Chowking promised food serving time of siopao

We entered the store on its early opening. About quarter to 11am. No long line, not much customer was dining in probably because its still early. The taking of our order was fast, we ordered beef chaofan and siopao but as we ordered Large Bola bola siopao we we're told we'll have to wait for 15 minutes and we agreed to that. Couple of minutes passed, my chaofan was served. We waited for the siopao but it takes quite little longer. My boyfriend even ordered another chaofan and it was served immediately he also followed up our order upon doing that.As we observed around other pendings was being serve. My boyfriend even saw that there was a siopao being served to other table so we expected ours will be served next. But the 15minutes became exctly 27 minutes. That's why i went to the counter to follow up the order and told them that if it will not be served i will just do a refund. Just seconds after that they where able to give me our pending. It's either they've waited for US the customers to get it ourselves or they've forgatten they actually have a pending. We are definitely not satisfied of this. Disappointed indeed. Hope you could make your peolpe be more aware.

Chowking food service

I am sending this complaint on your branch at sangandaan caloocan regarding poor service that we experienced.

Kumain kame sa chowking sangandaan last january 10 2018 around 9:43 pm. Umorder kame ng dalawang 1pc. Chicken with chocopao at isang chaopan with toppings at isang regular na halo halo. However walang available na softdrinks kaya water lang ang inavail upon serving a food saka palang kame nang hingi ng water for three persons pero ang ibinigay samin ay dalawa lang kaya sa counter na mismo ako nanghingi ng tubig. Binigyan naman nila kami ng tubig sa counter. After namin kumain, I asked for another glass of water kasi naubos na yung iniinom ko. So pinapunta ko sa counter yung pinsan ko para manghingi ng isang basong tubig.
Your crew named "girly" or "girlie" yung hiningian ng pinsan ko ng water, ang nakakainis dun ay alam ko na narinig nya yung panghihingi ng pinsan ko ng tubig dahil napakalapit lang naman ng distance ng customer sa crew na nasa counter pero hindi nya pinansin at tumalikod sya na parang walang narinig! 

Okay lang naman kung busy sya, sana inendorse nya sa ibang crew ang pagbibigay ng tubig pero hindi ehh, para bang wala lang skanya yung request ng customer.
Nakakatawa lang isipin na tubig lang yung naging problema sa buong experience namin sa pagkain sa branch nyo. Kaya lang sana mabigyan ng aksyon yung concern ko para maiwasan na mangyari pa ito sa ibang customers ninyo.

I always eat fish fillet but sadly tonight I was not satisfied. They served it with plain rice so dull and dry not tasty. The service crew is bad at service not pleasing and did not bother to change the plain rice to egg rice. Hope you can train them to be accommodating and pleasing bad at customer service. Thank you Chowking👍

sobrang tagal nung pearl milk tea. na advance call pa un ha. almost 30 mins. tapos na kami kumain. sana kapag nag suggest kayo ng promo dapat sure na available ung product. or kung hnd pls provide us with proper promising time. hnd ung ganito. i used time stamp sa photo attached. sana hnd maranasan nang iba ung naranasan ko.

I would like to complain about not honoring my solo parent card. Before i was using it and honored my card. For the first time around 6:30 PM Feb 13, 2020 at the Chowking restaurant they did not honor my solo parent card. Her name was Liza. I'm looking for their manager and was not available that time.

We ordered Shanghai with egg rice and wanton soup and sweet & sour fish. What was served is choa fan with Shanghai. They said it's just for 7 mins but was served way past it. We even went overlunch because of it.

Yung milktea niyo po masarap sana kaso pag higop namin hilaw na hilaw yung pearl. Grabi naman sa tigas 'to parang pinakuluan ng 1min tpos sinerve. Pakiayos naman ng serve chowking . first time pa naman namin matikman ng milktea so dissapointed. Napakatigas sobra ng pearl nagpalarge pa naman kami

I order 2 chowfan when the order came out it was only one I check the receipt and they only put one chowfan and then last time, I was really in a hurry they forgot to put spoon and fork at the take out. Such a lousy branch.

Complain ko yung pansit canton na inorder ko sa chowking Morayta Branch.

Sobrang disappointed ako sa walang lasa, lusak lusak na carrots at repolyo lang ang sahog .. Matagal ko na itong favorite sa chowking at first time ko sa Morayta branch na ito! Hindi nako uulit ! sayang ang pera ko!

Im complaining about the food, "chao fan" there was some sort of an insect on my friends food, and i saw one of the crew sweep something from the floor using their tray which is used to serve food. And the service is dreadful there.

Pa 3 days ko na dito kumakain ng lunch puro sablay... Una humingi ako ng kalamansi kay Alen ang binigay sakin wala ng katas... Humingi uli ako di na ako binigyan... Day 2 ko humingi naman ako ng tubig dahil sumasakit na tiyan ko sa softdrink di ako binigyan ni josh... Day 3 humingi ulit ako ng tubig kay Chat naman di parin ako binigyan ng tubig... Anung klaseng service kayo meron pati manager relax na relax...

Chowking service complaint

My experience at chocwking double dragon macapagal branch is terribly horrifying:.. i order pork chowfan and you wont believe i waited for an hour and my order still not process... and seeing other customers getting their orders. I made several follow-ups but still no order appear :( i went to the counter and ask for a refund and chadah! They refund me in just a snap of a finger... wow wow wow... i am so happy to write this... i will never ever recommend chowking macapagal branch located inside double dragon...

IM Emmalyn Bulanadi And I called your hotline Number which is 02-98888 And someone answered me And told me to wait for many Times today at around 1030am-1040am, then finally told me That our area is Not Cover for delivery Service? How come That I saw many Times passing here infront OF our house The delivery motorcycle OF Chowking And many Times I saw them delivered in The School 3 house afar from our house? And they also delivered already here Last time? Please investigate ON this matter And The one WHO answered me ON your hotline Number! Thank you

Chowking chicharap and sweet & sour pork

My officemate bought a sweet and sour pork AND chicharap from Chowking across Jollibee Plaza here in Oritgas. Note that they are separate orders.
I have eaten in different Chowking branches. but the quantity of your chicharap bothered me most. For 45 pesos, you ate less than a 10 peso junk food. I'm not sure if that's the normal quantity, but I suggest you add more. It's not worth it. I want to offer some to my friends, but they declined because it's not much.
The sweet and sour pork seems drier than how you serve it normally on a plate. I ate it as soon as they arrive so you can't say that the sauce was absorbed already.

Thank you and I hope to experience and eat better next time.

Chowking service complaint

I ordered in your store in Maysilo Chowking Mandaluyong City around 17:22pm today Jan 7, 2018. We ordered Pork chowfan and sweet and sour pork without drinks and I used my mom senior citizen card to order. Okay naman uung pag order ko, tapos binigay ni ate cashier yung pending number, d ko kinuha yung receipt kase alam ko gagamitin pang pending pero inabot nya sakin yung receipt and d ko na tinanong ilang mins kase alam ko na mabilis lang. Inabot na kme ng 5 mins to 10 mins hanggang lumagpas na ng mahigit 30 mins pag aantay namen, naka ilang follow up na kme sa mga dining crew sabi lang oo pero d pinap follow up sa kitchen and then itinaas ko na yung pending no. sa counter then tinignan lang ni kuyang counter crew (i didnt get his name)na parang natatawa pa kse naiinis na ko . Sabi nya lang follow up no 82 na parang dedma and then parang antagal padin d kme pinapansin, sinabihan ko ult yung dining parang walang narinig ! Alam mo yung nakakainis dun? d man lang kme nilapitan at magsabi ng kung ilang mins nalang. Dinedma lang ako. (hello kasama ko nanay kong senior) so ayun tumayo na ko pumunta sa counter saka palang parang inasikaso kinuha lang receipt namen . Ayun wala padin order namen .Ni wala ngang sorry eh (pero ok lang) parang wala naman paki alam mga crew nyo esp dining and counter crew. yung service wow! nakaka loka ! fyi kagagaling lang namen sa simbahan ngayon tas pinipigilan ko mainis pero dahil sa service nyo nag iba mood ko! Naging service crew din ako before for 3 years and sister company nyo pa ko nun which is jollibee however, d naging ganun treatment ko sa mga customers. First time ko mag complaint sa inis dahil sa ganyang service nyo at kasama ko pa nanay kong senior citizen.. at dun sa crew nyo paki ayos naman. Nung inabot pa samen yung order parang deadma pa si kuyang dining crew. Chowking incomplete order

I ordered between 6 am and 6:30 am of January 2, 2018 at the Libis Branch. I ordered for the Lauriat with 8 pcs chicken. When I got back to our office, my officemates noticed that there were only 6 pcs of chicken. We tried calling the delivery number and customer service numbers but wasn't able to talk to a live operator. I did not bother going back since I had work.
I wrote a complaint the following day and left my email for reply but did not receive any. Hoping this wouldn't happen again. What can the management do to avoid such incidents? Please reply to armand.[protected]@resultstel.com

Chowking chowking worst delivery

I ordered 3 chao fan and when we're about to eat we only have 2 pairs of fork and spoon. So the other one doesn't have a fork and spoon, and we don't have anything to use just to eat that chao fan. Plus the iced tea that we ordered we requested not to put an ice, but when we received the iced tea, it has ice in it. Very disappointing. This chowking branch in dolores san fernando has the worst customer service. This is the second time that I made a complain about their delivery, the last time I ordered they also gave us a very disappointing delivery service. I will never come back to this branch anymore plus I will tell social media and all our office mates not to order in chowking.

Chowking worst delivery service

Worst Delivery Service ! My second time to order in a week . First order was delivered after 2 hours and after my relentless effort it Follow up . Then my today's order was cancelled after an hour of waiting . Is it even allowed that they call customer after and hour and a half Sayang! I like your food but you have some terrible Delivery Service !

Chowking manager rhoda

I used to be one of the crew at Chowking west covina.I left because I can't take Rhoda as my manager anymore. I want to complain Her the way she does abd act in the store as a "Manager" but she's acting like the owner because we didn't even SEE her working full 8 hours shift, She only went to the store 1-2 times a wk and stayed 3 hours only. She didn't cover weekends or holidays shift for her crew. She always relayed all the works to her supervisors and crews, Kudos to all coz' they handle it well without the manager all the time. Rhoda doesn't exists. She keeps saying she's in the meeting but the truth was she always at home or travelled.
Rhoda always OFF like literally 365 days.

I just feel bad and sad with her crews coz they always suffered from the stressed and hard worked and they didn't even get enough holiday or deserve vacation because she doesn't want to cover and work.
Not because she's a manager she can get want she wants and leave it the POOR crews all the hard worked! That's not fair! She needs to work Holidays and weekends to cover her poor crews and be with their Family too!
Please investigate Rhoda Norberte as a "Manager" at Chowking west covina.
How her works ethics, how she works, how many working hours she's really working and how she treat her crew and the customers.
Check how many times she's out of town versus the day that she work within this year.
I think she needs to retire if she doesn't want to work as a normal employee. Poor Chowking you're a "Manager" for free.
and I am just a concerned former employee of Chowking and I speaked in behalf of my used to be co-workers, I just feel their sufferings from Rhoda's UNFAIR behavior for not working at all!

Chowking late online processing

Your Order #[protected] (placed on Friday, December 29, 2017 8:05:12 PM Asia/Taipei) . I PLACED my order at 8: 05 pm but the store who catered our order received it at 8:43pm. The 28 minutes interval is not acceptable for we have to wait for another 60 minutes for the delivery of our foods. I am an avid customer of chowking and I know how fast your online delivery works but tonight your online service made my experience worst. Hoping your online delivery service will not be like this anymore.

Chowking late delivery

i called for an advance order around 630am at chowking.vthe manager on duty received and take note my orders and to be delivered at 8am. i gave my contact number also for any changes in the schedule or for some reasons.

at exactly 8am i called again at their store and sa crew said that the riders is not yet in and they will not deliver the order.

my point is i left my contact number to them so that if any incident or emergency they will inform me but they did not do their part.

they delivered the product at around 819am.and when i saw my orders there is no condiments inside the plastic.

other fastfood chain when they are late in their delivery the order is free of charged.

if possible, the management should take the solution for this...

Chowking chowking chicharon

It's been the 3rd time that i got disaapointed with chowking deluvery service. Chaowking was my fave fastfood since i got pregnant. Always thinking of chowling tofu amd chicharon. My first complaint before was that they let me wait for 2 hours before they deliber the food that i ordered. They promise for a gift cheque that i could use for my next delibery transaction but they didnt gave me any. Second complaint wjen they deliver me my food there was no drink the delivery man said he will come back to give me the drinks but never came back. I told to myself i wont order to chowking again after that happening but then today i crave for chicharon amd tofu. They deliver the food wrapped when i started to eat the food that i ordered i found out that the tofu box they put in botchi not tofu. I just did a deep sig cause i dont want to stress out. I decided to start with chicharon amd pancit cantoon. First try food was okey...2nd time i try the chicharon i taste something like tae ng ipis so o did check all the chicharon...i still find 1 chicharon still with tae ng ipis sticked into it. So disappointed.

at exactly 10:50 a.m we call to order a lot of menu. and they said after 20 mins. they deliver to us. but it takes 1 hour and 40 mins. after they deliver to us, . we caLL them 3 times for follow up.. location of station chowing camiling. our location surgui 1st camiling, tarlac.
hope the management would matter this.

Chowking service - failed

I made an order of Family Lauriat for take out around 8:21pm. I was asked if I'm willing to wait for 20mins and it is fine. Understandable na maraming tao during that time, so I gave myself another 10 mins to wait but orders are not coming out. So I made a follow up to the crew, pinasa niya sa kasamahan niya yung follow up ko. Then after few minutes hindi na ko nakatiis nilapitan ko na yung crew na nasa my dispatch area to follow up again but still my order is unavailable that moment. So I've waited another more minutes until I saw the manager on duty and approached him for follow up. That is the only time na nagawa yung order ko, and yung manager pa mismo ang nagtapos ng pag aayos ng order.If hindi ko pa naapproach ang manager for sure na magaantay ako for an hour. 40mins is too much for a promise time of 20 mins. I will understand if 10 mins lang yung sumobra s a promise time but it is double. Atleast I commend the manager on duty for his quick action and thanks to that. Sorry if I'm complaining but I was really disappointed with the service and I've even lost my appetite.

Chowking rude behavior

I just wanted to complain your rude staff named Belle (Counter). Hindi siya dapat humaharap sa Customer kung hindi sya marunong makipag usap ng maayos.

Nagtanong lng ako kung ano pinagkaiba ng Beef wanton sa Beef Mami wanton. As a customer I wanted to know the difference between the two and I think deserve ko mag tanong. I'm not working in your company kaya di ako familiar sa products. I hated the way she answered me with matching make face, IRAP ng mata and pag TAAS ng BOSES as a HUMAN being I don't deserve that! Napaka unprofessional.

I'm also working in a Customer service industry at kahit anong Sama ng pakiramdaman ko or problem sa Family hindi ko iyon dinadala sa trabaho na darating sa point na pati clients idadamay. If pagod man sya, that's normal because she's working. FYI yung bibilhin kung Mami is for my Dad na naka confined sa Adventist Hospital for almost 3months.. Careful lng kami sa mga pinapakain sakanya kaya ako nag tanong sa Staff niyo na si Belle but she gave unacceptable answer and gesture. You also need to teach your on duty supervisors to watch or monitor your staff.. During that time wala ako makita ni ISA.

Give me feedback with regards to this Matter.

Chowking service

Hi! I just had an encounter with your staffs at Chowking Boni Ave. near Mandaluyong Hospital. I ordered Lomi but what they gave me is Wanton and i found it out when i was already at the school where i work. I walked back to change it and it's raining. When I got there they did not even say sorry and one of your staffs said 'ang layo pa daw ng nilakad bes'while laughing coz I said 'ang layo ng nilakad ko ha'. This is my first time ever to complain coz I found them disrespectful. I don't complain about getting different product, what I was complaining is the staffs being disrespectful.

Chowking delivery

I placed my order at around 11:30am. I waited — 60 mins. Right? Not a problem for me.
But that 60 minutes became 2.5 hours! Not even a single text from the delivery guy. And when he arrived, I was just told that he did not have a load and he had a hard time finding my house. So I double checked. I might have made a mistake, who knows? But my address is correct! And I don't live in the mountains for him to be lost. What's worse is that I already placed an order from another fast food because I was famished as hell and I thought my order won't arrive anymore. But yeah, after eternity the guy finally arrived with my food and his excuses. Wort experience!
Next time this happens, I won't accept the food nor pay for it anymore.

Chowking cancelled delivery because of "iced tea"

Waited 40 mins only to find out that my order is cancelled because "Iced tea" is not available. Seriously?
As if the customer should know what is available and what is not.

They require you to enter your contact details but it seems they will not bother to call you if there should be changes or clarifications with you order.
They'll just hit cancel. That's it.

Never again will I order to Chowking.

Chowking service complaint

I was supposed to dine in at Chowking tutuban center last Saturday, 12/16/2017 at about 5:00 pm. My sister and brother in law sat on a not so messy table when we called the staff for assistance to clean it. The staff ignored us the 1st time and so we called again. This time the manager approached us with a frown on her face and tried to radio someone. My god, she only have to remove 2 trays of leftovers and she still needs her crew to do it? I was annoyed and I said, "eto lang kelangan pa iradyo?" Then she quickly removed the trays with a much deeper frown on her face. Then I went to order. I asked for beef Chao fan, and I can't understand what Dina(counterperson) said because she was talking at the same time as me. When I said, "pwede ako muna" she stopped. When I said "isang beef Chao fan.." She loudly said "PORK CHAO FAN LANG" like she was irritated or something. That is when I decided not to eat there anymore because I was so pissed at these people. I immediately walked out of the store and then I went back to ask for the counterperson's name, , w/c I saw on her name plate. Unfortunately I didn't get the manager's name because I was really way over my head. Is this how you train your people? Maybe try to think how you teach your staff about customer service. A little politeness goes a long way if you know what I mean
