So, I bought the facial kit from Kylie Skin and I was excited to try it out. But then I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my order. I saw their return policy and it was a bummer. I tried to cancel my order but the customer service person said they couldn't because they couldn't get in touch with the warehouse. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't want the product anymore. Now I'm stuck with it and not using it. My bank closed the claim and I had to reopen it. It's just frustrating.

I got the rose bath trio and some of the Kylie Skin face stuff. But, I never got the bundle and when I hit up customer service, they asked for a pic of the box and then never got back to me. For bath stuff that's almost $100, you'd think they'd be nicer to their customers, but I guess not. I also hit up customer service 'cause my face wash turned brown and they never got back to me on that either.

so I got some Kylie Skin stuff and I put in my order but then the site sent me somewhere else and I was like wtf did my order even go through? And then when it finally did, it had the wrong shipping and billing address which is a major bummer. And now I can't even get my money back because they have some automated shipping label thingy. Like seriously, why can't they have better customer service or at least let me intercept my package if it's close by? This is some major BS and I'm super disappointed. Definitely not ordering from this site again.

So, I gave Kylie Skin a try and let me tell you, it was a total ripoff. They took my money and sent me some random stuff that I didn't even order. And when I tried to reach out to their customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. Zero help whatsoever. Don't waste your time or money on this scam.

I spent $40.50 on Kylie Skin's lip oil and hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer smells really bad and the lip oil made my lips dry. I messaged them multiple times but they haven't answered. I want my $40.50 back because the products are cheap and terrible.

So, I ordered from Kylie Skin on Nov 28th and they said it would take 7 to 10 days to ship. But, it's been 11 days and they still haven't shipped it. I even sent them emails asking about it, but they didn't respond until now. They said there's a delay because of COVID. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift, so I'm pretty disappointed.

So, I bought some stuff from Kylie Skin like 2 weeks ago and they said it was shipped on January 22. But it's been like 10 days and my order hasn't moved at all. I checked the tracking and it's still in the same place as it was 10 days ago. They didn't even send me an email to let me know there was a delay or anything. Shipping is supposed to be 7-10 days, but it's been longer than that and I haven't heard anything from them.

I emailed them but got no reply, even though I used the right email from their site. They should check their spam folder for other people's emails too. I ordered on June 3rd and it's been 11 days but they still haven't shipped my stuff. My order number is KSXXXXXXXX. I don't wanna deal with their "customer service" - I just want my stuff.

So, I gotta say, I had some problems with my Kylie Skin face kit. I wasn't too happy with the stuff in there. I talked to the company and they wanted me to do a survey, which I did like 4 times, and send some pictures. But they keep saying they didn't get it. Then they sent me an email saying they gave me back $24, but I don't get why they only gave me that much when I spent like $150. I want all my money back, you know?

My package was supposed to come to my house, but it went to the wrong place. I tried to contact Kylie Skin, but there's no number to call. So, I went to the complaint page. It's a bit of a joke, to be honest. I have a tracking number, but it doesn't help me much. My order was supposed to come on January 7th at 12:05 pm, but it never did. I have security cameras, so I know that nobody came to my door. I tried to call customer service, but it was really hard to get through. They told me that there's nothing they can do and that I should call someone else. It's frustrating that there's no customer service for Kylie Skin. My order number is ***.

I bought some Kylie Skin stuff online a few weeks ago. They took my money but I still ain't got my order yet. I ordered it on 4/21 and they gave me three different order numbers: ***, ***, and ***. They said the first order didn't make it to the place that sends it out so they made a second one. But now I checked my account and it says both orders got canceled on May 1st. I paid all the money for the stuff and I keep talking to them but they don't fix it, they just give me new problems every day. I paid $135.32 for the Kylie Skin Set.

I got the lip kit trio from Kylie Skin and it's supposed to have sweater weather, bad lil thing, and kylie shades. I really like sweater weather and kylie, they're my faves. I wanted to try bad lil thing so I got this kit. But when I got it, it wasn't the right shades. I got sweater weather, bad lil thing, and candy k. No kylie. I was bummed out that my fave wasn't there and I got a shade I didn't want. I emailed customer service but I haven't heard back from a real person yet.

So, I think Kylie Skin charged me twice. They said it would take 24 hours for the second charge to go away, but it's been 24 hours and it hasn't. I bought Kylie Skin yesterday and used a VISA gift card I got. My total order was $79 and I know I had $125 on the card. Now, when I try to use the remaining money on my card on any other website, it says the card is declined. I know it was a problem with Kylie Skin because it was the first time I used the card and they are known for charging people twice at first. I used a VISA gift card, and I don't know if the remaining funds can go back on the gift card because it's not like a bank credit card. Can you tell me where the problem happened and if I'll get my remaining funds back on my card soon?

I bought some stuff from Kylie Skin on December 7th and chose International *** Standard (12-20 biz days). I kept asking about my order and on January 25th, they said it got lost. They said they would send it again on January 26th, but then said it was in Greece. They told me to wait more. Now, on March 8th (OMG), 3 months later, they said it got sent back cuz customs didn't pick it up. They said I can get a refund but I gotta pay for shipping and a restocking fee. They never told me anything about my order, no call, no email, nothing. I don't get why I gotta pay more for something I never got, not my fault!

I ordered from Kylie Skin in early November, got an email on November 17 saying it was shipped, and then an email on November 28 saying it was delivered. But it wasn't! I checked my security footage, talked to my neighbors, and even called FedEx (who said to talk to KylieSkin), but no luck. I reached out to Kylie Skin and filled out all the stuff they asked for, but now they won't respond to me. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone else and it cost me about $150, so it's really sad that I'm out that money, especially during a pandemic when it's hard to save up for gifts. I don't want to order another one because I'm worried it won't get here either. It's really frustrating that I have to go to the ComplaintsBoard.com to get any help instead of just getting a response from customer service.

I never got one of the things I ordered from *** Skin. I saved up my money, marked my calendar, and went on their website early for the release of the *** Skin 2020 Advent Calendar. I was so excited for this - I'm a big fan of ***/*** and this was the one expensive thing I was going to treat myself to this holiday. It sold out within minutes as I expected! I also decided to get one of the new candles while I was at it. I checked several times each day after I placed my order in anticipation of it coming. On November 20th, a *** Skin box came, and I right away noticed that it looked too small to hold the advent calendar. But I was still excited, so I opened it up and only the candle was in there. I thought that was weird but decided not to give up hope and right away contacted customer service saying that the advent calendar was missing. The rep asked if the box was messed with (it wasn't) and asked for a photo of what I got, which I sent. Then I was told that the advent calendar was sold out (duh) and that the best they could do was give me my money back. I asked for more info - did it ship separately? Did they sell mine to someone else? Did it get lost in the mail? What's going on? The response I got was that they sold too many, and that they thought they sent it to me. WHAT? How does a big company like this sell too many of something and then NOT know that they sent an incomplete order? How did they "decide" who was and who wasn't going to get the advent calendar that they sold too many of? Did this only happen to me? I have so many questions and so few answers. Just getting a refund is not enough. The way this whole thing went is a nightmare. I thought a big company like this would be better and I'm really upset. This was my first time ordering from *** Skin and it will definitely be my last. 10/10 do not recommend.
