I was billed for the copay that was paid in the office. I compared my EOB to the bill and the discounted amount on the EOB was reduced on the bill by exactly the copay amount and showing that I owed the copay amount. I have called multiple times talking with billing then the escalation department providing the EOB in question for the service date. It has been 6 months since the service and I called again today. The issue has not been corrected and is still under review. It is a simple issue but no one seams to be able to read or handle simple math. My Dr will not provide services until the bill is resolved. I hope they have good lawyers.

This company is a complete scam I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I’ve searched around the Dallas Fort Worth Area for an urgent care provider in network with imperial and have found NONE. I called imperial to acquire the information directly from them. I was given the address to ONE urgent care facility that was 30 minutes away from me by an Imperial agent. When I arrived at the facility I was told Imperial was not in network. I called back to find out why I was given misinformation only to be told absolutely nothing and that the information I’m seeking couldn’t be found because of “computer problems” I was then forced to pay out of pocket for a visit to care now which starts at $180.00 this company probably isn’t even real stick to the known names like UHC these [censored]s will take your money and give you no coverage.

So, I went to Imperial Health for a covid test and they said I only had to pay a certain amount and the rest would be covered by my insurance. But then, months later, they hit me with a bill for more money than we agreed on. I talked to them on the phone a bunch of times and they said they were looking into it, but now they sent me to collections. Not cool.

Imperial Health owes me $104, according to my records. They sent me a check for $1012.69, but on 12/7, I paid them $963 and $69.69, which equals $1,032.69. Then, on the same day, I paid them $1,032 and $84, which equals $1,116.69. The difference between $1,116.69 and the refund of $1,012.69 is $104, which they owe me. I've been trying to resolve this issue with them since 2/21/22 through emails and phone calls. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes and have left call back numbers twice without receiving a call back. I've attached documentation of their billing and my credit card statement. I'm willing to work with them to resolve these discrepancies if they call me to set up a meeting time, either in person or on the phone.
