn't believe the hassle-free way they handled it all, and their staff were totally legit, and professional to the max. Nowadays it seems like it's pretty rare to find a company that really stands by their word, but with Bigtime Batteries you can count on it. Ain't no way I'd buy batteries from any other joint after this experience. And on top of that, their warranties kick those at other stores to the curb. Much obliged!

I had high hopes for this company as I had heard some good things about it, but my experience was far from positive. It took me a total of four long and frustrating months just to receive the wrong product, not once, but twice. I had ordered an 18v ion charger through eBay, which directed me to Bigtime Battery. I placed my order on February 1, 2021, and eagerly waited for my package to arrive. However, when it finally did, I was dismayed to discover that they had sent me a Nicd charger instead of the ion charger that I had ordered.

I immediately contacted them to get the correct charger shipped to me. They told me that they had ordered it, and I waited patiently for it to arrive. However, after three months had passed, I called them again only to find out that there was no order placed. I was utterly disappointed and frustrated and decided to order again. This time, I made sure that the order was placed on the credit card to avoid any cancellations. To my dismay, the same situation repeated itself, and I received another Nicd charger instead of the ion charger that I had ordered.

At this point, I was livid and called them again to demand the right product that I had been waiting for months. The customer service representative that I spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She tried to blame me for their mistake and told me to shop elsewhere if I wanted the product I had ordered. I was taken aback by her attitude and found it hard to believe that this was how they treated their paying customers.

I recently purchased some batteries from Bigtime Battery on May 29th. On June 1st, I received a call from their Florida location confirming my order and that the batteries would be shipping out today and arriving on the 6th of June. However, shortly after, I received another call from their IL location offering me a different battery that they had in stock. I was hesitant, considering I had already spoken to the Florida location, but decided to stick to my original order as I have used those batteries for the last 7 years and have been satisfied with their performance.

A couple of hours later, I received yet another call from the manager in IL. This time they told me that I had to pay an additional $150 as they had miscalculated the shipping fees. This made me skeptical, and I thought that this might be a scam. I expressed my concerns to the manager, and she informed me that she had already refunded my payment. When I asked to speak to her manager to further discuss my concerns and the poor quality of service, she replied that she was the owner herself.

I wouldn't recommend this company due to my experience. Instead, I found another place that saved me $200 and, to make it even better, the shipping will arrive a day sooner than Bigtime Battery initially promised. Overall, I was not impressed with their service and the way they dealt with my order.

I needed me a new battery for my trusty ol' ATV and I was cruisin' around all kinda sites lookin' for the best deal. I wanted somethin' that was gonna be a good value, high quality, and with a company that could provide some good service. That's when I stumbled on BigTime Battery - and let me tell you, they were somethin' else. Once I made up my mind and ordered my battery on 08/23/2021 at around 8:15 at night, I was real surprised when I got an email less than 24 hours later, sayin' my order was filled and shipped out via Fedex. And they even gave me a tracking number too, so I could keep an eye on my package as it made its way to me.

The next day, around 4:45 in the evenin' on 08/24/2021 Fedex got in touch with me and told me my package was gonna arrive on 08/25/2021. When the day came, I was keepin' a sharp lookout for my package, but when noon rolled around and I had still not received it, I started to worry. I contacted FedEx at about 3 that afternoon and they told me my package had been delivered already. But guess what - I couldn't find it anywhere. I was feelin' pretty miffed and uncertain and I knew I had to call BigTime Battery to see what they had to say.

So I made that call and got lucky enough to speak with a feller named Joelle. I explained to her what was goin' down, and she told me that BigTime would definitely look into what happened from the other end (as in, what might've gone wrong from the shipper side of things). I gotta say, it was real nice to hear her reassure me like that. I was feelin' kinda bad that my delivery was takin' so long, but she told me that aside from the inconvenience, BigTime Battery would make sure I got my battery, one way or another. That kind of customer service is the real deal, folks. You can just tell you're workin' with a great business when somebody's so helpful like that. And get this - Joelle even told me that sometimes packages from FedEx showed up not long after the delivery was supposed to happen. Can you imagine? I felt like I was in pretty good hands after that.

And here's the update - I had to leave the house for a bit to take care of some stuff, and when I got back in the evenin' around 6:00 pm on 08/25/2021, my package had somehow shown up! It was delivered to the place where I thought it had been all along - the same place FedEx told me it had been in the first place. I don't know if Joelle or BigTime Battery made some kinda call to Fedex that made the difference, but I got my package after all, and that's the main thing.

I had purchased 2 batteries from this company and after 1 year they both died, in order to get a replacement the company makes you jump thru hoops to show them the battery is defective, I asked if i could just send a video of the seat off to show the red Banshee battery and try and start the bike and they said no you have to take it to a parts store or Walmart and have the battery tested, which I did and the test showed replace battery, but they said that the the battery was in the CCA parameters and they would not replace it. Seems to me it is pretty simple, if the battery will not start the bike it is defective and needs to be replaced.Do yourself a favor and go on Amazon and buy a battery for half price with the same CCA.

I gotta tell ya, I ain't too pleased with Bigtime Battery. The battery I got from 'em turned out to be a real dud. It came all separated and just couldn't hold a charge no more. I reached out to 'em and they basically told me that it weren't their problem and that I was just gonna have to deal with it. Can you believe it? I bought a Banshee lithium 100ah battery from Bigtime Battery in August 2020, spending over $900. The company boasted a 2 year warranty but now, in April 2023, my battery won't take a charge. I reached out to ***@batteryjack.com but they oozed out of their responsibility by stating that I'm outside of the 2 year warranty window. What a bummer! This expensive piece of equipment now sits like a heavy lump of disappointment on my desk.

If you're thinking about sinking hundreds of bucks into one of these batteries, be warned that it may only last two years. According to my experience, Bigtime Battery didn't deliver on their claims of the product's longevity. Not to mention, customer service has a real lack of empathy once your 2 years are up!

I had quite the experience with Bigtime Battery when I ordered some batteries for my two cell drill. When I placed my order, I was excited to try out the batteries with 50% more power that were advertised on their website. However, I was disappointed to find out that they were 50% longer than my original batteries and didn't fit into my drill without removing the locking caps.

It would have been helpful if someone had mentioned this in the product description before I placed my order. I took a chance on these batteries because one reviewer said they were a direct fit for the same battery number I needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me.

Despite this setback, I'm still using the batteries and making do with the slight inconvenience. But if I had to choose, I would prefer batteries that fit my drill correctly over having 50% more power. It's just not worth the hassle.

They got a good thing going. Easy to buy and with prices that won't drain your wallet. Honestly, I feel like a savvy spender getting quality products without sacrificing the wallet. The only problem is the sizing of the batteries, which made it a little tricky for me to get them to lock on my tools. The battery engaging completely is no problem but there's a wee bit of trouble releasing it from the tool. The grip is somewhat tricky but minor snugging made it work just fine.Price and other than that, the performance holds up- and I can accept the slight hassle. I reckon I'd recommend them to anyone I know.

This one battery talk about how it suppose to weigh more with more lead, but it actually lighter than other ones. Plus, the theminals are make of soft lead and the motorcycle wires not stay in with the screws what they give you. You got to tap the theminals to make them biggerso they hold on. Sometimes you can only do this like 1 or 2 times and then they strip. Not even been 2 years out of a 6 year warranty and alreaady having problems. You might want to stick with better brand with stainless theminals next time.

BigTime Battery totally screwed up my order! They shipped me the wrong battery man, and that really pissed me off, ya know? Like, how hard is it to get an order right? But, I gotta give props to the supervisor I talked to on the phone, they said they'd send me the correct battery right right away.

Bigtime Battery ain't no good man. I ordered one of their batteries, thinkin' I'd save some dough, but boy was I wrong. First of all, the battery they sent me was all wrong-sided. I tried to call them up to get it exchanged, ya know, they say they got a 100% guarantee and all that, but they wouldn't give me no love. They tried to tell me that I was in the wrong and that I shoulda known it wouldn't fit. But come on now, it said in the description that it was supposed to fit!

But that ain't even the worst part. When I finally got the battery hooked up, it wouldn't even work. It was leaking all over the place, and the wires were pulling loose. And get this, when I told them about the leakin' battery and asked for a replacement, they told me to send it back to them. Can you believe that? They wanted me to send a leakin', non-chargin', non-workin' battery through the mail! I told 'em there's no way I could do that, it's a hazmat risk or somethin', ya know? But they wouldn't listen, and they wouldn't replace the battery.

I even took a picture of the battery to show y'all the proof. I turned it upside down, and stuff started coming out. I mean, come on now, who sends a battery like that?

Luckily, my battery was supposed to be covered by a two-year warranty, so I contacted their customer service. After a bit of back and forth, they sent me a new one. I was relieved and thought everything was fine again. Only to be disappointed again, after just a year the new battery also went bad. I contacted their customer service again, thinking I'd get another replacement. But instead, they told me that because I had already replaced it once and my warranty has now run out, they wouldn't do anything about it this time. Talk about bad service and cheap quality.

It's clear to me that Bigtime Battery is not a company that I can trust. Their batteries might be cheaper than everyone else's, but the quality is just not there. Their customer service is also unhelpful and unsympathetic to customers who have had issues with their products.
