Swift was very good at walking me through the steps. My only criticism is that they were somewhat slow in replying to my texts. Otherwise good job!

This firm misrepresented themselves as a law firm when I engaged with them. After understanding this was not the case I attempted to disengage with them and have now been sent to collections for a percentage of a disability tax credit adjustment to my tax return. It is in the range of $5,500 and a collections agency is now trying to collect this amount from me.

River was so helpful and successful in the claim processing! I had tried previously without success. I would highly recommend as it was excellent service!

Site always hides who you are chatting to saying they are “Stephanie" when asked the actual person states that they are just in administration, no names. Called in once and the young lady laughed at me for asking for an email and made me feel belittled.
