Chowking I am complaining about the customer service of chowking 168 residences branch binondo manila.

There's a crew named Joseph who served my order, i dont know if he missed to bring the gravy so tinawag q po sya sabay sabing "kuya yung gravy po? " I was shocked na sinagot ba naman akong "kaya nga po kukunin q! " so na pataas kilay q ang pangit lang po kc ng tono ng pag ka sabi nya. Sa cashier nmn po n c lia, nag request po kc aq na i sabay na lng yung drinks q sa inorder Kong chicken kc nga 20min pa iseserve, sinbihan ba nmn akong "kailangn na po sya iserve ngayun" so nag taka po ako kc sa pag kaka alam q pwede nmn yung ganun eh! Na pilitan syang iserve later ung softdrinks q kc aq na lng yung magpapa remind sa crew na mag seserve ng food. Ganun po buh talga ung treatment nila sa customer? Tsktsk

Chowking slow service

I ordered Beef Chao fan & Regular chowfan at Chowking Montalban today, June 17. The cashier said that it will take 15 mins to complete my order which I agreed knowing that it's a peak hour even though I am in a hurry. The time stamp in receipt is 1:31pm and it is already 1:49 so literally it is beyond the 15 mins mark. The crew said "1:49 pa Lang po". So I said "I-minus mo Kuya if ilang minutes na". The manager said that it will take another 5 mins to complete the order so I refuse and decided to cancel my order.
I just want to reiterate here that they did not follow what they said and they don't even apologize for what happened. I still can consider waiting for another 5 mins if only they said "pasensya" or something like that.

Chowking pork chaofan

I attached the photo below. Look at the quality of pork chaofan being served here at uptown mall, i looks like just an extra rice.

This was not the first time they did this. I has become a running joke here in our accenture office here in uptown place.

Please do something about this, this branch is probably non compliant on your standards. I am starting to hate chowking because of this service.

Bumili aq ng siomai at sweet and sour fish, galing aq ng work naung araw hanep ung manager dun ska crew nanghingi aq ng extra chili cningil aq ng lima peso wla nmn problema un peo hayup ung bngay skin prang wla pang kalhating kutsarita... Grbe nmn pag ka tipid nyo s sauce nyo wag nlng kaya kayo mg bigay o mgtinda nun.. Chowking foul smell came from their bod

Feedback always raised to the manager on duty but no action from them. As per manager and crew, garbage collectors were the one na may kasalanan. My only concern why theyve giving bags with waste water? And the water came from them scattered along the street. I also raised the concern to the barangay and to city hall regarding this one. Wag sila mgbgay sa garbage collectors ng may tubig pra kahit saan imash ng track wlang tubig na mabaho na kakalat. Wla kasi sila ginagawa action at sila pa ang mga galit kaya i raised na my concern dito.

Chowking slow service and observations

Because I was disappointed of the slow service this are my few reviews and observations I saw during my visit.

1. When I opened the door, the door on the right side was locked with no signage to use the other side door. It is dangerous specially those costumers who are in a hurry like me. If I pushed it harder (by accident) it may cause to break the glass and injured my self. A simple signage can avoid a serious accident.

2. When I enter the store looks messy and dirty. The floor are not well mapped dry and the chairs & tables are disarrange. My first impression to that store was really bad. A store that sells food must be a clean and tidy as possible.

3. As a PWD I expect a "Priority Lane" in the cashier yet I don't see any.

4. I saw costumers who are waiting for their "take out" food. A lady who is waiting for a "buchi" was mad for waiting too long.

5. As a PWD costumer, assistance should be offered to bring my tray to my table because my hands are all full. Disappointed because chowking employee are too busy talking at the back, specially those who wears red polo employees.

6. I timed my food it is almost 20 minutes, yet my food didn't place on my table. I already asked 3 times to follow up my ordered and yet employee inside the kitchen are too busy talking. I can not raise my voice due to throat problem.

7. Since kitchen of the store is visible outside, I saw this kitchen personnel are not wearing hair net.

8. It takes 23 mins. for my food to come. Disappointed so much, so I started eating and saw another problem. The chicken is overcooked and chicharap is not crunchy. I didn't asked for replacement because I don't want people spitting on my food.

9. I saw another employee who is asking for their store reviews and when I asked her about me writing a review for their store, she refused and leaved without a word. She only chose people who will review their store.

10. As I leaved the store, I went to the toilet first. Male toilet was fully occupied by female costumers. because they told us that the female toilet was already clean and not to be used.

11. Leaving the store saw a wet part on the floor and I almost slipped. It doesn't matter if it is raining or not. wet floors should be mapped and dried immediately.

Conclusion: Since that was my first time eating on the said store above. I am very disappointed to see how dirty it is. I am not sure if the owner/operator of the store are taking my reviews seriously, because in Philippines, customer reviews DON'T MATTER to them. And business as usual even if their crew are not properly trained or disciplined. As a paying costumer I expect that a good and clean service with a smile must be delivered properly.

Chowking cashier negligence

After I ordered a meal the cashier said that my bill was 263 so I gave her 300pesos. After she recieve my money she ask for change bill with her colleagues and as she came back at me she said I only gave her 200pesos handling 100peso bill and 5pcs of 20peso bill. She insist that I was wrong and I ask her to review the CCTV as I gave her another 100peso cause I was irratated at her. I'd been embarrased with the people next to me.

Chowking very slow service and no priority lane for senior citizens

The Northgate Alabang branch of Chowking takes forever to serve a simple meal like wanton mami and a soda.(25 to 35 minutes). People working there only have 1 hour lunch or dinner breaks which are eaten up by their slow service. The manager doesnt seem to know what he's doing. Their lame excuse is that they only have one cook. Only if the customer complains, they wouldnt prioritize senior citizens. I hope th3y lose down and give way to other more professional concessions.

Chowking sanitary / cleanliness / care about customers

June 10, 2018 around 5:30Pm we ate in chowking sm tungko. Nakita ko from restroom area palabas ang staff with the garbage bin..1st attempt nya ksamahan nya mismo nagssbi naka open ang basurahan isara..bumalik at lumabas ulit sya...naka open pa din konti, since punuan nakapwesto kami sa may daan na... alam nya na di kasya at sinabihan din namin na wag muna kayo dumaan kasi basura yan kumakain kmi... tiningnan lang kmi at bahagyang tinulak ang upuan ng asawa ko para magkasya ang tulak nyang basurahan... tama po ba yon? Peak hours pilit idadaan ang basura? Kainan po kayo at sana may respeto naman sa customers.

Chowking slow service

Below are the complaint:

1. Very few service crew (specially during weekends)
2. Slow service in terms of assisting each customers on the line
3. While preparing the orders the crews are intentionally taking it slow as if they dont want to do it.
4. Crews taking in orders are not friendly enough and doesnt smile at all.
5. Since there are few staffs most of the tables are not cleanes right away

Chowking delayed completion of order

I ordered 2 large halo-halos and I thought it wouldn't take so long for the crew to finish the order since it only needs to be assembled. After 20 minutes, my order hasn't shown up yet and I've noticed that people that came after me got their orders first. I followed-up the order and I was told they're just putting the ice-cream. That took another 10 minutes. This happened June 3 and my OR number is [protected]. I was not told of a wait time when I ordered. I wouldn't have ordered if I new it would take that long. Your manager and crew need a refresher training.

Chowking slow service / no advice of serving time

We've waited for more than 20 minutes and I'm very famish because I just got off from my work.

I went to the counter to follow-up my order and approach one of their crew to assist me. I'm very mad at that time because I don't feel their sincerity of helping me. A girl with maroon uniform (I guess their manager cause I heard one of the cashier called her ma'am) just looked at me and didn't bother herself to ask me what's the problem.

I've waited again on the counter for almost 10 minutes before they confirmed that my order was already served with one of their service crew. They've wasted my time waiting for nothing.

I went upstairs to see if my order was already there and yes it was.

After done eating I notice that one of the crew assigned on the lobby put a chain on our spot. I guess they're planning to close that so they can clean it. But the fact that we were still there, can't they wait for a few minutes? Aside of chain they also put some chairs on it and mop.

I am very unsatisfied with their service.

Please do a disciplinary action on those involved persons specially the assigned manager.

Chowking asado siopao

I bought a large asado siopao at Don A. Roces branch, but lo and behold, i got the same size as your regular siopao. I only found it when i got home because im busy with my phone..if only i knew it beforehand, i'd order a regular siopao to get the value of my hard-earned money..but if you will blame it to train law and all, so be it.my intention in raising this issue is to inform you that it's better to sleep at night when you know you are fair and just in serving your customers. Chowking service

Super bagal naman ng service ninyo sa SM Clark Pampanga. Hindi namn na gaano karami customer nun. 7:21 kami nag order. Nauna pa naserve ung order nung mga sumunod sa amin. Eh same order lang sila ng kasama ko. 36 minutes kami naghintay. Super gutom p naman kami. Pagod kami galing work. Pero naghintay parin kami ng pagkatagal tagal para lang makakain. Yung kasama ko malayo pa ang uwian. 😤😤😤😤tapos wala manlang apologies from the management.

Chowking chili sauce charge and a metal object on halo-halo

Good day!
I and my mom dine to Chowking bacoor molino blvd brach around 11am today 05/29/18, we ordered (sweet and sour pork, pork chow toppings of fried dumplings, wanton soup, 2 ice tea and 2 reg halo-halo, I requested for a chili sauce but got surprised about a 5 peso charge, I verified the charge to the manager (jha) beside the crew and she did confirmed it and said it's been that way, I rebattle but did not engage to a long conversation, after we ate our main food we proceeded to our halo-halo, but to my mom's (71 yrs old) dismay a metal object was on her halo-halo, we called the attention of the same manager, showing her the object, she made a comment that it's the pinipig, I bounce the object in out table to prove it's a metal, she said sorry and offerred to replace the halo-halo, I declined the gesture and informed her that we will write a formal complaint or legal action towards the incident. Chowking pork chop/slow service/staff attitude

Sobrang bagal ng service nyo!breaded porkchop good for 20mins sabi ng manager pero 30mins na wala pa din!tas nang inuupdate kay ate na crew sarcastic pa sumagot!sino di mabbwisit nun!unang update minute na lang daw meaning 60secs Lang yun tas ng second update'wait na lang sir' ang nasasagot di pa makatingin.sabi ko na lang kay ate crew 'minutes ang kelangan ko.ilang minutes pa'puro wait sir pa din talaga ang sinasagot at nagtatalo talo pa sila na may na out na daw sila di na lang gumawa ng bago!maiintindihan ko sana e kaso pati yung soup na kasama ng order ko di man lang din napaserve agad kahit pampakonswelo man lang tas saka lang sasabihin na di pala available yung soup after 30mins na nakalipas good thing may pamalit na flavor.sino di mabbwisit nyan!pansin ko din na madami nag uupdate mabagl kasi talaga!makikiayos na lang sana next time!salamat!

Chowking pancit canton

We went to chowking marcos hiway around 9-10am with my family of 6. I ordered lauriat with pancit canton since we are famished no breakfast yet but was frustrated because it was so greasy with dried noodles. My father ordered later pancit canton which looks more closely like pancit canton newly cook unlike the first one which looks like leftover noodles. Sad, knowing chowking means quality & customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Chowking slow service

it takes forever to get our order. and when we have two or more orders it should be served at the same time. coz everytime me and my wife ate at your store, it either me or her gets the order first so we gave to wait for for the other to get the food, and it take like 15 to 20 mins. so my food or my wife's food is already cold! please resolve this issue! if one order could take just 3 mins to prepare and the other ortger takes like forever please finish first the long one and serve it at the same time!

Chowking chowking edsa cubao happy plus card always offline/ cashier attitude

Hi! I like to ask why the Happy Plus Card in Chowking Edsa Cubao always offline. Everytime I ordered there and would like to use my Happy Card hindi ko magamit. It's useless lang to that store. This will be the 6th time na offline sila. Kindly do something about this. Kung lagi na lang sila offline para Happy Plus Card 'wag na lang sila makipartner kay Jollibee. Idagdag ko lang din 'yung kahera she's too polite to the point of rudeness, kung wala siya sa mood sana 'wag niya idadamay ang customer at she's not even wearing her nameplate. Lalo na sa farmers sobrang panget ng service! Lalo na yun manager na ricky! Napaka bastos parang hindi na orient! Hindi manlang inasikaso yun product kahit nalaglag na yun siomai sa lapag binalik pa sa plato para e serve! At isa pala walang hairnet parang walang nanyare! Please paki ayos naman.

Kumain kami ng friend ko sa Chowking uptown Lipa noong May 22, . good comment kay Ms. Glessalie sa maasikaso at mabilis na serbisyo sa mga customer, multi tasking staff dahil napansin ko na habang sya ay nagpeperform as cashier sya din ay nagpeperform other task kapag walang gaanong pila sa counter..good job ms. Glessalie isa kang masipag na empleyado ng chowking at good asset ng company.!
