Dear sir,

I have negative comment in Citi bank after I tried to applying bank loan in the year 2015. I have contacted customer care in branch as well as by phone, but I could not get a proper response.

Recently I wanted to open my salary account in RAK Bank but also not possible as centralized system.

Kindly remove my name blacklist.
