I bought solar panels in October . I still get big power bills. I contacted the company and they admitted it was their fault and started paying my power bills. They also said the salesman who sold them to me doesn't work there anymore. I've been trying to get the issue resolved for almost a year now, but they keep putting me off. Recently, they asked me to change the meter, so I did. I got another bill from NV energy and sent it the same way I always do. Then, I got an email from Stephen S saying they won't pay my bill anymore. No explanation, no solution to my problem. I talked to an employee and he told me, "No one forced you to sign up for this." I want what they promised me when I bought the panels. I'm a single mom and I budgeted for what I needed and what they sold me. I've never missed a payment. At this point, I can't even get anyone to call or come over and explain what's going on.

My family and I have been sufferin from chronic sinus and respiratory problems over the past year. I was shocked to find out 3/24/2022 that loose insulation had been blown underneath and around our furnace units in the attic. No amount of dustin and vacuumin on my part has been able to keep the dust at bay, and now I know why; tiny bits of cellulose material have been blowin through our ventilation system, blanketing our home in dust particles which my family is highly allergic to. While I am grateful to have found the root cause of my chronic migraines and asthma flare ups, I am indebted to the powers that be that our house didn't catch fire. The insulation was found around the burners of our furnace and were bein sucked up into the blower. Due to the lack of care when the insulation product was installed and because we have had allergen particulates bein blown throughout our home for 10 months prior to findin the issue, we are expectin Bell Solar to compensated us for the cleanin of our air ducts, carpets and furniture. We moved into this home in December and purchased all new mattresses and couches and cleaned the carpets. I am not askin for Bell Solar to clean things that have acquired dirt and dust over time. I am askin for them to clean the items that have been coated in dust and debris due to their subcontractor *** installation error.

March 14th, 2022, Bell Solar came to my mom's house and told her she didn't have enough panels on her roof to work well. She already had panels from another company. My mom is 71 years old and not very good with her mind. Before they could turn on the system, NV Energy had to come and check the work because they said the system was too big now since my mom already had panels. NV Energy said in PowerClerk that based on how much electricity she uses, the system can't make more than a certain amount of solar power in a year. On 8/10/2022, an inspector from NV Energy came to the house and said the work didn't follow the rules and didn't meet NV Energy's standards for these reasons: Bell Solar didn't put fireproof foam around the wires, which is a big fire danger! They left gaps in the roof where the wires come out, and that will cause damage from the rain over time. (She just got a new roof last year before the panels were put in.) The way they attached the pipes to the roof is not good, and they didn't seal the pipes. There are no guards to keep birds away. 10 out of 13 of Bell's panels are on the wrong side of the house, according to NV Energy. They say the panels should be on the south side to get the most sun. Also, Bell didn't make the main panels safe, and that's a fire danger! They didn't cover up a big hole where the wires go, and one of the panels is missing a piece of plastic.

On 9/28 we bought solar panels from a guy named *** who came to our door from Bell Solar. When he was here, we told him we wanted to make sure our roof was okay before they put the panels on. He said they wouldn't be dumb enough to install them on a roof that needed fixing. Then, on 10/13, we got an email saying there would be an inspection and the installation would start on 10/18. They put the panels up and we thought everything was good because we assumed an inspector gave it the thumbs up. But in December , we had a problem with water leaking, so we hired someone to check it out. The expert we hired said the roof was in really bad shape and they were confused why anyone would put solar panels on a roof like that. Now we're trying to get the roof fixed by someone else, but we have to take the panels down first. And guess what? They want to charge us for that! We asked Bell Solar to take the panels down for free so we can fix the roof, but they said no because they claim we turned away the inspector on 10/13. That's not true at all! We've asked them multiple times to take responsibility, but they keep saying no. It's still raining inside our house and we really need to get the roof fixed ASAP. Bell installed a solar system for us and it took way longer than they said it would. They started in December and it didn't pass inspection until March . They didn't keep us updated on when they would come back to fix things, so we had to keep calling them. The system failed inspection three times with NV energy. They didn't respect our property at all. Our neighbor told us they kept breaking tiles on our roof. The last time they were on our roof, they put a loose tile back, which seems suspicious. It could fly off and hit someone or our neighbor's house. They also left screws, nails, and cigarette butts all over our property and our neighbor's property. It was dangerous for our kids and the neighbor's kids. They were supposed to install a critter guard, but it was done wrong. Pigeons started nesting under our panels. Bell admitted they installed the wrong netting and replaced it, but they didn't clean up the pigeon poop properly. They swept it into our yard where our kids play, which is a serious health risk. The pigeons came back within 24 hours and now we have to pay a lot of money to fix the problem. We called the CEO of Bell to talk about these issues, and she asked for more quotes from pigeon companies. She seemed to understand the health hazard and asked for pictures of the broken tiles. Bell said they would fix the tiles they broke, but we have to deal with the pigeon problem ourselves.
