poor customer service and unauthorized charges
I ordered the MB package advertised on the infomercial. I liked some of the products, some not so much. I decided to contact the customer service and set up a way to just order at my own convenience. Over the past number of months they have charged my account without authorization, sent me items when I had asked numerous times to not receive them until I order and have talked with people on the phone who slur their words and sound so totally unprofessional. It got to the point where I requested to speak to a CS Manager or supervisor. I was told they'd tell me the same thing but I still requested to speak to a manager. After being on hold for almost 5 minutes the same CS rep came back and said that her supervisor told her that's all they could do. I asked again to speak with the supervisor and they would not let me. I then immediately cancelled my account. To spend so much money on products and to be treated the way I was is absolutely unacceptable.
This company is terrible to deal with and it's really disappointing that Cindy Crawford would allow her product to be sold in such a shady and unprofessional manner.
I advise you to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

did not cancel my account
I ordered Meaningful Beauty by phone after watching an infomercial. They opened an account for me, and sent me my first shipment of products. They would send more product automatically, but I could cancel at any time. After trying the product and deciding I didn't like it, I accepted the next shipment. But when I paid the bill, I wrote on the statement that I wanted to close my account. I asked them not to send me any more products. They continuted to send the products. I would always write on the box "return to sender" and hand it right back to the postal clerk. I accepted no more product after I paid my final bill. After about a year of them sending me products and my returning product to them, they sent me a bill for the last shipment, a shipment that I had most definitely returned upon receiving it. This is rediculous! It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel an account.
I plan to send the bill back without payment, but with a letter explaining my position. Should I have to do anything more than that to resolve this situation?

I am going through the same thing... And I am so tired of people like this... What was ur final outcome.
do not want anymore of the product
I ordered the meaningful beauty from a TV promotion I have tried the product and I can not use it. It not only makes my face break out in pimples ---which I never even had as a teen --but my face itches too. I DO NOT want anymore shipments sent to me nor do I want any more charged to my credit card. My regret is that I ordered three months of product without being sure it would be a product I could use.
Would you please close out my account effectively immediately. Thank you very much.

I can't use this product because I have oily skin. Which I had blackheads. I had an aestatician say this product is not for me. Luckily I was able to cancel my service no hassle. I switched to an animal cruelty free product. That uses all natural ingredients.
BAD product! Has cost me more money at the Dermatologist than I paid for the product and I'm still in trouble 72 hours AFTER my Dermatologist visit!
I was excited to try this line and unfortunately after only 2 weeks of use I have clustered breakouts on my face. I have NEVER had an issue with breakouts in my life. I am 31 years old and am very curious as to why this product has made that happen!
Stick to Arbonne from a legit representative. It is guaranteed and no animal testing.
I have very sensitive skin and rosacea. Arbonne has worked extremely well for me.
It is not cheap but it is concentrated and quantity will last a long time.
It is worth it. They often have discount specials and for your birthday you get a great discount.
Many of the celebrity products are questionable.
I ordered this product some time back and though the parts of my skin that didn't have big pimples looked more youthful glowing and tight, I looked horrible from the pimples is caused. A year later, (that would be tonight), I almost ordered it again, but decided to check if others had break outs from the product, and guess what? Quite a few people got some of the largest pimples they've ever had. It's terribly disappointing because you see the good it's doing if you can see through the pimples. Apparently some people break out and others don't. But I saw quite a few complaints that I won't address. Only my own. It made me break out worse than I ever have and I was in my forties when I ordered it. A little late for breakouts to be happening. Apparently this is not an uncommon reaction, as I googled it and always found some woman talking about large pimples. If it weren't for the breakouts, I would have stayed with the product, but I kept reading how the monthly shipments would be out of this or that product. Sounds frustrating even for those it works for.
Be careful when purchase items or bid for items from Bidz.com. Products are very poor quality, look cheap and some are not woking. I spent about $ 500.00 for 20 items. Some of them look as of they came from a dollar store. I bided for 6 watches and 3 of them are not working. One of the watch I saw it at BIG LOTS for 6 dollars but BIDZ priced it for voer $ 75. Customer service are also very unfriendly. SHAME ON YOU BIDZ. Stop taking advantage of consumers who work hard for there money. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. There will be no room in heven for you.
Sad customer be being scammed.
meaning full beauty sent me 3 month supply that i did not order after I called ans change my order. I first placed an order in September 2008. The package had a missing item with a note that it will be shipped to me soon. Months passed by and several calls that i made, the missing product still not arrived. Every time I call to inquire about it, the answer was it should be on the way or it will be shipped in 2 weeks. I totally frustrated with this. The products itself are as good as any moisturizer from any store. Over price and bad customer service. My autistic son said, Tis Tis.
Unhappy customer in Norcross, georgia =(
won't stop billing for cancelled products
Through the Meaningful Beauty Co. I tried their vitamins and they nade me sick. I called and had future orders cancelled. They refunded my money just fine but have continued to charge my credit card for them. It is frustrating to me that I have to go through all of the hassle it takes to get this done each time. This is wrong and they should be stopped from doing this.

I also opted to get the "free vitamins", and now I have the first of 3 charges on my account. I called to complain, and was told I need to send back the first shipment to receive my refund. If they do not receive the shipment back before the next billing cycle, I will be charged the next payment. Supposedly, they will refund all charges back once they receive the vitamins, minus the $2.99 shipping and handling. We will see what happens...
I ordered the Meaningful Beauty 49.95 package, which i totally love but in the package there was a letter that stated to look for your free gift in the mail. Well, about two weeks later i got two packages of their 90 day supply vitamins. I thought this was the free gift. I didn't order them and now their trying to charge me 105.00 dollars each. What a scam!
Same thing here ladies.. I have boxes of unused vitamins due to the company sending and charging multiple 90 day shipments ahead of schedule. Love the product but its Ridiculous how they do business. I too cancelled my order and sent product back because I have too much. No problem getting my bank involved, the company refunded the last order and then it happened AGAIN without my authorization they charged my card and sent another shipment. Once my supply is done, I'm switching to a whole new skin care and vitamin.. So sad because I enjoy the products.
I also got sick from the vitamins and they do not provide any information WHATSOEVER about the vitamins to stop or prevent future shipments. There was no paperwork in the box with the vitamins and there is no information provided on the My Account portal of the Meaningful Beauty website about the vitamins...I checked, doublechecked, and emailed about this. The vitamin portion of this is a HUGE SCAM. Whatever you do, if you do what to try the Meaningful Beauty skin care products (didn't love them at first but gave them a shot and ended up really like the serum), DO NOT under any circumstances, click accept on the "free" gift of the vitamins or you will be paying for them in total frustration until you spend countless hours trying to get them to cease and decease on sending you more, and lucky if you get your card credited back. Cindy Crawford and Valerie Bertinelli, you should look into the vitamin scam and demand a fix to the deceptiveness or it will affect the positive quality of the skin care line.
i have a lot of complaints about their vitamins and other products and the way they using my credit card info. after i tried their promoting product i called and cancelled any future cahrges. but they kept sending and charging my card. meaning that each time i had to return the package without using it i was paying twice 7.95 for shipping that they do not refund.
i could not beleive it and think it is very-very bad reputation for this brand.
I love the vitamins but they did all the charging every month for a 60 day supply and the only way it stopped was when i reported my credit card lost and they were no longer able to bill me anymore. I also called and complained numerous times and nothing changed...it turns out that i received so many boxes of vitamins that they lasted me two years after they stopped shipping...I was thinking about reordering them but i just went to whole foods and bought a 60 supply of 1-a-day by light rainbow multi vitamin for $23.99 so i think im going to stick to that...
I agree with all these posts about their unethical business practices...
Thank you ladies for voicing your complaints about that Meaningful Beauty company. I complained to the BBB, which tried to contact the Meaningful Beauty company who REFUSED to reply! They know they are guilty of defrauding the public. My next stop is the FCC! These people will continue to defraud if they are not stopped! I urge you to complain to the FCC also. Let's put them out of business . Shame on Cindy Crawford for allowing her name to be used by these unscrupulous people. They are blined with GREED!
I responded to their special after seeing it on cable tv stating specifically that I only wanted to receive the $29.95 special, which I received, but when I checked my statement I found out that they charged me for an additional shipment which I do not want! Now I have to deal with stopping further charges. I hope that I too will not have to deal with monthly cancelations!

Thank you for posting your message.
I just cancelled my membership and all future orders today because the VitaPower company sent me ANOTHER 4-month supply of vitamins after they charged and shipped a 4-month supply to me in September. The company has some ethics issues for sure, but their math is really off and that is very disconcerting to me as well.

please email me your thoughts i just started the vitamins yesterday michellestarr143@aol.com i feel fine so far
unauthorized billing
I ordered Meaningful Beauty from a TV ad that said I could get their product valued at over $100 for $29.95 plus shipping and handling. When I ordered the product I asked the lady specifically how much I'd be charged for the shipping. She said the shipping would be 9.95 and the product would be $29.95.
When I received the shipment there was an invoice attached for $109.95 plus $9.95 for the shipping. I called customer service and told her there was a difference in the price that I was quoted and the price that I was being charged. She told me it was the total instead of being charged installments of $29.95. I informed her that I'd be returning the product and to cancel any future shipments. She had the gall to ask me what the reason was that I choose to cancel.

Do you really believe Cindy Crawford and Ellen really care about your skincare? 😂
Over charged me and took money from account charged me 300 dollars dam near they suck !
I canceled my membership! Why do you keep billing me? This is so wrong! Your phone number doesn't work and live chat doesn't as well. How in the world do I get ahold of someone?
1/13/2023- $109.55 package received.
2/13/2023- $108.24 nothing received.
3/16/2023- $108.27 nothing received.
So wrong! Same on you!
I am trying to reach the customer service line, and I am not able to do so
I've been charged. I don't have the product...where is it?
I have my products on auto shipment I did not receive my products for the month of September, even though my credit card was charged. I am currently without my beauty creams. I am very satisfied with the beauty products. Can you please help me with this Problem? My Order # is 2419155CA
Meaningful beauty is withdrawing money from my bank account for sending orders without my knowledge. I called customer service to stop service and the service representative told me I'd still be responsible for payments. Please check into this company. Thank you. Fill and lift purple bottle was not in my kit I ordered I love using this product just would like to get what I paid for
I ordered the promotion that was on tv, paid my amt in full. After I got the product, it broke out my skin, I then called and told them I did not want anymore. A month later, they sent me another box but instead of it being 30.00 dollars it was 97.00 dollars. I called them and told them that I had not asked for this second product and was told to try it again, not once was I told to send it back. Now I am being harassed by a collection agency telling me that I owe 97.00 dollars and they don't care, just send them the money. I don
t feel that Cindy Crawford should let her Company or employees do this to her customers. I am unemployed and now have to find a way to pay this.
I ordered some products from meaningful beauty back in feb 2013 and it was a one time order, I've been getting charged repeatedly by this company even after I called and told them to cancel all orders, they agreed to do so but yet I still get charged, also they charged me for vitamins that I never ordered and said it came with the purchase but was in the fine prints, I cancelled those as well but still got charged over and over, I need this to stop at once

I had the same thing happened to me. I ordered this product for my mom. They made unauthorized charges to my account after I had told them to stop. The customer service was horrible. After the lady explained that I had agreed to this in the past she kept saying is there anything else I can help you with you ? Meaning she wanted to hang up already she said it 3 times. I felt rushed and unsatisfied so she gave me a discount on it but I didn't want a discount I wanted the charges dropped. Thats all she did for me this happened about 10 minutes ago.
In February I ordered MB. About a month later I got the wrong order. I returned it via UPS Ground, unopened, to a PO Box, which was the only address the MB customer service agent would provide to me, and then I ordered the correct products again. When I called to check the status of my return and refund, THAT agent said it would be a problem that I sent it back to a PO Box, and I should have sent it to their physical address. VERY frusrating! I am still waiting for my refund from the original order and still waiting for the correct order to arrive. It has been over 2 months.
They have absolutely horrible customer service. I canceled an order in February since they said there is a delay in shipping out but they sent it out anyway. I sent it back to them and here it is April 22nd and I am still waiting for a refund. Sent them an email 10 days ago and have not received a reply. I don't do business with companies that have horrible, disrespectful customer service and this company takes the cake.
