Citibank review: ATM deposit malfunction

Made a deposit of $1370.00 in Anaheim Atm it showed $1270 .00 on the screen and then spit out $100.00 and took ages to get card out so the $100.00 was deposited again and a receipt for only $100.00 came out and no receipt for the other $1270.00 nor did it show up in my account. This was in cash of 100's 50's and 1 $20.00 bill. my complaint is that they are telling me that I must wait for 45 days or if I am lucky 10 days. I used to work in a bank on the Atm many years ago and if there was an outage it was corrected THE SAME DAY . I need that money and this should be sorted right away, not much help from the calls back Ihave made ,Please please find out today where my money is.
