Purchased battery car battery was having problems with it am a mechanic for 40 years charged and load tested it came up bad contacted company they said send back a week later they said nothing wrong with it put old battery in car and car was fine. they say nothing wrong with their battery would not put manager or tec on phone girl who answered said she was both even after contacted BBB they still sent me back my defective battery no refund or replacement.Now I have a $215 paperweigh! Now I have to purchase a new battery from local auto part store!

I had purchased 2 batteries from this company and after 1 year they both died, in order to get a replacement the company makes you jump thru hoops to show them the battery is defective, I asked if i could just send a video of the seat off to show the red Banshee battery and try and start the bike and they said no you have to take it to a parts store or Walmart and have the battery tested, which I did and the test showed replace battery, but they said that the the battery was in the CCA parameters and they would not replace it. Seems to me it is pretty simple, if the battery will not start the bike it is defective and needs to be replaced.Do yourself a favor and go on Amazon and buy a battery for half price with the same CCA.

I gotta tell ya, I ain't too pleased with Bigtime Battery. The battery I got from 'em turned out to be a real dud. It came all separated and just couldn't hold a charge no more. I reached out to 'em and they basically told me that it weren't their problem and that I was just gonna have to deal with it. Can you believe it? Them sayin' they're a family-owned business and all that hullabaloo - what a bunch of baloney!

I feel like I got ripped off good and proper. It ain't like I spent a million bucks on the thing, but it was enough for me and my kin to say "sayonara!" to these folks. If you're thinking of buying from 'em, lemme tell ya: don't. You'll be sorry. Save yourself the headache and look into some other outfit that knows how to treat their customers right. Bigtime Battery ain't it, that's for sure.

I bought a Banshee lithium 100ah battery from Bigtime Battery in August 2020, spending over $900. The company boasted a 2 year warranty but now, in April 2023, my battery won't take a charge. I reached out to ***@batteryjack.com but they oozed out of their responsibility by stating that I'm outside of the 2 year warranty window. What a bummer! This expensive piece of equipment now sits like a heavy lump of disappointment on my desk.

If you're thinking about sinking hundreds of bucks into one of these batteries, be warned that it may only last two years. According to my experience, Bigtime Battery didn't deliver on their claims of the product's longevity. Not to mention, customer service has a real lack of empathy once your 2 years are up!

Next time, I'll be looking for a better value for my cash and with a promised long life that will stand the tests of time. I wouldn't recommend this brand and I would caution against jumping into their advertised savings. Be careful out there!

I had quite the experience with Bigtime Battery when I ordered some batteries for my two cell drill. When I placed my order, I was excited to try out the batteries with 50% more power that were advertised on their website. However, I was disappointed to find out that they were 50% longer than my original batteries and didn't fit into my drill without removing the locking caps.

It would have been helpful if someone had mentioned this in the product description before I placed my order. I took a chance on these batteries because one reviewer said they were a direct fit for the same battery number I needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me.

Despite this setback, I'm still using the batteries and making do with the slight inconvenience. But if I had to choose, I would prefer batteries that fit my drill correctly over having 50% more power. It's just not worth the hassle.

Overall, I think Bigtime Battery has some good products. However, they could improve their product descriptions and make sure they include all the necessary information for customers to make informed decisions. It can be frustrating to purchase something and find out it doesn't work as expected, especially if it could have been avoided with more accurate information.

They got a good thing going. Easy to buy and with prices that won't drain your wallet. Honestly, I feel like a savvy spender getting quality products without sacrificing the wallet. The only problem is the sizing of the batteries, which made it a little tricky for me to get them to lock on my tools. The battery engaging completely is no problem but there's a wee bit of trouble releasing it from the tool. The grip is somewhat tricky but minor snugging made it work just fine.Price and other than that, the performance holds up- and I can accept the slight hassle. I reckon I'd recommend them to anyone I know.

This one battery talk about how it suppose to weigh more with more lead, but it actually lighter than other ones. Plus, the theminals are make of soft lead and the motorcycle wires not stay in with the screws what they give you. You got to tap the theminals to make them biggerso they hold on. Sometimes you can only do this like 1 or 2 times and then they strip. Not even been 2 years out of a 6 year warranty and alreaady having problems. You might want to stick with better brand with stainless theminals next time.

BigTime Battery totally screwed up my order! They shipped me the wrong battery man, and that really pissed me off, ya know? Like, how hard is it to get an order right? But, I gotta give props to the supervisor I talked to on the phone, they said they'd send me the correct battery right right away.

But then, they didn't! Like, what the heck BigTime Battery?! They made me wait 3 whole freaking days before telling me they wouldn't send the new battery until they picked up the old one. And guess what? That old battery is STILL sitting at my house!

This whole thing has been a load of crap, and I'm not even sure I want to do business with BigTime Battery anymore. I mean, come on guys, get your act together! I finally just decided to cancel my order and even opened up a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.

Bottom line, if you don't want to deal with a bunch of frustration and headaches, I'd steer clear of BigTime Battery.

Well, I'm no mechanic, but I manage to get it tested and snap some pictures and send 'em off with the paper receipt and everything. Seemed like I did exactly what they asked me to do. But then, they tell me the testing wasn't done right and they can't send me another battery. What the heck?!

Now, listen up folks. This kind of thing just isn't right. I mean, I don't know about y'all, but I don't have time in my day to go runnin' around all over town for some shady battery company. And, let me tell you, these folks at Bigtime Battery ain't got a lick of customer service. I wouldn't trust 'em with a stick shift. My advice to you is to stay far, far away from these folks and head on down to your local auto parts store. You'll be better off for it, I promise ya!

Bigtime Battery ain't no good man. I ordered one of their batteries, thinkin' I'd save some dough, but boy was I wrong. First of all, the battery they sent me was all wrong-sided. I tried to call them up to get it exchanged, ya know, they say they got a 100% guarantee and all that, but they wouldn't give me no love. They tried to tell me that I was in the wrong and that I shoulda known it wouldn't fit. But come on now, it said in the description that it was supposed to fit!

But that ain't even the worst part. When I finally got the battery hooked up, it wouldn't even work. It was leaking all over the place, and the wires were pulling loose. And get this, when I told them about the leakin' battery and asked for a replacement, they told me to send it back to them. Can you believe that? They wanted me to send a leakin', non-chargin', non-workin' battery through the mail! I told 'em there's no way I could do that, it's a hazmat risk or somethin', ya know? But they wouldn't listen, and they wouldn't replace the battery.

I even took a picture of the battery to show y'all the proof. I turned it upside down, and stuff started coming out. I mean, come on now, who sends a battery like that?

So yeah, don't make the same mistake I did. Don't order no battery from Bigtime Battery. They're lousy, cheap, and they'll try to screw ya over when somethin' goes wrong. You're better off spending a few extra bucks for a battery that actually works, and a company that actually cares about their customers.

from Bigtime Battery, they sell cheap garbage. I had to replace the battery of my 03 Sportster and thought I'd save some money by buying one from them. At first, everything seemed fine and the battery worked well for about a year. But then it went bad, out of the blue, without any warning. Luckily, my battery was supposed to be covered by a two-year warranty, so I contacted their customer service. After a bit of back and forth, they sent me a new one. I was relieved and thought everything was fine again. Only to be disappointed again, after just a year the new battery also went bad. I contacted their customer service again, thinking I'd get another replacement. But instead, they told me that because I had already replaced it once and my warranty has now run out, they wouldn't do anything about it this time. Talk about bad service and cheap quality.

It's clear to me that Bigtime Battery is not a company that I can trust. Their batteries might be cheaper than everyone else's, but the quality is just not there. Their customer service is also unhelpful and unsympathetic to customers who have had issues with their products. I don't recommend buying from them, as you'll just end up with a faulty product and no support. A battery should last at least four years, but Bigtime Battery's products won't even last one. Don't waste your time or your money on their products.
