Chowking Online Storevery late delivery and non advise of branch manager

I ordered at 11:56am. Was told delivery time is within an hour. After an hour i called the hotline for about 4-5x to check. They always tell me that the branch manager will call me and to free my line but no call was received. The names that was given to me are Nessa and Naomi. On my 5th call i asked for the branch number was given a wrong number. So i checked online and called the casimiro branch. Was able to talk to Nessa and i got the impression that they have not called the driver yet to check. It is already 2:07pm as of this writing. No call from the branch. No food has been delivered. I am extremely pissed off. I have a litle kid waiting that has not had lunch at this late. Please do something about this. This has so much inconvenience in our part.
