I called because i missed an appointment to have a colonoscopy on 9/28/26 . When i called the same day surgery the lady was very condescending and kept referring to me as Sweeitie. The call was made at 12:42 on 9/28/26 . Maybe she will be spoken to about her attitude or maybe not ! Its very rude to refer to anyone i do not care who it is as sweetie and try to talk down to a person. In person i would have given her back the same energy she gave me and then i guess I would have been the bad guy. Please find her and correct the way she speaks to patients.
